Bienvenue dans le magnifique lac Conroe, d'une superficie de 23 000 acres. Ce condo au bord de l’eau entièrement rénové dispose de toutes les commodités pour rendre votre séjour confortable et inoubliable, avec son centre de divertissement grand écran, sonorisation, wifi, garage avec cafetière Kuerig, grille-pain, mixeur et mijoteuse tous bien branchés . Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine, située à quelques pas de votre porte d'entrée, avec un accès aux barbecues, aux tables de pique-nique couvertes et aux chaises longues. Amarrez votre bateau sans frais juste en dessous de votre balcon ou dans le canal protégé du vent. L’accès aux commodités du complexe (restaurants, club nautique, piscine au bord du lac, terrain de jeux au bord du lac, centre de remise en forme, courts de tennis, rampe de mise à l’eau) est inclus dans votre séjour et se trouve à quelques minutes à peine. Le golf est disponible dans le parcours de golf Walden à proximité moyennant un supplément. Meilleur siège de la maison pour les feux d'artifice du 4 juillet depuis votre balcon. Vous pourrez dîner au bord du lac en bateau ou en voiture. Courte distance en voiture de la petite ville pittoresque de Montgomery, Conroe ou The Woodlands. Pêche autorisée en dehors de la cloison avec des lumières pour la pêche de nuit.

Il existe également à Walden un centre d’événements pour les réceptions de mariage et les occasions spéciales.

Wedding vacation

We came to town for a wedding. Stayed at this condo. It worked out perfectly for us. Our granddaughter loved having her own space (loft). Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We asked about being able to check in early and Jim helped us out with that. Thank you for everything.

Hurricane Ida Evacuation

Our family booked on short notice in order to evacuate from Hurricane Ida, and Mr. Reynolds readied the condo ahead of the official check-in time to ensure that we had a place to stay for evacuation. The condo was beautiful and orderly, neighbors were helpful and generous, and the overall stay was perfectly suited for our family. They were willing to work for us in the event that we had to stay longer because of the hurricane aftermath damage. We’re very grateful for the generosity of Mr. Reynolds and the condo community members who we encountered.

Stay was okay. The condo was pretty clean. The floor felt unlevel in spots, the shower rack was very rusty, keurig had not been cleaned or in a while (if ever), master bed comforter was yellowed (supposed to be white). When my child tried to flush the upstairs toilet, it would not do anything...so I go up there to find the water completely shut off at the wall valve with a Tupperware container underneath as if it had been leaking. The blinds on the sliding balcony doors were broken so we could not close them. It was okay for our quick 2 night stay but would not rent again.

Family+condo+lake=Perfect weekend!

We were so delighted to stay in such a beautiful 3 bedroom condo that was perfect for 2 adult couples and then a cool loft for my 2 boys. The place was tastefully decorated and clean. My bnl was able to tie up the boat right outside our weekend in a protective cove. The owner was very accomodating. We will definitely be back!

Condo on the lake

Beautiful location with excellent views of lake and very close to restaurants and weekend entertainment at the local restaurants. Everyone was very friendly, The property had everything we needed and we had an enjoyable time there.

We really enjoyed our condo in Walden Lake Conroe. The views were picturesque, and the lakeview dining was scrumptious! If you're looking for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in this area, you will love this place.

Great little place!

This place was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice size rooms and a beautiful view from the master and living room. We loved that you can park your boat right outside of the condo! So easy to launch right down the road with gated trailer storage. If you are looking for a place to take your boat this is it! Lots to do in the area too! Owner was very easy to communicate with and always responded in a very timely manner. The building seems to be a bit older so there was some wear and tear (as with any rental place) but you can tell that it is well loved by the owner and they work hard to keep it nice. We hope to visit again soon.

Family fun on the water

The property was fantastic! Neighbors were friendly but still felt very private. The boat docks were very easy and perfect for coming and going with great restaurants short boat ride away. Overall great stay.

Spring break getaway

Property was a little confusing but overall a great place. Very clean and enjoyable. The view was spectacular. Neighbors were quite hostile in the beginning but eventually became more welcoming towards the end of the stay.

Excellent Stay

We stayed here during a fishing tournament on the lake. It was great to be able to dock the boat right under the balcony of the condo. The condo was a bit of a walk from the parking lot but the view of the lake and the ability to keep an eye on the boat made it well worth it. Loved waking up each morning to the lake view and having a cup of coffee on the balcony. The kids were comfortable on the bunk beds upstairs and having 3 full bathrooms was perfect for us. The condo had everything we needed from towels to dishes to seasonings. We will definitely be back!!!

Cold but lovely Condo

We will stay at this property again! We were in town to help our daughter with a recent move to Montgomery and wanted to look at some potential places to stay when we need more room. Jim was very responsive when the power went out throughout building A while we were visiting during the unprecedented storm of 2021. The unit is perfect for a family and we will be booking this unit again this summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo! The balcony overlooking the marina was a highlight of the stay! The second floor loft was a wonderful and fun bonus! Comfy beds and great layout!

Beautiful condo!

We had a great stay in this beautifully updated condo. The location was fantastic for visiting family in the area, the views from the balcony for early morning coffee are lovely, and the pool is well maintained. The complex gets pretty busy on the weekends, but the condo is very quiet and comfortable. We highly recommend golf at the Walden Country Club. We look forward to our next stay when we're in town again. Thanks, Jim, for being so responsive!

Perfect location

Being on the third floor afforded us a beautiful view of the lagoon and Walden marina and lake Conroe. It has been quiet and peaceful. The condo is fully stocked from salt and pepper to toilet paper! A huge plus is being able to park our boat in front of the condo or in the canal overnight. The owners have been great to work with! Beyond their control because of the pandemic, the Walden Country Club and pool were closed and we were not able to use them.

Unexpected beauty....

This property was absolutely gorgeous. The picture do not do it justice. I was absolutely amazed by the property, the decor, the amenities, the view. Jim provides everything you need to have a fabulous vacation. The people in the community are friendly, helpful, just really nice. I will return to this property. I have found my new vacation home away from home.

Great unit

The unit was great. It had a great view and was as advertised. The decor was very nice. There was very little toilet paper in the unit; only partial rolls. The property was not so great. The property seemed a bit out of date and not well maintained. The property condition is not the unit owners fault. I would likely stay here again.
