Spacious and Oceanfront Condo

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn perfect for games.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 329 is located on the ocean end and offers some of the best ocean views from the balcony, living room, and bedrooms. In addition, Beach Club 329 offers complimentary in-room high speed internet access.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Comfortable and clean condo. The balcony offered a great view of the beach and ocean and some beautiful sunrises. Good location- restaurants and brewery nearby.

Our end unit overlooked the beach and the views were spectacular. The condo was comfy and immaculate, and the grounds, pool and entranceway were absolutely beautiful. We'll be back.

Condo was clean and consistent with advertised pictures. Location was great with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed using the pool and baby pool for many hours. Walk to the beach was short. Only tiny complaint was that the door code stopped working 15-20 min before check out time and we got locked out while packing and loading up our car. This was resolved quickly after calling the front desk. We’d definitely return for another family vacation!

Great location with an Awesome View of the ocean. We had everything we needed. The only downside, as many other have noted, is the master bed is WAY to firm.

Terrific stay!

Our young family (children ages 4 and 6) stayed here for 4 nights. The view of the beach exceeded our expectations. It was so close to the beach and easy to walk and play on the beach. Sleeping was comfortable and the twin beds made for a great night sleep for our 2 young children. It was very clean and comfortable. It was a very short drive to the downtown area but the convenience of the beach was more important to us. If we travel to St Simons in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Good stay on St Simon Island

Great view, easy walk to beach, pool and super close to town. Beach was not overly busy. Only minor glitches (refrigerator was leaking water & they never got it fixed while we were there. Also, room had 2 different entry codes, but neither worked 100% of the time). Overall, a good stay and would stay there again on our next SSI trip.

Excellent Location! Could use some improvements

We could not have asked for a better location or view. The check in process was super easy and the staff was great. The grounds of the property were very well-maintained and the pool was exceptional. We especially enjoyed the kids pool. Some of the cons were that there weren’t any child locks on the sliding doors and the lock itself did not work on the sliding door in the living room. Also, there is no way to lock the door from the inside of the condo other than the chain. That should be changed. It is not super child friendly in this unit and I think those improvements could aid families with small children. The beds in the guest room where excellent. However, the master bed was extremely hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. But, again, the view can’t be beat, you can see it from every room facing the ocean. The washer & dryer in unit is a must and was so nice to have. We would definitely stay at this complex again and hope the unit owners can improve on the safety of the sliding doors and the front door to the unit. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to next time!

Just the right size for a quiet getaway

And the views of the beach and ocean was perfect! This unit does sit above the pool on the 3rd floor, so you will hear children playing below. But when the doors are closed, no problem with that. We had more than enough towels and wash cloths and that was much appreciated! The master bed was very comfortable and the furniture was comfortable while watching tv and relaxing. Thanks for the patio furniture, it was perfect for a couple to enjoy. The unit kitchen was stocked with what was needed. Will be staying in this unit again in the future!

This was a beautiful condo in the best possible location. We enjoyed every minute. The complex is very welcoming for both full time occupants and renters. Would love to go back!

Perfect for a young family

We stayed with our 1 year old and 3 year old. Beautiful view, tons of room, kitchen for cooking for the kids, great location!! So easy to access beach which is the #1 priority when you have young kids.
