Franchissez la porte et vous remarquerez immédiatement le magnifique carrelage, les hauts plafonds et les nombreuses améliorations apportées.

Sortez de votre chambre principale ou de votre salon sur votre balcon privé de 6 pi sur 25 pi et admirez les vues panoramiques spectaculaires sur le golfe du Mexique. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous ou prenez vos repas sur le balcon et profitez de la chaude brise tropicale du golfe.

Le salon / salle à manger est doté d'une télévision grand écran plat, d'un canapé-lit queen-size et de beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre après une journée de divertissement au soleil. La salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes confortablement autour de la table et offre des sièges supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner.

La chambre principale et la chambre supplémentaire, qui sont décorées avec goût, disposent également d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une commode / coffre pour vous permettre de décompresser et de vous sentir chez vous.

La salle de bain principale comprend une douche séparée, une baignoire de jardin et une double vasque. Accès privé à la salle de bain supplémentaire par la deuxième chambre.

La cuisine, équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable GE et de comptoirs en granit améliorés, est entièrement équipée avec de nombreux ustensiles, assiettes et ustensiles de cuisine. Une cafetière, un mixeur, un grille-pain et de nombreux autres articles sont également à votre disposition.

La buanderie comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse superposables à chargement frontal. Pas besoin de chercher une laverie automatique.

Le complexe comprend deux piscines de 11 000 pi2 et un design unique en gravité zéro. Une fontaine et des chaises longues avec des parasols ornent le bord de la piscine, ajoutant à l'atmosphère relaxante de Destin.

Cabana Cafe ', le restaurant sur place, sera certainement un favori. Leur vaste menu comprend tout, des hot dogs et des hamburgers aux restaurants raffinés. Un service d'étage sera également disponible pour ceux qui choisissent de rester dans le condo.

La plupart adorent marcher sur la plage pour faire de l'exercice, mais un centre de remise en forme est à la disposition de ceux qui préfèrent rester.

Les belles plages sont à quelques pas, ainsi que le parcours de golf de 18 trous, 8 courts de tennis et les célèbres magasins Silver Sands Outlet.

Si vous souhaitez essayer la pêche hauturière, Destin, également connu comme le «village de pêcheurs le plus chanceux», possède l’une des plus grandes flottes de bateaux de pêche du pays. Certains restaurants vous serviront même vos prises si vous le souhaitez. Maintenant c'est des fruits de mer frais !!

Relaxing stay on the Gulf

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo- very well equipped as well! The porch is large with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Good restaurants and ice cream shop very close by. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Excellent property in a excellent location

Just wanted to say we had an amazing stay. The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. Communication with Sandy was immediate and pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Not to mention the view from the balcony is beautiful and the location is great no matter what you are in the area to do.

Very nice condo, accomodations and location! Made for a perfect vacation!

The condo accommodations were very nice! Everything you would need. Loved the ocean view and being just a short walk from the beautiful beach. All the amenities of the property were great, too, including the restaurant! Two pools to choose from, no crowds and lounge chairs were always available. Close to good restaurants, the Outlet Mall and Baytowne Wharf. The owner was also very nice and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great family vacation

We came to stay with 2 adult couples. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. In one of the closets we had wagon with 2 boogie boards, pool noodles, and inflatables which were nice for the beach and pool. We took a day to go down to the harbor walk and took a shuttle to crab island and had a great time. Captain D’s and Harry T’s were great to eat at.

The property is beautiful. As with everywhere they are having trouble getting people to work. The trash was always overflowing. We ate several times at the cabana cafe was delicious. The condo was very nice and spacious for my group. The view was beautiful. Definitely recommend

Memorial Weekend Get-Away

My daughter and I wanted a beach get-away for a quick vacation. The location of the property is ideal and being on the 18th floor provided amazing views of the beach without interference from other nearby properties. Our unit was exactly as described and provided all that we needed to enjoy our stay. We spent time at the beach and at the pool. Pool area was clean and had enough lounge chairs for those using the pool area. The on-site restaurant was perfect for lunch each day and our waitress was excellent! We would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip next year - but will stay longer!

Exactly as pictured!

My family and I stayed here for Labor Day Weekend and it was wonderful! The pictures online are exactly what the condo looks like. (Sometimes that isn't always the case) We had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was not a problem. It was perfect for everyone. The guys played golf while the rest of us were on the beach, swimming in the pool, or reading on the balcony! Perfect relaxing location. We would recommend this place to anyone and will be back!

3 week vaca!

Sandy was wonderful to work with. We had some issues with unit above us being renovated and Sandy moved us to another unit. The main thing the original unit needs is a smart TV. The tvs were outdated. Other than that it was good. Thanks Sandy!

The condo was beautiful as well as the beach! Communication with owner was awesome, very quick response. Only issue we had with property was leaving….all the elevators were not working and we waited for 30+ minutes only for my husband being able to get on with our luggage! My children and I had to walk down the stairs, from the 18th floor!! Other than that, our stay was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely stay again!

Unbeatable location and excellent unit

My wife's parents own and live in a unit in the same building which is why we chose this location. The unit was very nice and Sandy did an excellent job in communicating with us about an issue with the dryer. No worries at all as we were still able to use it and we understand that sometimes things happen beyond anyone's control. The unit was very clean, comfortable and full of appliances and amenities. Our two teenages sons loved it as well. There was plenty to do between the beach and pools, which is where we spent most of our time. I would recommend Sandy and this unit if you're planning on visiting the area. We have traveled all over the world and you can't beat the beaches in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. They, in my opinion, are among the best. If you walk on the beach around sunrise you're likely to see dolphins about 30 yards off shore. We've seen them during our last three visits to this beach.

Great getaway

This was my first rental with vrbo and I was very happy with this property and the wonderful property manager, Sandy, who answered all my questions promptly, left clear and straightforward instructions and had my apartment waiting in pristine condition. The short walk to the beach and excellent view of the Gulf from the 18th floor from both the main living area and the master bedroom were perfect for a working getaway. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy and all the furnishings very tasteful, clean and in great condition (they look even nicer in person than in the photos, in my view). My only complaint was that the sound of the fans / air conditioners from the top of the building to the front and side of this building drowned out the sound of the Gulf most of the day and, as I had selected a place expecting to hear the water based on another reviewer, that was a little disappointing but probably not a big deal for most and I could at various other times still hear the waves. (I found the building itself otherwise very quiet). And even though the apartment is a little dark, given the huge and inviting balcony with great patio furniture, and gorgeous front windows, that was also not a big deal ... just depends on what you are looking for. Overall, this was a fantastic rental that made for a great week away and I hated to leave. Thank you, Sandy, for making my first experience with vrbo so amazing!

I am so glad you had a great time!! Sorry for all the noise. Plus, thank you for letting me know that the unit needed more light...started replacing bulbs with LEDs. We are also getting a new sofa and loveseat next month that will brighten up the unit, as well. Sorry I can't do anything about the AC units but I will do whatever I can to make your stay more comfortable!!! Again, thank you and I hope you will come back again, soon!!
