Nouvelle maison dans le centre d'Alamosa, meublée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vos vacances. Maison de plain-pied avec garage double attaché et petite terrasse. Grande cuisine avec appareils neufs, chambre principale avec salle de bain principale attenante. Deux chambres avec lits de taille reine et deuxième salle de bain avec très grande douche. Deux salons, l’un avec cheminée à gaz et l’autre avec table de billard et table de jeu avec jeux de cartes et jeux de société dans le placard.

Very nice home in Alamosa

Great location. Clean. Well maintained. Great for two couples. Could use some restocking of kitchen items. A good knife set. Very hard to cut tomatoes with a steak knife. Some mixing bowls are needed. Clean the freezer and refrigerator. Also some Kleenex! Very comfortable home. Great parking. Will book again.

We are two couples over 75 y o and this property was beyond our expectations. We have stayed in many management properties and this was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The bedrooms were fully equipped. It was truly a beautiful vacation.

The house was very nice and was perfect for our needs. Set up was nice and had a big island. Clean and had what you would need. Very satisfied and would rent again.

Alamosa

The property is located on the south side of Alamosa in a less affluent neighborhood. The outside was a little funky as there seems to be no front door. Their is a sidewalk leading up to a sliding glass door that seems should be the back door. access was through a door that leads into the garage that then leads into a mudroom then in to the house. Everything is gravel. their is NO vegetation and no lawn whatsoever. the back yard is the same gravel and more gravel. I know from growing up in Alamosa it is very dry and little water so I get the lack of vegetation. Also the property looks like a rather new construction modular so there hasnt been anything planted yet. Inside the home was very nice and well appointed. cooking was ok but the stove is in the corner with very little light and the light from the microwave that would shine on the stovetop didnt work. Very nice large sectional in the living room and we enjoyed the pool table in the adjacent room. We felt the cleaning fee was a little steep. Overall the home was nice and comfortable. The Master Bedroom has a luxurious King Bed nice furniture and the bathroom has a large sunken tub that was not used but very nice. the shower is a very generic insert and looked way out of place with the other furnishings that looked marvelous. Once again it was an exceptional house inside and the host was easy to work with.

Great location for a family vacation

Lovely home close to downtown Alamosa and all the attractions in the valley. Enjoyed the pool table and family games in a spacious living room.

The home was quite comfortable and clean. Just a couple of tidbits for future VRBO visitors. The shower in the master bedroom has the lines switched so if you want hot water, do not turn the handle all the way to hot; you will only get cold water. Also, we only had one blow dryer and it was in the guest bath. We all shared the blow dryer. =) No big deal but it would be great if both bathrooms had a blow dryer. One last item. The 2 outlets in the master bath did not work. There may be others but the two in the sink area were not working properly. This could be the reason for no blow dryer =). Overall our stay was good and we would stay at this home again as it was very clean and comfortable. I loved that it was decorated for Fall.

Well-appointed property to enjoy what Alamosa has to offer

My friends and I deeply enjoyed our stay at this property for an annual parks trip. It is the perfect launch point for the Great Sand Dunes Park, in a quiet neighborhood, and in close proximity to Alamosa's mainstreet. The property itself was pristine when we arrived, with equally beautiful and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well-stocked, not only with pots, pans and cooking equipments, but some essentials that we were grateful not to buy for a short trip. The linens in bed and bath lush and all bathrooms and common areas offer the basic toiletries. The space offers quotes of joy, lightheartedness and inspiration. It ended up being only just three of us, but it was perfect to have a lot of space. That said, place could easily accomodate the 6 it advertises for without it feeling too snug. House rules were well explained and very reasonable. We were only disappointed to be able to stay only 1.5 days.

The house was very nice. We were a group of 6 adults. There was plenty of space for us. We would have used air conditioning if it was there. Note to those flying in ... there are no rental cars or Uber type service. One taxi is hard to contact and has 1+ hour wait time.

This home was very clean - it looked brand new; and It was very equipped for everything we needed. We stayed her for 2 days while visiting Great Sand Dunes National Park and it was the perfect place to go back to and cook dinner! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

Fun, comfortable and convenient

This was our first stop on our Colorado road trip. The house was fun for the teens (games & pool table) and comfortable for the adults - that big couch was awesome. We rented sand boards from a local shop and did the short drive to Great Sand Dunes. We also woke up early and went for a walk in the nearby open land, took in the fresh cool air and then enjoyed coffee on the porch. We also really enjoyed the food at Locavores. Everything was great. If we could offer one thing it would be to add a fan to the bedrooms that don’t have one. We were still comfortable, but not as comfortable as we were in the rooms with fans. Thank you for the great stay!

Wonderful experience

Everything went smoothly. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. House was clean and beautiful. And check out was easy. This stay made our vacation much more relaxing with our two little kids. Definitely will be returning.

Weekend Getaway

We rented the property for the weekend to go to the Sand Dunes. It was close to town and about 35 - 40 minutes from the dunes. House is perfect for a family, has loads of games and the pool table was a big hit. Kitchen had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and easy to work with.
