Little Slice of Heaven in Hilton Head

Great Location

Had a wonderful time staying at this house with my family. It has a great location close to both the beach and Coligny Plaza. We played lots of ping pong and enjoyed the pool every day.

Great location. Bathroom and kitchen have been updated and that made for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the pool and easy beach access.

A great getaway

Clean and close to everything. Very well managed property. Not for the five star luxury crowd, but for my family and my sisters’ with young kids, it was the perfect location at a good price with great service and amenities. We would choose this property again!

Wonderful trip

Location was perfect! House was clean, well stocked. Pool was nice, ping pong room was a big hit! We went with another family, 6 kids total from 11-17yrs old. Nice to be close to all the restaurants, beach was super close. Highly recommend and would stay again in this home!!

Good size home. Lots of amenities. Would stay again but maybe later summer. Pool has a lot of trees surrounding. But great,easy walk to beach.

Great location near Coligny and the beach. Nice home, very comfortable. The rental company was excellent in responding to any questions we had. We have already rebooked this house for next year.

The location was closer to the beach than I imagined, just about 4 houses away. Also, just steps from the shops and restaurants at coligny center. Wonderful space!! Exceeded all expectations.

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was as described and perfect for our family. Pool was cleaned twice during our stay and house was clean. Bedrooms were perfect for our family. Property is truly less than a minute from the beach and 2 minutes to Coligny Plaza. Only hesitation is the front steps are steep going down - the backyard steps have been redone and are better - especially when you’re carry stuff down for the beach. This was minor for us and we would have no hesitation staying here again.

Spring Fling 2018!!

Awesome house! Relaxing to the Max. So close to beach and shopping center. All the right amenities. Very nice and well laid out kitchen. Pool was such a plus. Can't wait to stay here again next year. Afternoon Sun directly onto back of house made afternoon sunbathing so perfect.

PERFECT LOCATION and great space!

The location was perfect - super close to beach and shops/restaurants. The space was really great, with a great, spacious deck and super fun pool. I cannot say enough great things about this property! My only complaint is that a few of the beds are in pretty bad shape as in big dips in the mattress. We ended up leaving a day early as our lower backs were really hurting.

Awesome stay in HHI

The location of this property can't be beat. It's a few hundred feet to both the beach and Coligny plaza so the accessibility to everything you may need during a stay is amazing. The house itself was really nice, plenty of space for my wife and I, two kids, and a set of grandparents. The pool on property was cleaned twice during our visit and we had it heated which was well worth it. The rental staff was very attentive, helping us with questions that came up and even getting the internet up and running after an outage. I would 100% stay here again and would 100% recommend this property.

Best Place Ever

3 bedrooms downstairs for 6 adults and 2 bedroom upstairs - 8 and 6 yr old girls in one and 4 yr old boy in another. It worked great. Very large atrium/living room space. Nice deck off kitchen/dining room. Great pool downstairs and another shaded spot under deck by the pool. And, within short walk to the beach and Coligny Square shopping. We will be back - probably in 2 years. And what's not to like about Hilton Head? The bike paths are all over the island and mostly off the roads.

Great location to Coligny & Beach

Every year we rent a home near Coligny. This being the first that is so close and it was nice. The home itself had everything we needed. New appliances which were nice. The furnishings were good, it's a rental so nothing is perfect. Loved the screened in porch off master bedroom. The pool area is nice but sadly I didn't think we needed to pay for heating since it was end of Sept. Didn't realize it doesn't get much sun at all and the water was too cold. That will probably keep us from renting this home again since the pool is nice in the evenings for the kids to swim and burn off energy.

Hilton Head

The outdoor area/decks and pool area were all dirty. Improved after cleaning on Wednesday. No internet for more than 1/2 the time. No TV. Floors dirty/made feet dirty. We thought it was a full week/really only 5 full days. Noisy and filled with people. Early morning lawn care was nosiy. Difficult to drive around. We like a more layed back atmosphere.

Thank you for your feedback, Stephanie. We will note to the cleaners about the dirty floor on your arrival and have them pay closer attention to that going forward. However, everything else was circumstantial to the timing of your stay. The first few days of your stay were stormy which left tree debris in the pool and back yard. The pool vendors were stretched thin to get to a ton of extra clean requests, they were unable to get to yours before the regular clean day. The in-season regular clean dates for this home are Saturday and Wednesday. The internet did go out during your stay which does support the TV. That too was bad timing and we refunded you for the lack of TV and internet during a part of your stay. You also booked your stay at a home near Coligny at a very popular time on the Island. This home is located near this busy area. Many find it exciting to be close to the action, but understandably, that is not for everyone. Lastly, you booked the dates of your stay on your own, online, choosing a 6 night stay. That mistake should not be attributed to the home or the management company.
