What began as a getaway quickly became a life-changing decision: we purchased a home here and planted the seeds of a dream.

We custom designed and built Snapper House—along with two of our other properties—with one goal in mind: to create the ideal vacation home for families and friends traveling together. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals ourselves, and we understand the challenges of group travel—uneven room sizes, limited privacy, and shared bathrooms. That’s why Snapper House features four equally spacious master bedroom suites, each thoughtfully designed with luxury, comfort, and privacy in mind.

Every suite includes a plush king-size Purple™ mattress, spa-inspired en-suite bathroom, private coffee and wine bar, smart TV, and direct access to a private patio or terrace. Everyone gets the best room—no compromises, no awkward coin flips.

We designed the open-concept great room, kitchen, and dining areas to bring people together comfortably, with plenty of room to relax, cook, dine, and unwind. Outside, the wraparound deck, expansive saline pool, shaded outdoor kitchen, and oversized dock invite guests to make the most of the Florida Keys’ outdoor lifestyle—whether that means boating, fishing, swimming, or simply lounging with a drink in hand.

Adding a home in Key Colony Beach was a natural next step for our HappyintheKeys collection. This vibrant, walkable community offers resort-style amenities, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a laid-back island vibe that’s hard to match. We love it here—and we knew our guests would, too.

Guests have access to a private boat ramp located just a few miles away near our Grouper House—exclusively available to guests of our five HappyintheKeys homes. It’s a rare and convenient perk for those bringing their own boats.
