La villa Belize Cottage rappelle une villa de style méditerranéen avec des murs et des plafonds en plâtre blanc au-dessus de poutres apparentes. La cheminée toscane est le point central du spacieux rez-de-chaussée: les coins salon, salle à manger et cuisine se rejoignent et peuvent accueillir plusieurs groupes de conversation simultanément. L'espace s'étend à l'extérieur sur une salle à manger couverte, qui donne sur une terrasse de la fontaine, elle-même entourée d'un jardin tropical. Un balcon couvert de la chambre principale à l'étage supérieur s'étend sur toute la largeur de la maison et offre une vue sur la promenade bordée d'arbres menant à Eastern Green. Deux autres balcons donnent sur le jardin ci-dessous. Vous allez adorer l'ambiance!

Great Vacation Rental!

March Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is lovely - especially enjoyed the porches! Main complaint would be how THIN the walls are and that the bedrooms are all in a row so you can hear every single sound from every room which makes it feel like there’s no privacy as a couple. If you don’t mind that, then it’s a decent house for a small family. The pullout sofa is worn and not comfortable to sleep on, so I wouldn’t rent if you have more than 6.

Management company couldn’t have been better. House is top notch. Walking distance to the shops and beach. A great way to spend Christmas.

Magical !

Surrounded by trees and Lined by patinated antique copper gas lanterns and a large outdoor porch with a dining table , this is the house you want to be at. The inside is filled with high end , carefully curated furniture creating the most cozy ambiance . The location is perfect - close enough to town to walk/bike to the Main Street, but just enough away so that it feels peaceful. Easy beach access from the house. Our favorite house in Rosemary !

Dad trip

Beautiful house! Everyone had plenty of space and the open kitchen and living area brought everyone together. Warm colors gave it a timeless and home-like feel. Hope to be back to this one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Belize Cottage is by far the best property we've stayed at in Rosemary over the last 3 years. Elegantly decorated with only a 3 minute walk to the beach and steps away from Coquina Pool. A 3 minute walk to the Rosemary village though just far enough to enjoy quiet solitude. Great service from the 30A Luxury Vacations staff with easy check-in/out. We will be back to Belize Cottage in future years.

Absolutely dreamy

Best stay ever! House is gorgeous - stocked well. The pool is steps away - the beach is 2 blocks - a play ground is 4 blocks the other way . Easy to walk for kids but loved scootering around . I can’t say enough how magical the place is! Will definitely stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat the location of this house and it is perfectly fine for a short trip to Rosemary. That said, you should know that there is no view of the water, the house stays very dark from tree coverage, and guest rooms and common areas are quite small. No problem if you plan to spend all of your time on the sand but could be tight with lousy weather. Perfect for one family of 4 + grandparents or a family of 5.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was top notch. Just 2 houses away from the Coquina pool and a block away from the beach walkover. While the kitchen appliances and dinnerware were well stocked, there were no kitchen pantry items (not even salt and pepper). No dishcloths, one extra blanket, no beach towels, etc. The pictures online indicated the house was light bright and airy. A little disappointed that in reality, it was quite dark and more yellow than what we thought it would be. While the house was clean, it felt a little tired.

Stay with family

The location was excellent, and the home was welcoming. Everything was clean, communication was easy and we were able to get in and out without any trouble. The only thing we would have changed is for the interior lighting to be brighter once it was nighttime. Our family enjoyed staying there!
