Retraite de luxe au bord du lac

Nouvelle construction achevĂ©e en 2019. Vous vous sentirez comme Ă  la maison Ă  la minute oĂč vous passerez devant la porte d'entrĂ©e et admirerez la vue sur le mur de la fenĂȘtre du lac Tawakoni depuis la taniĂšre et la salle Ă  manger. Grand terrain de 2 acres avec pont arriĂšre couvert spacieux et beaucoup de chĂȘnes matures. Comprend un barbecue au propane et une douche extĂ©rieure. La propriĂ©tĂ© a un quai surdimensionnĂ© avec Ă  la fois un espace de pont couvert et non couvert. Master suite a un spa comme sentir dans la salle de bain principale. Les deux autres chambres en bas partagent un bain de Jack et Jill. Des carreaux de porcelaine ont traversĂ© le premier Ă©tage. La cuisine a de beaux comptoirs de quartz et une machine Ă  glaçons Sonic. À l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur, vous trouverez une salle de jeux oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre avec un bon livre ou jouer Ă  un jeu amusant de baby-foot. Également Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur se trouve une immense chambre avec lits superposĂ©s, chacun dotĂ© de ses propres lumiĂšres pour lire toute la nuit.

Beautiful Lakehouse

Wow! Spacious and beautiful house in an awesome setting next to the lake. The property is stocked with everything you need. The communication with the owner, Ali, was great with easy instructions to find and enter the home. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place for making memories!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Had people ages 5-65 and the house was perfect. Comfortable beds, super clean, and equipped with everything we could need and more! We loved the views and sitting on the patio and chatting. Truly a great property and our only regret is not staying longer.

Peaceful getaway

We had a much needed break from life here. It was tranquil and calm as it was restful and fun. We certainly made the most of the counter space as we prepared a rack of lamb, shrimp, prime NY steak, chicken & chuck steak kabobs with fresh peppers and a salad. A little whiskey and wine around the campfire and that shower
. Watched a movie via our Apple TV (we did bring that) and slept so good. After a couple days, to say that we were recharged is an understatement. While we have a very nice home, there’s nothing like getting away from the norm and just resting. This place and the host made it so easy to do that. We would highly recommend.

Great place for a girls getaway

A group of photographer friends and I stayed here for a content retreat we had, and the property is absolutely beautiful! Even with a house full of girls, we never felt crowded and were so impressed with how well the home handled the noise from our excited chatter all week, haha! Gorgeous lake views, quiet, peaceful, and we felt safe in the gated neighborhood.

Beautiful Lakehouse

We had a group of 10 women at the property. The house was lovely and stocked very well. We had plenty of room to spread out and the patio with fire pit was great. The lake water was a little low, so we didn't do any swimming. The only downside was the presence of quite a few stray dogs. Those of us who were animal lovers felt really bad leaving them and we ended up taking one of them home with us. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay here again.

Not your average lake house

We gathered with family and friends to get away for the weekend. This house is just beautiful!! There was plenty of room for our party of 13 plus extra day guest. We had a blast just being all together. We went fishing, played corn hole/yard games/board games, swimming (take precautions in that lake!), hung out and enjoyed the view from the patio! Sweet house dog was a bonus! Overall a great place to stay!

Excellent Property - Great for families with kids/teens

Our group of 10 had a nice vacation at this home! The house is stocked with everything you could imagine. The gameroom and bunkroom upstairs is a perfect layout for the younger ones in our group. We enjoyed hanging out on the huge deck in the evenings, playing games in the yard, and cooking in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and swimming. We rented a boat nearby one afternoon for tubing. Our husbands played a couple golf courses nearby as well. Lots to do in this area. Ali is great and quick to respond to any questions we had, although we didn't have many. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it is a fantastic home and property.

Beautiful home, five stars for sure.

This was our second stay at this home. It did not disappoint the second time around. The home was clean and had everything we needed for the family. Lots of activities for the grandkids to enjoy as well (foosball table, outside connect four game, corn hole boards, and more). We even took the kayaks out for a spin on the lake. The fishing was good and provided for a great fried fish dinner. Ali is wonderful to work with and very available during our trip. We have stayed in many VRBO homes over the years and this house is by far our favorite. You won't be disappointed.

Private Oasis

Perfect mix of luxuries of the city (inside) with the feel of the country (outside) with tons of privacy. Family of four had a blast for Mothers Day weekend. Hiking at the State Park, fishing on the dock, s’mores by the fire and grilling for dinners. No complaints, would highly recommend.

Family weekend getaway

Great location... Property was very well equipped. Everything was there, from the kitchen to the bathroom needs. Only issue was that the WiFi service went out a day before our stay ended. Overall... It was an excellent experience and we had an awesome weekend. Thank you so much Ali!! Hope to book again with you in the near future.

Spring Break

The lake house was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed every minute spent there. Everything about the property was well thought out, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves. I especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the early mornings with my coffee on the back porch listening to the birds! Ali was very welcoming to our last minute booking for a getaway for Spring Break. My kids have already requested that we return again!

Quiet Getaway

Our family stayed at the Lake House for a long weekend and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The location is very private, which is exactly what we wanted. The house had everything we needed and the view was great! No need to bring kitchen supplies. I was able to cook our meals except for one night we chose to order from a little Italian place in town and the food was delicious! Our boys enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and finding all sorts of critters that wandered about. They were sad to leave and only wanted to know when we would return for another stay. Thank you to Ali, who is a very kind and responsive host throughout the process.

Memorable 60th Anniversary for Parents

Home is spacious, beautifully furnished, well-maintained and comfortable. It really felt like home. We hosted my parents' 60th anniversary with just family members and they were just delighted. Host Ali is phenomenal...so responsive and helpful. Incredible sunsets and birdwatching from the pier. Couldn't have asked for more - thank you!

Family Lake Vacation

Our experience was great! The house/property are exactly as described on the listing. Beautiful home, spacious kitchen and family room, and each bedroom has individual A/C controls to keep everyone comfortable at night. Plenty of room in the back yard to relax on the porch or play games. The dock is perfect for fishing, and the steps leading from the dock into the water make it easy for swimmers to enter and exit the water.

Great property - you will not be disappointed!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this was by far the best. Beautiful home, beautifully decorated, great views, very clean, beds and pillows were all very comfortable, top of the line appliances, well stocked, lots of activities for the kids and family to do together (board games, foosball - we had a family foosball tournament which was fun, large connect four game on the patio - played this a lot), great fishing and fish cleaning station. Ali and Stan were very responsive to any question we had before and throughout our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property. We hope to be back next year.

Cousins gathered for the first time since pandemic

It was great for the cousins to see each other for the first time since Covid. Homeowner didn’t like that they were 18-23, but they were and good kids.

Fantastic house on the lake w/beautiful views!

We stayed here with family for 3 nights to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. House is new, clean, and gorgeous, views are fantastic! Beds were super comfortable. WIFI was fast enough for Netflix movies and a work related Zoom meeting. I love the layout of the house, with big windows and views of the lake from all the rooms (my favorite view was actually sitting in the master bed in the morning with a cup of coffee!) Gourmet kitchen is huge and has extra large gas stove, double ovens, wine cooler, separate ice maker, all the cookware, serving items, dishes, etc. that you'll need, a gas grill outside, plus a good selection of spices. Just bring your food! We cooked all of our meals at the house, including grilled steaks, pork loins, breakfast casseroles, and baked goods. Private dock provided a perfect spot for fishing (caught a few!) and launching our kayaks. Ended our evenings out by the firepit with s'mores. Great communication with Ali (the property owner) before our trip to answer questions, and she made sure we had her cell phone # in case we needed anything during our stay. Highly recommend this property, and we can't wait to go back! Thank you for helping us relax and celebrate!

Our family gathered here and also in the home next door to attend my son’s wedding. The location was great and the home had everything we needed, including Alexa! Lol.
