Ceci est une maison rénovée de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚtes (plus une douche extérieure fermée) avec tout le confort pour votre famille. Une nouvelle cuisine plus grande avec tous les nouveaux appareils, y compris un lave-vaisselle. Maison trÚs propre pour votre famille!

Le Cape May Villas n'est qu'à quelques minutes des plages de Cape May ou des Wildwoods pour votre plaisir. Vous pouvez également vous détendre à quelques pas de la plage de la baie sous votre parapluie et profiter de la brise de l'océan. AprÚs une chaude journée à la plage, votre famille peut revenir se rafraßchir dans la piscine avec sa propre terrasse. Marchez jusqu'à notre Sunset Beach, à quelques pas de notre maison et profitez des couchers de soleil incroyables chaque nuit, ou prenez une journée de congé de la plage et profitez de la plage calme de la baie.

La piscine est entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e avec une clĂŽture de sĂ©curitĂ© et une porte de sĂ©curitĂ© Ă  fermeture automatique. La cour a beaucoup d'espace pour que vos enfants jouent dans la cour clĂŽturĂ©e et pour votre expĂ©rience de dĂ©tente. PossĂ©dez un kayak, un crapet ou un canoĂ«, apportez-le avec vous, car vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas de la baie, avec une belle plage.

Pour les ornithologues amateurs, vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas de la plage de la baie de Delaware, qui est un coffre au trĂ©sor pour l'observation des oiseaux, et Ă  quelques minutes de l'observatoire d'oiseaux de Cape May. Vous ĂȘtes Ă©galement Ă  quelques minutes du Wetlands Institute Ă  Stone Harbor et du zoo du comtĂ© de Cape May.

Cozy Cottage near the ocean!

Rick was great to work with. His house was perfect for our family weekend gathering. Though it was too cool to swim in the ocean (stayed 3rd weekend of April), we did go for a walk on the beach at the end of the road (less than 5 min. walk). So beautiful! The house was clean and beautifully decorated and with all amenities as stated in the property description.

Lovely home!

We had a really wonderful week at this home! The house is very cute and super clean. The pool was so much fun to have and the kids enjoyed playing in the fenced in yard as well. It is SO close to the bay beach. The bay was a little weird during certain times of the day - it got really muddy... not sure if that's always the case in this location. There were also a TON of horseshoe crabs - dead and alive. Again, not sure if that's the norm or if something weird was going on with the weather, etc. But the house exceeded our expectations and our whole family really enjoyed our stay! We were so sad to leave! Thanks!!

Perfect House and Location for Families

My family stayed here for about a week. Let me say as others have noted, the photos do not show what a gem this place is. It was very clean and organized. The owner's have a manual for everything you need to know about the house itself and the surrounding areas including brochures for attractions and menus for local restaurants. I was quite impressed with how orderly it was. The yard and pool were bonus for us since we have a child. There were days he didn't want to go to the beach and instead opted to swim in the pool. Wildwood and Historic Cape May are a 15 minute drive from this location. The bay beach is half a block away. The zoo is about a 20 minute drive. We will definitely be coming back for years to come. The owners were great to deal with. I highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to be in the direct mix and willing to drive a little.

Always feels like home

Best little shore house by the Bay!!

My family and I stayed in this beautifully appointed house to meet up with our cousins from NJ who also had a shore house for the week!! We loved everything about this house and it’s location! It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly people, we were one short block walk to the beach where we caught some amazing sunsets! We were a short drive to Wildwood and the boardwalk where we always have a blast! It was easy as pie to check in and check out, the owners have a great manual that helps with everything. The pool was great and thankfully the weather cooperated till our last day and we got to enjoy it!! There were 6 of us that stayed in the house and it was just perfect for all 6 of us! The kitchen was great and the whole place was very clean!! We will definitely keep this house in mind for our next family reunion vacation!!

Another Great Stay

We had another great week at this property. The house is always very clean and orderly. The renovations/upgrades look great and everything is arranged nicely. We really like the location, that the house is so close to the bay and also a short drive to the beach, restaurants and fun family activities. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely house with swimming pool and a short walk to beach!

This house, pool, deck and plenty of grassy back yard to play in were ideal for us and my young grandchildren. The house is well-equipped and the layout where the living room is away from the bedrooms is great. We had perfect weather and can highly recommend this quiet neighbourhood and the beach sunsets! Lovely & Cozy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for little ones. The house was a 2 minute walk from the bay. We spent our days lounging around. It was a 20 min drive to Cape May Zoo and a 20 min drive to Wildwood boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet but there’s restaurants, Wawa, and a crab place all nearby.

Great Trip

We always have a great stay at this property. Nice house with a good sized living room and kitchen, outdoor space and a fun pool. Location is also great, being only a block from the bay. With two little kids, this is a perfect vacation spot.

Wonderful, relaxing place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect!!! Most days we just walked to the beach...very convenient. The house is an easy 15 to 20 minutes from Wildwood or Cape May activities, but also there are lots of restaurants and things to do right there. Owners were very responsive. We hope to return next year. Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful Family Vacation

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown beach districts, this is it! Steps away from the bay beach with our own swimming pool, we made some awesome family memories. Conor and Kristin purchased the property after I had made the reservation but they were very accommodating. Before we arrived, it took a little while to hear back from them but they replied quickly to any inquiries while we were there. Keep in mind that there is a short drive to go to Cape May or Wildwood boardwalk but the peaceful accommodations were well worth it. All the comforts of home in an amazing vacation with the most dazzling sunsets to boot! I highly recommend!

Amazing home and location

Perfect place for a family. The home is very cute and comfortable. Loved the kitchen for cooking meals it’s pretty big and so nice. Everything you could need for meals including kids cups, bowls and plates. Very family friendly I loved that. Very nice size yard for the kids to run around. They also loved relaxing in the pool. Location of the home is perfect! Close to everything you need. Very short walk to the bay to watch the sunsets which are amazing!!!! Nice friendly neighbors also. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family to spend a week. The owners are super nice and available very quickly when needed. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you !

Memorial weekend 2021 (Thursday to Monday)

Wow!! This place is beyond awesome. It was a girls weekend: 2 Aunts, 2 Cousins (17 & 18). The neighborhood was 10/10, check in 10/10 beach location/access 10/10, the house 20/20. Not one thing bad to say. If you’re ever headed to south Jersey, BOOK HERE!! Hosts were awesome, getting to the house was a breeze and the location was on point. Thank you Connor and Kristin!

We are a family of four who rented many properties in the Villas over the years and decided we were ready to own a piece of this wondrous place. One of the best kept secrets of the Jersey Shore, the Villas will surely steal your hearts the way it stole ours.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have owned this home since 2021, and bought it because of the quiet neighborhood and its proximity to the bay beach. This location offers the best of all worlds, whether you like walks on the beach in the morning, flying kites with the your children during the day, or watching the sunsets at night. What we discovered was each night at our beach, you will see the most unique sunsets you will ever see on the East Coast. Each night, the bay, sun and sky provide a different show for its visitors. In Cape May they call it 'Sunset Beach', and in the Villas, we call it 'Our Best Kept Secret'.
