Belle maison historique sur la rue Church dans le centre-ville de Monroe, en Géorgie. Cette maison de ferme a été construite en 1900, ce qui en fait la plus vieille maison du quartier historique. À distance de marche des brasseries Monroe, du centre-ville, de l'entrepôt de coton, de la salle des machines, de la maison McDaniel-Tichenor, du Sparrow Hill Inn et bien plus encore! À seulement 5 minutes du Monroe Golf & Country Club. A 35 minutes d'Athènes pour vos matchs de football de l'université de Géorgie. Beautiful house, convenient location to downtown

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house has historic charm while still being updated for modern conveniences. We really enjoyed the pool in the hot summer temperatures. The location is very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. We are already looking at dates to book next year.

Lovely place to stay

The property is lovely! Updated and well stocked, we really enjoyed the location as well. We walked to downtown several times and Jordan was very nice to work with.

Most relaxing getaway

This vacation home was simply incredible! The architecture features in the home make it so special & the modern updates make it perfect! We enjoyed our time on the enormous front porch reading, listening to rain & watching the people go by. The farmhouse dining table was used to enjoy several home cooked meals & family game night. However the spacious and refreshing pool was the only place to spend those hot & humid Georgia afternoons. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable & wonderful family getaway!

Amazing!

I can't stress AMAZING enough! Very Roomy, Very Clean, Very convenient to everything!!! We stayed for two nights since our daughter was getting married in a venue close tot he house. It truly was PERFECT! Beds were super soft. Plenty of room for our crowd and visitors coming in and out! I would highly recommend this house. Also, the owners were so kind and thoughtful...for us to have a wedding weekend and people running in and out they understood and worked really well with us!

Southern charm

We couldnt have asked for a more perfect home to make our stay in Monroe such a pleasure/ Very clean, great communication, In 90 degree heat, we were very comfortable in the house, and we enjoyed a dip in the pool too! As our in-laws live nearby, we will be back! thank you.

Weekend Stay at The Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at The Cottage in Monroe. The beautiful historic home is clean and spacious with restored hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. The wide front porch and well-equipped pool and patio area were especially relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our hosts supplied everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The downtown Monroe area is walkable with fabulous restaurants and cute shops. I highly recommend Jordan and Patrick as your hosts!

Delightful Stay at Charming and Spacious Home with Wonderful Homeowners

I just wanted to share that the homeowners were absolutely wonderful! They were so communicative and friendly during my stay. And let me tell you, the home itself was just as charming and spacious as I remembered from my first visit. Needless to say, my second stay here was an absolute delight!

Nice cozy house

Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of things to do. It was a few blocks away from downtown which is great for my family no traffic noise. House was clean and management was quick to respond. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house.

Adorable Cottage

My family and I had a wonderful time at this adorable cottage home. We got to spend wonderful quality time together for a family wedding weekend. It’s conveniently located to all of downtown Monroe, GA and the owners could not have been accommodating. definitely would recommend renting this precious home.

Great place to stay in Monroe

Came to Monroe for a family wedding. Our stay at this house was just perfect. House is very beautiful, clean and beds were so comfortable. It is very close to restaurants and downtown. The hosts are awesome to work with and communicated to make sure we had everything we needed. We accidentally left some personal items when checking out and they were so accommodating and kind to make sure we got items back. Overall stay and experience was the best. If you are looking for a place to stay in Monroe book this place as it’s a gem.

Great getaway

Our stay was great. The property is awesome. We should have asked how deep the pool was before hand. The deepest point is probably 7 feet. We’re not excellent swimmers so we just stayed by the steps most of the time. I would definitely book This property again. The location was great too.

Great Retreat

We were in town for nephew's wedding. Location was perfect, close to all events. The house was so comfortable, especially the backyard pool area. This house allowed us a nice retreat to relax and truly enjoy all wedding events. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely family getaway

We had a lovely stay in Monroe. The town is very pretty with lots of great little shops, and only an hour's drive from Atlanta. The house was lovely! Spacious and historic with real charm. We found all we needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of towels. Nice, comfy beds. Great communication with the friendly owners. The pool was enjoyed very much by our kids and there is a playground literally across the road from the house. Highly recommend as a small town stay with easy access to the city. Best of both worlds!

Awesome, clean, perfect location. Really enjoyed the pool and home.

Easy check in and a very responsive owner. The house is beautiful, well stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean and ready for our stay. The backyard area and pool is awesome, private and quiet. The city of Monroe is just the right size. DT area is beautiful to walk, nice restaurants and even a brewery. Thanks for everything. We'd definitely come back.

Wonderful historic cottage to stay for a wedding in the area

We had 8 family members stay very comfortably at the cottage. The beds were so comfortable and the Hot tub was very relaxing. The owners were very easy to contact and check in and out was very easy. The only problem we had was the water pressure in the Master bath. The house is from the 1800's so you can't shower as the same time as someone else or have the dishwasher or washing machine going at the same time. We ended up showering in the second bathroom and using the Master for the toilet and sinks. It all worked out, but nice to know before coming. Monroe is such a cute town, we enjoyed the car show, The Brown Fig and Roe's were our favorite places to eat. The wedding venue, The Factory at Walton Mill, was an amazing place to get married. We were very close to everything which was so helpful!!

MONROE’s Hidden Gem

Wow! This home is a perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. One of Monroes oldest homes completely renovated to keep the feel of the time but with a modern aesthetic. This home is a perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. The owners are some of the kindest people and I cannot speak highly enough about their awesome communication and ease of access. You have to stay here when traveling to Monroe for any occasion!

We were there for a family wedding, located close to venue. the house was beautiful and even had a Christmas tree which was a very nice thing to do. I would definitely recommend this house if you are looking in this area. Owners were easy to contact.
