Beach Haven condo

We had a wonderful time staying at Missy’s condo. The location is incredible—1 very short block to the beach and a ton of restaurants nearby. Condo itself was very comfortable. Missy was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again next year.

absolutely ridiculous that you have to bring your own toilet paper, let alone towels, sheets, paper towels, garbage bags and everything else for over 500/night. what a joke

Thank you for your feedback. It was a pleasure having you stay with us. I sent you a list 10 days before check in of items to bring including toiletries, sheets. Bringing sheets to the rental is standard in lbi. I do leave a basket of toiletries in the closet for people who rent my property as a courtesy but at the end of the season those items run low. Good luck with your vacations going forward!

Ideal Beach Haven Location

The location of this condo is ideal for many reasons - 1 block to the beach and easy walking distance to many good restaurants, bars and shops - but it's still generally quiet and peaceful. We made good use of the deck and enjoyed having meals and drinks there. The interior is clean and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms are a bit on the small side but the common areas had plenty of space - and really, how much time do you need to spend in your bedroom when the beach is so close? =) The owner was pleasant and helpful and I would certainly recommend this condo.

Great stay

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. It is in a great location - across the street from the beach and in walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Woohoo!!!!

Was looking for an end of summer vacation and found this gem on VRBO. We have vacationed in LBI for many years, renting a house on the beach, but it was only available for weekly rentals. This Condo is perfect, it's clean, beautifully updated, comfortable, has everything you need except food and linens. Even the ample supply of pots/pans/dishes and glassware were in great shape. Walking distance to EVERYTHING - beach, groceries, shopping. I can't say enough about this rental. I am glad my daughter found it and I will definitely stay here again - hopefully for a longer vacation.

Fantastic Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. My husband, 2 daughters and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The location is prime. The beach is a minute walk away. We really loved that you could walk to Bay Village and Fantasy Island, as well as many restaurants and the market. The condo is clean and modern with everything we needed to stay comfortably for the week. We loved sitting outside on the balcony to play games and relax in the evening. Super convenient to have 2 parking spots as well. We couldn’t be happier and hope to return next year!

Terrific in so many ways!

My wife, daughter and I have rented vacation properties in various states and countries, and I'd like to think we have developed a pretty reliable standard for quality. Of course, everyone has his own set of preferences, but for us this property was outstanding in several respects. The location, obviously, is fantastic. An easy walk to and from the beach: out the door, cross a quiet street and small parking lot, and over a small dune and you're at the water. The proximity to the ocean is great, but we also used our car a grand total of once the entire week. If you don't mind walking a few blocks (and the neighborhood is wonderful to stroll around in), then the convenience to stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc. is great. Aside from location, we always hope to rent a property in which we're comfortable spending time, and one in which we can prepare and enjoy a few meals. The condo is tastefully appointed--comfortable chairs & couches in the common area, a spacious dining table, an updated kitchen with anything you could possibly need, lots of counter space. Our favorite aspect of the condo itself was the balcony, just off the living room area and looking out over Atlantic Avenue. You can hear the ocean waves and watch people strolling and biking past as you take your coffee, eat meals, or just hang out at night catching the breeze off the water. Also of note: the condo has central air. As the temps crept up into the 90's, it was pretty essential to have as an option at night!

Cozy, comfortable and convenient

Our 3rd visit to this property and it never disappoints. It's location can't be beat - steps from the beach. Great restaurants and ice cream nearby. A short walk to the amusement park and water park. Didn't have to move our car the entire week. The condo was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Will be back again!

Great location and we'll appointed unit.

This was our third year in this unit and it did not disappoint. The owner has kept it modern and even added a very nice backsplash in the kitchen. With the beach across the street and all the attractions within walking distance, the location can not be beat. Looking forward to going back next year.

Wonderful Trip!!!

We stayed here Summer 2016, a family of 4. My husband, myself and a 5 year old and 2 year old. The place was perfect for us- clean, large, spacious, organized, and just wonderful. The one bedroom had 2 twin beds, perfect for our boys, and the other bedroom has a queen, with ample closet space for a vacation. there is a flat screen tv in the master bedroom, as wel. The living room is large, and comfortable, with updated electronics, games. The kitchen was TERRIFIC. clean, update, large refrigerater, dishwasher, cabinet space, with everytyhing you could possibly need. The outdoor area was great as well, with a table with 4 chairs. there is a washer in dryer, cleaning utensils and plenty of things near by. You are walking distance to everything, but the car port was AMAZING. we kept our beach stuff in our car, and just got it every morning before heading to the beach. We loved being down the block from the supermarket, and relaly near everything. we walked everywhere all week. cant say enough wonderful things. all i can say is we came in 2016, and rebooked this wonderful stay for Summer 2017!

A definite return!

This condo was absolutely perfect. We were the envy of our friends who were staying in other condos in the Breakers. It was so updated and comfortable and only a few minute walk to the beach. Our children had more than enough space for their things and they even loved sitting on the porch for breakfast. We will definitely be returning!!!

Truly a home away from home!

I've already told the owner, Sign Me Up for next year. Not only is this condo clean and beautifully decorated , it is the best location in Beach Haven. Everything you can possibly need is within walking distance. The ocean right across the street! You can go home for lunch! The condo itself is spacious and very comfortable, completely furnished with everything from coffee pots, to blenders, toaster ovens etc. the owner is a sweetheart. Very easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to do business with. I don't want to leave!

This was a wonderful home. Clean, neat, pleanty of space for 5 people. We didnt have to use our car unles we were leaving the Island. Beach Haven is a perfect place to have a home. The home was just right for my family. We are hoping to come back next year.. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

AWESOME PROPERTY

Stayed here for a week over July 4th weekend and would definitely like to return next year. Best asset of this unit is LOCATION. Location, location, location. The only way to be closer to the beach is to be on it. Also, if you enjoy the nightlife at the Shell, again you can't be in a better location unless you were staying there. Walking distance to almost all Beach Haven bars and restaurants as well. The unit itself is very clean and tastefully decorated. Recently updated. Bedrooms are of adequate size and the master includes a tv. Kitchen has all the appliances you will need and a decent amount of counter space including an island and breakfast bar. There is a nice shaded deck/porch that overlooks the Sea Shell and Engleside hotels. Washing machine and dryer in the unit is a big help. Covered parking for two cars is nice when you have a convertible Jeep! Unit includes wireless internet and cable, although if you are a tv junkie you won't find high def here. One thing to note for people with young kids: As this property is directly across the street from the Shell, sometimes people congregate outside at the closing of the bar waiting for rides and they can be a bit noisy. However, if you have the windows closed, shouldn't be a problem. Also the area is patrolled by police making sure the patrons don't linger too long. The property also features communal charcoal grills and outdoor showers. Landlord is very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for an affordable place close to the beach and in the heart of Beach Haven.

Excellent location!

We stayed here the last week of August prior to school beginning. The location was perfect. We have 3 children and were walking distance to everything...the beach, ice cream parlor, supermarket. However, the beach bars are also located across the street. For those who want that, it's perfect. However, with 3 children it was a little bit too loud when they were letting out. We did leave early before the following Labor Day weekend. Other than that, the place was perfect for our afternoon cocktails and chips on the child friendly deck. Will definitely return for a shorter week. The owner was great and we received our deposit in an efficient manner. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to say in Beach Haven

We loved this place! It was everything we were expecting and more. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or town. Close to absolutely everything. The condo layout was great, neat, clean, and the owner was very helpful. It was comfortable and quickly felt like home. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and then wine and cheese in the afternoon. Hope to go back next year!

Great Time at the Beach

I went with my wife and two younger daughters. The location is perfect for all of the attractions. We were a block away from the SurfLight Theater which had shows for the kids playing all week. There was also a small playgroung two blocks away at a local church which was within walking distance. The condo was well-equipped with plenty of dishes, pans and kitchen utensils. Owner was extremely helpful during rental process and providing area info. It was easy to walk back and forth between the beach and condo and the outdoor showers were a huge plus. We were very happy with our decision to rent here.
