Cette maison de trois chambres à coucher à quatre étages avec deux salles de bain et pouvant accueillir de 16 à 18 personnes a des caractéristiques que je voudrais exprimer dans la critique suivante. Parce qu'il a été construit en 1990, il n'est pas tout neuf et même si nous avons fait beaucoup de rénovations récemment, il a encore certaines fonctionnalités qui sont ce que certains disent, c'est un peu plus ancien. Nous avons mis de la moquette dans chaque chambre, nous avons fait un travail de peinture intérieure complète dans chaque pièce, les escaliers ont été refaits, la terrasse a été retouchée, les salles de bain ont un nouveau revêtement de sol et de la peinture, cependant, la cuisine n'a pas encore été rénovée, avec des appareils et des meubles modérés mais pas neufs. Les caractéristiques qui ressortent sont. 1. piste vers l'océan qui est inégalée sans obstacles, sauf l'eau en hiver. Two The View qui est aussi bon que vous trouverez sur la côte de Washington. 3 terrasses complètes aux deuxième et troisième niveaux et vous vous émerveillerez devant la vue fantastique sur l'océan dans le bain à remous intérieur pour 8 personnes et le lit principal et verrez les vagues de l'océan engloutir la plage. 5, dormir 16-18 6 2 téléviseurs à écran plat, l'un est de 45 pouces. 6. Wi-Fi gratuit sept. Laveuse sécheuse. 8 cuisine complète, et s'il y a des besoins, veuillez nous contacter lorsque vous êtes à la maison 9. Poêle à bois sur pied. 10 zone très privée, la maison la plus proche est à un pâté de maisons et est dans une rue sans issue. 11 Deux miles et demi au casino à 5 miles à Ocean Shores. 12. Barbecue au charbon 13. Les prix varient donc veuillez consulter le site pour les différents prix

Superb location, good size beach house. The views are fantastic. Property is dated, but is charming in other ways.

Absolutely amazing.

This house is ideal for families. It is cozy, clean, and the view is just next level. My family and friends loved everything about this little home on a piece of heaven. It truly was the best spot for our vacation. Larry is a saint and so wonderful to communicate with. We will be back.

The house was perfect. Right on the beach great neighborhood. Our host was also great with great communication we brought our dogs and had the best time. We are already talking about another trip and hope to get the same house

Family vacation

We did not have high expectations for the house as the owner was clear in communication that it is an old house with no real updates being done. That is accurate but there is a difference between out of date and unclean and unkept. The location was amazing and the view is fantastic from the top deck. Overall we made it work and had a great time with family. A little time and effort into cleaning ,replacing old and repairing a few things around the house would go along way to making it a great rental. If your going in the summer bring bug spray , the mosquitoes are feisty and plentiful.

Great beach house for big groups

Everything we needed for our family reunion. The host communicated really well. It's not the fanciest place, but for the price it's totally worth it, especially with the amazing view and proximity to the beach. Lots of space for multiple families in the house and RV's in the driveway.

Perfect Location

The details in the listing are accurate with this being an older house and could use some updating but the location and view made up for that! Larry and Chuck were both great and absolutely amazing at communicating any requests or issues we might have had. The house is huge and had everything we needed and more. Our group of 12 were very comfortable there.

Very easy to book. Very close to the beach. Just an old beach house that you don’t have to worry about tracking in sand. Good communication with the owner.

Family reunion

There were 13 of us that spent the nights, about 26 of us during the day. Two big meals. Home was great. Water presure was great for showers and plenty of hot water. One extra large table to play games on and eat. Another normal table that was great too. Kichtenq

Spectacular view on a pet friendly budget!!!

Owner was upfront & very communicative about the property/expectations. Our large family was quite comfortable & able to spread out. The kids had a great time playing in the little sand area. The path to the beach was an easy walk. Definitely keeping this property in mind for a later family get together.

Easy weekend

This place was in great location there is so much room in the house. Walking to the beach was fun and you only have to drive 5-10 minutes to get to ocean shores. The host was very communicative and the check in/check out process was easy and smooth. I got exactly what I expected and was not disappointed!

Fun at the beach

This was exactly as listed. Close to the beach, fantastic view from the second and third decks, and lots of comfortable beds for our group. The dogs had a great time as well! The sound of the ocean was fantastic! The wood stove was just for looks, it wasn't operational. The outside had litter here and there, but otherwise this place was perfect!

Great location!

The location is perfect! Make sure to read the description to know that this is an older home without updates in order to keep the price down. Can’t beat the short, private walk to the beach or the view from the decks. Enjoyed watching the bald eagles and deer. We also brought our own camp chairs to take to the beach. Our dogs had a blast and this property is very private. I do want to emphasize that this feels like you’re going to a beach house that has been in the family a long time. Great location that might feel a bit like “roughing” it for some. Close to casino, shopping, food. The owner is very clear and transparent about the property and will review the requirements and requests a few days before your stay. Fast and easy check in and check out.

Zero disappointments!

You choose between options based on the photos, description, amenities details, price, and policies. It is wonderful when you get exactly what you expected based on that data. A bonus was the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of Larry, the property manager. Every communication was prompt and clear. Super clean, unfussy, relaxed situation (e.g. mismatched cutlery, mugs, towels, plates. We didn't care!). Easy to settle in and everything we needed was available. Loved the unobstructed ocean view and trail right to the beach. A couple of blocks away is vehicle access and you can drive on the beach after Labor Day. If you're up for relaxed enjoyment with friends/family and you value function over fancy, this is an unbeatable great value.

Amazing Location

This property is in an amazing location, just a short walk to the beach, no close houses, only a few miles from town if anything was needed. The house had plenty of room for our family of 12, lots of dining and sleeping space, and 2 large decks. It is an older house as mentioned, a true "beach house". There were some maintenance issues, such as the hot tub leaking, and some lighting was nonfunctional. The owner did come quickly to bring more towels, and responded to text questions also. There were some cobweb corners, and dish/pot assortment was a bit random, but we had all we needed, and the family really enjoyed the casual stay, especially the location.

Pros & cons

Pros: location, beach access, privacy, ocean view, responsiveness of manager, kitchen well stocked, plenty of beds, nice large dining table, large screen TV, good for pets & kids, good off-season discount Cons: house & furnishings not very well maintained (old is okay, neglected is not); hot tub oddly located upstairs off of master suite (outside is more conducive to use); minimal number of towels (had to request more); did not appear or feel as clean as it was advertised to be (cleaner was sent during visit to address); carpets, some appliances, light fixtures & upstairs toilet really need to be replaced; living room only has seating for 5-6; “game room” in basement not at all inviting. Being that it is rainy November, some of these issues were likely more noticeable than they would be in warmer, drier months. Bottom line: We had a great time in spite of the above but probably would choose a different house next time, especially this time of year, unless some work is done to address these concerns. We appreciate that Larry tried hard to please, just being honest!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is BIG and the view is indescribable. The view alone is worth it. Price was very reasonable too. Plenty of room for the whole family, the pictures are old and outdated and do not accurately reflect how great this place is. The only issue we really ran into was stairs which has nothing to do with the owner it was more of a personal issue. It may be harder for the elderly to get upstairs, there is no way to get into the house without using stairs. My grandpa had an easier time walking around to the front by the firepit and going up those stairs. It worked out fine for us and this is more of an FYI for others. The trail to the beach is narrow and not wagon friendly but when you have the beach access road RIGHT THERE who cares! My kids loved the trail and we drove the others down to the beach. We all thought the beds were comfy and spent a lot of time on the balcony. Kitchen has almost everything you need, and there is a ton of parking. Definitely would stay again!

Memorable Stay

One of the few properties in or around Ocean shores that can handle large groups. My family had a short reunion and stayed at the property. The check in process and communication with the owner prior very easy. The owner was very responsive to questions about the property before we showed up. The property isn't brand new like many others popping up around ocean shores, but it is far away from the crowds, private, and quiet. We had toddlers and young kids, so that was a plus, and the quick walk to the beach was great too. There were some minor issues and inconveniences. I neglected to ask, but i don't believe there is AC, so the screen doors are your best option, be wary of mosquitoes. Upstairs can get quite warm if the door/windows have to be closed. The hot tub was clean, although we didn't use it. Despite the inconveniences, we had a memorable stay, and the owner was very receptive and understanding. He went above our expectation in terms communicating with us and resolving concerns and issues we had. I can't thank the owner enough for going that extra mile to make our stay memorable, for all the right reasons.

Beautiful beach getaway!

My family had a wonderful time celebrating New Years at this property! There was plenty of room for our large group and the property had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach as well as a coffee stand and mini mart. The view from the balcony was panoramic and beautiful! We had a slight issue with the water which was quickly resolved by Larry and his crew. The communication with the owners was very good- Larry is very quick to respond. We would stay here again!

great stay

my family loved this rental it was close to the beach as described quiet neighborhood/secluded it was nice to be in a house that had "old/outdated" amenities, my young family is so use to automation that the old shower faucets were a great reminder to them of how simple life and fixtures use to be , for us older people . however my mom who is in her 70's had some trouble with the older fixtures of the house ..... but gave herself a good chuckle ...... weather was kind of a let down but overall great house and wonderful beach and surrounding areas . thank you
