Luxe Loon Lake avec plage, kayaks, canoë

Votre paradis d'été vous attend. Vues spectaculaires sur le lac depuis votre chalet. Profitez du style de vie du lac depuis la plage semi-privée à quelques pas avec un quai pour un bateau (jusqu'à 18 pieds). Nagez, jet ski, kayak, paddle board ou tout simplement vous asseoir sur la plage et vous détendre. Poissons du quai ou de votre bateau. Faites griller des guimauves au-dessus du feu de joie sur le lac, ou asseyez-vous sur le quai et écoutez les ouaouarons et les huards appeler. Les bois tout autour de la propriété la maintiennent isolée et paisible.
Cette maison personnalisée comprend 2 salons, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain avec douches, une salle de bar / bain à remous, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils, une grande salle à manger et une terrasse à côté de la suite principale et du salon principal. Un seul regard sur la vue et vos soucis se dissipent.
Rez-de-chaussée: séjour avec futon gigogne, chambre avec 2 lits superposés. La couchette inférieure est pleine grandeur et la couchette supérieure est simple (chambre «assise» limitée). La salle de bain a une douche à l'italienne.
Étage principal: a un salon avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, enrouler autour du pont, canapé-lit, grande salle à manger, chambre avec lit queen, salle de bain avec douche et cuisine, grill. Cet étage dispose d'une salle avec un bar et un bain à remous pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a une douche à côté du jacuzzi.
Le dernier étage comprend une chambre avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bains privative. Les portes françaises mènent à une terrasse privée.
WiFi et télévision en streaming disponibles gratuitement. 2 kayaks et un canoë de 17 pieds sont gratuits.
Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur sont disponibles pour votre commodité.
Gore Mountain propose 4 saisons de divertissement et est à seulement 20 minutes. Les villes locales de Chestertown, Warrensburg, North Creek et Lake George regorgent de boutiques, de restaurants, de festivals et regorgent d'histoire locale. Parcourez l'un des 46 hauts sommets ou l'un des nombreux sentiers de randonnée du parc Adirondack. Cette région est bien connue pour son excellente pêche à la truite à proximité sur les rivières Schroon et Hudson.

Ski trip

We had a great stay at Loon Lake. Great location - 20 minutes from Lake George and 20 minutes from Gore Moutain. Easy roads to Gore Mountain. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Kids loved it.Plenty of room for kids and adults. Showers are a little small but clean and does the job.Host was very quick and helpful to questions that we had.would stay again in the future.

End of summer bliss!

What an amazing place to make memories! We enjoyed every minute of our stay…comfortable accommodations, incredible location and wonderfully responsive hosts…we are already looking to plan a trip back during the Fall or Winter to enjoy the other amenities in this home!

Great location

The house was clean and just as pictured. Only 20 minutes from gore mountain and lake george and is a perfect house for anyone that’s into the outdoors. We are looking forward to booking another trip this year and I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great Property

This property is fantastic. Newly renovated, very, very clean, we felt like we were home. Right on the lake with kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat. Everything that is listed in the home is accurate. Great place, great time, will definitely rent again. A++ Thank You for sharing your wonderful home.

FUN!

Great winter location with Gore 20 min away and Garnett Hill X Country skiing 35 min away. House well stocked, even if the power goes out(which it did for 2.5 days). Wood stove was perfect to keep warm. Plan on making a return trip in summer and/or next winter.

Love!

We had an excellent Winter getaway here! Owners are very responsive and helpful answering any questions right away and offering great tips for things to do nearby. The home is amazing, has gorgeous views of the lake, is a few short steps from the large lake which gets frozen solid in winter and has a great hot tub that was uber clean & gets nice and hot. The house itself was modern, clean and oh so comfy to relax in after visiting all there is to do nearby. The nearby town of Chester (Chestertown) was SO cute with every type of store and great places to eat. We also visited the town near Gore Mountain and several other nearby quaint, cute towns all bustling in the winter as well as took a quick drive down to Lake George. We highly recommend and would visit the area and stay at this great property again. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome home with us! Best! -Lisa & Norbert

Loved it so much, already booked again!

First and foremost, DyAnn was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had this house reserved for many months and when we were hit with the Pandemic, we were so uncertain if we should keep the reservation. So glad we did! The small, camp style development the house is located in is PERFECT for a true getaway. Secluded from hustle and bustle with a wonderful view of the lake, just down the driveway. Kayacks broughts us hours of entertainment and the lake was so clean and peaceful. Home was well stocked with all necessities, very clear instructions on how to use things and the hot tub was an absolute DREAM for my 4 teens. Sleeping arrangements were perfect and every one of us was completely happy and relaxed! Can't wait for our next long weekend in August!!

Lovely location

This home was in a lovely location, just yards away from a small, private beach shared with other homes and families. The swimming area close to shore was very nice, but you really can't swim out into the lake because it is shallow and has a lot of sea grass. The kayaks and paddle boat were a lot of fun to take out on the lake. The house was very comfortable, and the owner was accommodating. You definitely want to pack a roll of paper towels and any items you consider to be kitchen essentials if you cook/bake on vacation. The stores are close by, but it is nice to have essentials when you arrive after a long drive. The home could also have a few more free-standing fans, as the kitchen and downstairs bedroom didn't have any and got a bit warm/stuffy. That all being said, we had a lovely time. The mountain air was cool and refreshing, the lake was a lot of fun, and we loved the layout of the house - kids could hangout on their own on the ground floor. Adults could hang out on the main floor, and the master bedroom is on its own floor. With a bathroom on each floor, we really had a comfortable stay for 5 people (3 adults and 2 kids). We could have fit one more adult. If you are using the bunk beds - be aware the top bunks are only suitable for young kids (4-6) because they are so close to the ceiling. The bottom beds were roomy.

I wish we could have stayed longer!

DyAnn was very accommodating of our early check-in request. We were in town to attend a wedding, and she was also very accommodating of our request to stay only one night. Everything was very clean, and was exactly as described in the listing. I wish we were able to stay longer so we could have enjoyed all of the lake amenities offered. My only request would be for AC in all of the bedrooms, rather than just the master, as it was quite warm during our stay, and the quests staying in the other two bedrooms had a very warm evening. The house was very easy to find using GPS even though it is off the beaten path. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Wonderful Family Getaway

Our family wanted a quick vacation and this was the perfect spot. The house has everything you need, is much larger than we expected and the hot tub is amazing. The kids enjoyed playing near the lake and there are several great trails nearby. The hot tub was a family favorite and we highly recommend this place. Thanks for such a great experience!

Airy hideaway with spectacular view

One can fall in love with this woodsy hideaway pretty quickly. With natural wood finishes, open layouts and a thoroughly enjoyable hot tub, this vacation home seems perfect for winter or summer activities. We particularly enjoyed the high vaulted ceiling in the living room with large views of the lake and ridge beyond. Immaculately kept with all the modern conveniences. We loved our time there!

Hiking Vacation Get-away

My husband and I completed the Chester Challenge plus 2 other peaks. House is perfectly located to nice restaurants and great hiking. Beautiful view of the lake.

nice location, home not clean

We planned a long weekend getaway to a peaceful lake retreat in a house that was stated to be cleaned in accordance with covid19-associated guidelines. We arrived to an inoperable heating system, a pile of swept but not removed waste on a bathroom floor, used coffee and filter in coffee maker, and a used feminine napkin on the floor. Most problematic, the 2 youngest children developed terrible blister-like rashes that were diagnosed as folliculitis by a physician, an infection caused by pathogen growth that is typical of hot tubs that are not clean. These factors indicate a lack of proper sanitation and in the time of covid is a violation of CDC guidelines. Although the owners refunded 1 of the 3 nights this did not change the conditions of our stay. In addition, the neighbors were having drunken arguments on their porch at 11 pm one night, and the next night had a loud party outside until well after 10. They topped it off by smoking weed on the porch the next morning, not a great experience for 6-14-year-old children. The lake is nice, if it were clean the house had a good layout, and the owners tried to overcome all of these issues, but I would never return to this house, it was quite frankly dirty and not peaceful.

Cabin honeymoon

It was quite and clean. The hot tub was big and relaxing. A beautiful neighborhood with lots of hiking trails. And a short walk from the lake.a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. We would stay here again.

Lakeside paradise

This roomy house in a quiet, pine-lined road, steps away from a peaceful private beach on Loon Lake,. Comfortable bedrooms and a veranda with a view made the stay pleasant, and the kayak, canoe and paddle boat - as well as plenty of toys and books for the kids - added to a joyous escape. Communication with owner was superb. We cannot wait to return!

We have had so much joy and happiness at our Lakehouse we wanted to offer it to others. From the time you enter the house and see the lake, your cares disappear and you instantly decompress. Brandon built this home himself with care and love. We had fun getting the house ready for our visitors!
