Wonderful Experience

My friends, husband and I had attended a wedding and stayed at this great home. It was very clean, spacious, and fun. We loved the hot tub and games. It was very private and had beautiful scenery.

Amazing Get Away

Best Vacation Home

We’ve stayed here three years on a row and we’ll definitely be back next year. The house was clean, the pool was cool and the hot tub was hot. We couldn’t ask for more.

Relaxing weekend

Property is easy to get to. It’s away from town but not too far away. The owner provided all necessary details prior to day of arrival. The house, pool and property were clean and furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent a lot of time in the pool, it was a fantastic way to beat the Texas heat. Overall we had a great weekend.

Relaxing Country Getaway

Five long time girl friends enjoyed the weekend at this property. 3 BR and 2 Bath accomodations worked well for all of us. Kitchen updated and lovely. Pool Wonderful! Nice fluffy towels and plenty of them--which is always a plus. Kitchen stocked well too with a large refrigerator, full size stove and microwave. We all had positive comments with the exception that the spa tub attached to pool was not working well (Owner quickly responded to our questions about its lack of water.) and one bedroom did not have curtains. The bedroom has a lovely view but the sun comes up pretty early!! We would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a beautifully rustic decorated remote home to enjoy with family and friends. Coffee bar is really cute too.

Friends Weekend

5 friends since childhhod, now age 56 and living in different areas, met here in this PERFECT place to reconnect. The house, pool, hot tub and property is so beautiful, completely private, very quiet,:and exactly what we wanted. The furniture inside and out is so comfortable and the house is well equipped. I must mention at night, star gazing is very clear. Viewing of the night sky, poolside, while surrounded by beautiful trees is incredible. We were visited by a fawn more than once and the tree swings are amazing. This place exceeded our expectations. Susan, our hostess, was so awesome and accommodating. We are so thankful for this amazing experience to create new memories together!

We love this rental. A relaxing weekend in the pool with no distractions is what we are looking for when we visit here. House was immaculately clean and accommodations are super nice.

Beautiful updated home

This is a beautiful updated home in a peaceful setting. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to coming back. The beds were very comfortable, although be warned that the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom is very high. I’m 5’5” and the bed was higher than my waist. This was no problem for my teenager, but is a consideration for anyone mobility impaired. That room also is a little dark. It needs a lamp and a nightstand. The master bedroom was large and comfortable with good lighting. The kitchen is updated and beautiful. However, I found it challenging to cook basic meals because of few pots and utensils. There was no colander so we had to get creative to drain pasta. The pool patio was a nice place to sit and relax. In warmer weather, I am sure swimming would be great.

Cute Country Stay

This place is amazing. It was spotless when we arrived. It is super cute as well. I stayed with my best friend for the night before my wedding and then my husband and I stayed the next 2 nights. It snowed the day after the wedding and we enjoyed a nice dip in the hot tub while it snowed around us. All you see are trees and pasture behind the house. You can’t see any of the neighbors. Very nice and peaceful!

Beautiful retreat near Tyler

We were looking for a getaway in the country that had close access to the city and this place delivered. Beautifully decorated and set in 60 acres of rolling hills, the ranch was perfect. Susan is a great host and provided lots of insights into the Tyler market.

The Best

I’ve rented several houses through VRBO and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The house and outdoor area were really nice and clean. And Susan was great. With any question, she immediately responded. Will definitely go again.

Birthday getaway

We needed to get away from the big city and just relax, and this place made it happen. Everything was clean, the beds were so comfortable, we had plenty of kitchen utensils to cook with and the pool was just perfect. We will definitely be back again.

Two couples for a birthday getaway

Home was beautifully done, spacious and clean. The pictures do not do it justice. Home owner has many personal touches, including leaving me a birthday card and snacks!! Quickly answered my one question and left us to our relaxation. Several small towns nearby if you need anything, very peaceful and secluded. Spent most of our time in the hot tub, looking forward to coming back to try out that pool!!! (no March swimming for me, lol)
