Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is quickly becoming the Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #315, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and pleasant appointments throughout.

We loved this property. The location and proximity to the parking, pool and beach was perfect. Walkable to restaurants also.

lovely stay

Lovely view from the large balcony overlooking pool and beach. We enjoyed the easy access to pool and beach. The kitchen, master bath needs to be updated, but great floor plan for grand parents and daughters family with two young children.

Family weekend Getaway

We were a group of six which included my 94 year old grandmother. There was an abundance of handicapped parking by the elevator and my rental was very close to the elevator which was phenomenal for my grandmother. The grounds were well maintained, the rental was exactly as shown online and the consistent emails and texts were appreciated. Overall it was a great stay and I would love to visit again.

St.Simmons Grand

We enjoyed the property and location. Very close to local restaurants , pier and shops. Our only complaint was the bedroom with two twin beds. The photo advertised makes the room and beds looks much larger than it is. Totally fine for younger children but uncomfortable for our high school and college sons.

Stay at the Grand

We like staying at The Grand and have rented this condo before. The location is great! The sink in the kitchen did leak some and the dryer did not dry very well. I did report these two issues with the Hodnett agent who was present on the property when we checked out. Other than those two minor things, everything else was great!!

Great property

Everything was great with the property. There was some wallpaper peeling in a few rooms and screen doors to the balcony we off track but no big deal. We had a credit for rental equipment but didn’t request equipment until the day before so it arrived a day after we arrived. Make sure to reserve equipment a couple of days in advance so you can use it the entire stay. This was my fault. Thanks for all the help!

Direct Beach Access

We appreciated the single level as we have family members with walking difficulties. Loved the 3bd/3bth setup for privacy for all of our family members. Communication was easy for both check in and out. We had a few maintenance issues such as stovetop probably needs to be replaced as you can't boil anything without a top on the pans. The fan in the main bd didnt work, and 2 of the toilets rocked making them not feel stable. We haved stayed in numerous rentals so some issues are to be expected. Overall we enjoyed our trip to the island, and loved the condo.

The condo was wonderful. I had 7 of my family members including myself stay here. Everyone fell in love with the view of the beach and ocean when you walk into the place. We stayed for three days and had a wonderful time. We had to call the helpline once at night and they were very responsive. The apartment was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. We will be coming back without a doubt. f

Good but not great!

First time to St. Simons! Definitely some pros and cons to the visit. Pros: Spacious, beach/ocean view from room, clean property, close to the pier, lighthouse, and many restaurants, ice maker in refrigerator works and is wonderful Cons: Dirty carpet and bare feet needed to be washed before getting into bed at night, the twin bed mattress are terrible (20 and 17 year olds are not a good fit, maybe good for toddlers), the unit did not provide any extras (not to be expected but almost all the vrbo's we have stayed in have them, such as counter cleaner, more than 8 bath towels), the beach is gross and has mud instead of sand in wading areas (my youngest sunk down to calf in mud)

This is a beautiful property with a perfect location. St Simons is a relaxing break from citylife and the surrounding areas have much to offer as well.

Beach getaway

The condo was a perfect getaway for my family. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The beach and pool were right there and we were close to walk to restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and hope to do it again soon!

Property is great but this unit is very dated and worn. WiFi is unreliable. Worst TV channel package with very limited HD. Little things like shower door not closing well, kitchen utensils old and few, I’ve maker only produced crushed, etc.
