Ocean Block - Un de la plage

Cet adorable duplex du 2ème étage est à quelques pas des belles plages de Beach Haven Terrace (LBI, NJ). Une maison hors de l'eau. Magnifique vue sur l'océan. Cette location de vacances ne pouvait pas offrir un moyen plus pratique de profiter de la côte du New Jersey.
Cette unité dispose de trois chambres privées (1 Queen, 4 lits jumeaux), 1 salle de bain complète, une cuisine bien équipée (vaisselle, casseroles, poêles, etc) et un coin salon confortable. Comprend un barbecue partagé et une terrasse privée comme le mur comme un accès partagé à une douche extérieure et à la lessive. La maison est équipée d'une climatisation centrale et d'un parking.

Great location and wonderful owner!

We had a great stay last week at the property. The location can’t be beat - two houses up from the beach and right in the heart of Beach Haven! Jennifer was wonderful to work with - incredibly responsive and made sure we knew what we needed to know to have a great time!

Fabulous location

We had a small family gathering for the Memorial Day weekend and LOVED the property. It's in a perfect location and had all of the immenities as well as an outdoor shower. Jennifer was fabulous to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions. I can't wait to go back!

Perfect spoy

Communicating with Jen was very easy and quick. She let me know prior about entry. Upon arrival, the house was clean and neat. The location is perfect and the views are amazing. The house and beds were very comfortable and clean. Jen was very responsive and proactive. Easy, peaceful and perfect.

Round two for a Mother’s Day weekend. Weather didn’t play along but this is a fantastic spot to get away and hang right alongside the beach. Will be back.

Amazing getaway

We have visited LBI since 2008. This rental is an absolute treasure. The location is nested perfectly within biking distance of Beach Haven shopping and restaurants. The morning ocean views are spectacular. I highly recommend this rental.

As easy as easy gets!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay on the top floor where we enjoyed views of the surf from the outside deck. The storage area was a treasure trove of all things beach related, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, etc. Plus the owner was quick to respond with any information we needed. We plan on booking again next year!!

Great location with ocean view!

Loved our stay here as it was close to all the amenities but the beach was right outside our front door! Get the 2nd floor unit for a great view of the ocean from your balcony. Unit was well equipped, many things we brought with us we probably could have left home. communication from the owner was fantastic as well - A+

Terrific beach house

Terrific location. Beach house was so welcoming and comfortable. Was the perfect spot for what we were looking for. Jennifer was great about communication. Living room, kitchen and deck were perfect for hanging out as a group. Right at the beach entrance. Walking distance to restaurants. Very clean, quiet and safe neighborhood.

Much more beautiful than photos!

Had a delightful stay. House is immaculately clean. Communication excellent. What's most amazing is the view from the deck. You can see the beach and ocean. And actually hear the waves it's so close to the beach. Lots of space. Fun closet full of board games. Location within walking distance of restaurants. Had such a great stay. Thanks!

Great Stay & Sublime Location

The Beach House was exactly as advertised and Jennifer is a wonderful host to work with. Check-in/check-out were super easy. The property is clean and well laid out. The bathroom was particularly clean and had great lighting. The location and views can simply not be beat! We spent a ton of time on the deck enjoying the ocean, and the ease of getting to/from the beach has spoiled us for all future trips. The outdoor shower was super functional and so many easy-walking amenities (restaurants, ice cream, Wawa, liquor store, etc.) We look forward to returning!

Great!

Jennifer was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond for our stay, celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary with balloons upon arrival. Communication was swift and easy, as was check in and departure. The view was lovely, we just wish our weather had been better! Highly recommend renting here. Location is perfect! Great view of the ocean!

We recently stayed in this rental for a week with our family. The view from the deck is amazing and we enjoyed both coffee and cocktails there all week. Quick and easy walk to the beach. Jennifer was very attentive and made check in a breeze. We lost power for a couple days after hurricane Isaias blew through and Jennifer was very accommodating and concerned for us. The house had everything we could ask for. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Made me feel like I was home again.

I am from the area originally and haven't been back in a few years. This rental made me feel like i was back home and not in a rental. Decor was nice and sime, not to over done. Plenty of space and a good seating area both inside and out. Bedrooms had good storage and enough room to be comfortable and have your own space. Great view of the ocean and the sunrise every morning. And being the second house from the beach, access was simple and close. Plenty if places to grab a bite to eat or a quick drink within walking distance and the area was nice and quiet. Overall i would recommend and i do plan on making this a yearly trip. Thank you again for making it feel like home.

Amazing stay for our babymoon

This property is located on a quiet street in Beach Haven Terrace, one house from the ocean. We were looking for something peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Beach Haven, and this ticked all the boxes. We loved sitting out on the deck hearing the waves of the ocean in the morning. The house itself is cozy, welcoming, and very clean. The beach was wonderful and not crowded at all for our MDW stay. Jennifer, the host, was communicative, easy to work with, and welcoming of feedback. She even left a babymoon gift for us, which was such a nice gesture. You'll be walking distance to plenty here - restaurants, ice cream, Wawa. Dockside Diner is very close as well! Plenty of beach gear is provided, as well as a grill and well-stocked kitchen. This place would be excellent for couples and families. Thank you, Jennifer! We can't wait to visit again someday!

Second house from the beach!

This is our second year staying on this property. Can’t beat the location being so close to the beach which makes the walk so much easier. The second floor deck gives you a view of the ocean and beautiful sunrise. The house is clean with everything you need. Love the large kitchen with lots of elbow room. The living room area is also large fitting 2 couches. Each bedroom is also roomy with enough closet space. Although only 1 full bathroom, it was fine for the 4 of us last year. The street is very quiet even in middle of summer and this time, came during our most favorite month, September. Jennifer is very responsive and last year, even caught us before we were on the causeway to inform us on a bag we left behind.
