"Shell of a Time" est une nouvelle maison privée construite sur mesure à seulement un pâté de maisons des magnifiques plages de 30A qui s'étendent sur plusieurs kilomètres le long de la côte. Situé dans un quartier pittoresque de Blue Mountain Beach, qui se caractérise à la fois par de somptueuses résidences privées et des lacs de dunes côtières, il est unique en son genre. Profitez de votre vie privée et la meilleure partie est que vous pouvez toujours vous rendre à pied à plusieurs restaurants et points chauds locaux tels que Blue Mountain Creamery, Redfish Taco, Blue Mabel, McTighes, Backdoor eats et Lola's Bakery. Si vous décidez d'aller pêcher, faire de la randonnée ou du paddle-board, vous pourrez profiter de l'un des nombreux lacs de dunes côtières de la région. Le lac de dune le plus proche est l'accès au lac de voisinage dans la rue Redfish Lake. Une autre excellente façon de profiter de tout ce que le 30A a à offrir est de simplement sauter sur l’un des vélos inclus dans la maison. Après une longue journée sur la plage, vous pourrez revenir dans votre oasis privée et vous détendre dans votre piscine privée et votre espace extérieur ou faire griller un merveilleux repas pour votre famille. C'est l'endroit idéal!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay with 9 family members with kids ranging from infants to teenagers. The heated backyard pool was perfect for when everyone needed a break from the beautiful beach.

Beautiful and comfortable home!

Shell of a time was a perfect stay for our family. We loved the warm pool and close proximity to the beach. The kitchen was more than adequate for cooking and all the beds were comfortable. Great attentiveness by the host.

Great home and location!

Stayed in this home for our family beach trip (7 adults + 3 kids). Plenty of space to hang out together- both inside and by the pool. Very clean, great amenities. Property manager was quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Short walk to the beach - golf cart was a huge plus for hauling beach gear. Would definitely stay again!

Repeat Awesomeness

Second year in a row at this house and just as fabulous. Great service, gorgeous and spacious house. Pool is great and cornhole is a big hit with the teens. Renting the golf cart made shlepping all our gear to the beach even easier. It's really such a lovely property, you don't need to do anything but house-beach-pool-repeat. Be back next year!

Family fun

We had six adults and two toddlers and had a very good time. The house is lovely and outfitted very well. The pool was great especially as it was heated and the storms kept things cool. The location was perfect and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The only thing I was surprised about was paying for the golf cart. The listing suggested to me it was with the rental fee, but I was wrong. We mostly walked but did rent for two of our days. Would stay again as it was a beautiful place with great location!

The house is so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the commercial appliances were second to none. We loved everything about it. It was by far our best vacation. It will be our forever house on the gulf. The leasing agent team went above and beyond to assist in any way they could. It was a great experience all around. The photos do not do the space justice. We felt it was even bigger in the person. The home is well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. We loved having our own pool and golf cart. Management was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. There were only a few things (lock box codes, access to golf cart keys, etc.) that I felt needed some clarity but were quickly answered via text while on our trip. We also didn't realize that there would a pack and play on site. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for hosting.

We had a terrific stay here. The property is exactly as described. It is a beautiful home and is very well appointed (kitchen fully stocked, plenty of towels and linens, etc). The pool is fantastic, roof decks have great views, and the neighborhood and location are wonderful. I do highly recommend renting a golf cart, as it makes getting around town very simple! Two thumbs up!!!

Amazing

Shell of a Time is, hands-down, the best rental property we have ever stayed at for a beach trip. The house is so comfortable and high end. The pool is amazing, the kitchen made it so we had no need to go out to eat. Loved everything- we will be back. Only downside was construction next door, but hopefully that will be done by next year. Seriously great place. Thanks for the hospitality.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family off 6 adults and 3 grand children spent a week in Shell of a Time this past week. The house was fabulous. The pool was great for adults and children. You can ask for the pool to be heated (optional charge). The weather wasn’t the best but the heated pool was a life saver for the grands! The lot is spacious so the grands to run around. The house has 5 different porches/decks front, side (poolside) and 3 on the upper floors. We rented a golf cart but one of the public beaches is in easy walking distance. 4 spacious bedrooms and a pullout couch on the second floor. 1 of the bedrooms has two built in bunks big enough and strong enough for adults or children. High end Viking appliances. I hope we can go agin next year and stay a Shell of a Time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip got off to an unusual start because a thief stole the pool heater and cut off gas to the home. However, the owner and property management company acted fast and the problem was resolved immediately. The house is in a great location! Only a block to the beach and comes with bikes, chairs, lots of beach toys etc. very family friendly set up with all of the amenities you need! Also, great for large families as there are several different hang out spaces and plenty of parking. Highly recommend this property!!! We will be back!
