SALUT! Vous allez adorer notre magnifique condo 2 BR / 2 Bath au 2e étage à Myrtle Beach. Caractéristiques Cuisine, salon, coin DR, laveuse / sécheuse, télévision par câble dans chaque chambre, bâton de feu Amazon sur télévision LR, portes coulissantes donnant sur le balcon donnant sur la piscine où vous pouvez prendre votre café du matin si vous le souhaitez! Air central / Chaleur. Le canapé s'ouvre sur un lit pour un espace de sommeil supplémentaire. Draps, draps et serviettes compris. Des jeux de société et des fournitures de plage, y compris des chaises de plage et des nouilles de piscine, sont disponibles pour votre plaisir. Idéal pour les golfeurs! Situé à côté du parcours de golf de Myrtlewood. Nous sommes situés assez loin de l'agitation de Myrtle Beach mais assez près de nombreuses attractions, notamment Broadway at the Beach, Grand Prix Racing, parcs aquatiques et restaurants! Myrtle Beach est à environ 3 km. Il y a aussi Surfside Beach (l'une de mes préférées) un peu plus loin et Huntington Beach State Park est à environ 30 minutes.

Didn't want to leave!

Another great stay! Property inside and out is always clean. Check in/out process is easy. Location close to attractions and beach. Comforts of home from full kitchen, games on rainy days, screened in porch. Owners are fast to repond to any questions or anything you need during your stay.

Great Place to Stay!

Myrtle Beach visit

This 2 bedroom was so cute and well kept. Very quit area and very close to so many attractions and restaurants. Minutes away from main attractions. If you plan on visiting Myrtle Beach I definitely recommend staying here, perfect for a couple or small family.

great place to stay

Kathy was very quick to help us with the TV that wasn't working-had it working within the hour. Easy to get to everything that you need we would love to stay here again...and we probably will. We had a view of the pool-the porch is screened. Very easy to get to beach-2min drive right down 38th.

Beautiful condo. Right next to MyrtleWood golf Course. It is the perfect location for us. Our 2 pugs enjoyed themselves. We will stay there again..

Enjoyable Getaway

This property was very nice. It was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The property manager was very helpful and kind and we enjoy staying in this property again. We used the property two years ago and it did not disappoint. The manager may want to start updating the kitchen appliances and counter tops.

Great place to stay!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The condo is in the perfect location- under 15 minutes to anything you would want to do and under 5 minutes to the beach. Pool was excellent. Condo had everything that we could have needed. Kathy was a great host! Already booked to come back again next summer!

A Home Away From Home!

Our stay was very pleasant and refreshing. The home was well maintained with a "beachy" feel. We enjoyed the view of the pool area from the screened in patio, the furniture and beds were very comfortable and there was no lack of anything needed; it really felt like we moved our home to Myrtle Beach! Looking forward to staying here again next time! Just loved the close proximity to the beach and other attractions and conveniences.

Another great vacation!

Second time to stay here and like last time, the unit was clean, always fast communication with the owners, plenty of parking, quiet area, plenty of games to play, property has friendy security and maintenance informed each building that outdoor window and balcony/porch pressure wsahing was taking place. Property is well-maintained in mowing and pool area. Already looking forward to staying next year!

Myrtle Beach getaway

We had a wonderful time for our week stay in Myrtle Beach. The owners were very responsive to our texts. This location is perfect for those wanting to stay away from the craziness of the beach front properties. Beautiful golf course location, overlooking the pool, central to everything, close to the beach, walking and biking paths. Spacious unit was quiet, neat, tidy and well supplied. We would definitely stay again.

We are Kathy & Steve Roman from NJ. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for about 15 years now and have fallen in love with the area. Finally after all this time we decided to purchase our own place here for ourselves and our families and we would love to share it with you!

Magnolia Place is centrally located to everything! Less than 2 miles to the beach. 1 mile to Broadway at the Beach and there are tons of attractions in the surrounding area as well. Plenty of Golf if that is why you are coming and a lot of things for kids and families to do

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We actually purchased our home long distance with the help of a great realtor. We only saw our place in pictures and videos. We came down for the closing and walked in and knew right away we made the right choice. We are so happy with our condo and everything Magnolia Place has to offer.
