Détendez-vous pendant vos vacances à la plage dans ce duplex situé à un pâté de maisons de la plage. «3 Palms West» est un duplex de type PET FRIENDLY, composé de 2 chambres et d'une salle de bains, situé au cœur de Gulf Shores, en Alabama.

Grande fête? Vous pouvez louer les deux côtés de ce duplex! Il y a une porte d'accès facile qui relie les deux unités. Chaque côté peut accueillir 6 personnes pour un total de 12 si vous louez l'intégralité du duplex.

Encore plus grand parti? Nous gérons également la maison juste à côté (elle s’appelle «Hook, Wine, & Sinker»). Il dort 8. Si vous louez à la fois le duplex et la maison d'à côté, vous disposerez de 20 couchages.

Le niveau principal offre un espace de vie confortable avec un nouveau canapé-lit, une causeuse, une table basse et un décor côtier. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles, poêles, assiettes et verrerie dont vous aurez besoin pour vous rendre chez vous pendant vos vacances à Gulf Shores. Le niveau principal comprend également une demi-salle de bain, une salle à manger, un espace bar et la cuisine s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse commune à l'autre côté du duplex. A l'étage, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec un lit queen size et une chambre d'amis avec un lit queen size. Il y a une salle de bain complète avec une grande douche carrelée qui offre deux pommes de douche, une tenue à la main. La chambre principale s'ouvre sur un grand balcon partagé avec l'autre côté du duplex. Ce duplex est adapté aux chiens avec le versement d'un dépôt non remboursable qui couvre le nettoyage supplémentaire requis en raison des poils d'animaux.

We loved being able to walk to the beach, shops, several restaurants. The covered patio was a great place for meals, reading, relaxing.

Very satisfied

Literally 1 block walk from beach access!! And the location was great! We were able to walk almost every where. The place had everything we needed to make our trip great! And budget friendly. It was clean. Back deck was great! Not a thousand things to do before u leave like some rentals, just common sense stuff like dishes and air conditioning. Overall very satisfied with our stay, thanku so much 😁

Great budget friendly location

The location is superb. Walking distance to dining & some stores & beach. Across the street from the beach. The place is older and needs some repairs ( deck boards, some storm rot) but it is clean and totally ok- especially for the budget conscience. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe walking at night

Close to the beach

Summer girls trip with my daughter. Very cute, very fun. We had issues with the internet, but property manager got it replaced ASAP! Perfect for a small family or friends trip within walking distance of Everything!

After we made the booking we got an email that said there would be a 250$ for pets, The ice maker was broken and run ice and water out that we had to clean up. The ac quit. The outside steps had holes in them. It needs a good cleaning.

Very nice

Everything was all set up for our move in upon arrival. They took care of putting garbage out for pickup & put away. Called Beachball Properties about the bad shape of microwave via email late one evening and a new one was dropped off the next morning. Very nice side by side condo only 1 block from the beach. The 2 decks were outfitted with heavy furniture & 1 Weber grill to share. Worked out great!

The property wasn't as described. First the front steps were rotten on several of the 14 steps. Door frame rotted through at bottom. Upstairs patio was also rotting. I was totally afraid to go on patio. The washer and dryer was in a horrible room cluttered with everything. It smells terrible. I did not use because of the odor in room. I have rented from Beach Ball before was very satisfied with those but this one is not as described. Needs some TLC real bad before someone gets hurt. Neighbors were fine,however I could hear most of the activity in their side. Needs insulation really bad.

Confusion.

15th trip to Gulf Shores. We were there for Hurricane Sally and survived with no running water or electricity. Felt comfortable inspite. This trip......After a 16 hour drive we arrived at unit. 96 degrees, 2 Garbage cans under entry stairs full of rotten food. Insects galore. Code for unit was wrong, took 30 minutes to get a code that worked. Unit was not as in photos or cleaned well. Got code for second unit that seemd cleaner. Photos in add had pics from both units. Decieving. We were told to stay in it. Later we looked on line and realized both units were rented so, not wanting to be in someone elses unit when they arrived we cleaned it and we moved at midnight to correct unit. Light bulbs burnt out. Light on back deck broken off wall. Conduits covering wires rotted away and wires exposed. Dishwasher leaked all over floor everytime we used it. Washer and dry on ground level in room full of broken toys, tools, and debris. Roaches running eveywhere. Found dead roaches in washer. Didnt even open dryer. Won't go there again.. Great for Last Minute Trip

4 Stars due to condition of steps and decks: badly need work! Back deck staircase was blocked probably due to poor condition. I was prepared for lots of steps but all were uneven and deteriorated. This is not a property for anyone with any issues with steps. The unit was very clean and comfortable and adequately supplied unless you want to cook at the beach (we didn't). Washer/Dryer was nice but in the very lowest level so again, the steps were a problem with a load of laundry. We only washed towels. Wile the property is not on the beach, there is easy beach access 2 blocks away. Nice restaurants in walking distance and the location of traffic lights really helped with getting on the main roads with the hectic Spring Break traffic. Our college girls had a great time which was why we came. My bestie and I enjoyed quality time together as well. Except for those darn rotten steps!!

Perfect location- needs updating

Checking in at the rental company over in orange beach was a bit of a waste of time. All rentals we have done over the years have sent the code via text/email upon arrival. The property is located near many great eateries, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, and liquor/beer stops. The beach access is a very short walk away and crossing the busy street is very easy with the help of the crosswalk lights. The actual unit however is not one that I would ever chose to stay in again. When we arrived, there were tenants next door whos dog barked for a couple of hours straight. This wouldn’t typically be a problem, except the walls are paper thin and not meant to block sounds like a normal duplex. Luckily, the tenants left shortly after and my family rented out their side. The “adjoining door” contributed to this lack of privacy. You could hear clear conversations and see the light peaking through the door. I am so glad we were sharing the place with my family!!! I emailed the rental company about getting a key to open these doors as stated in the listing for sharing the space and never received an email back. My parents asked about the key whenever they checked in and they were told that there wasn’t such key. Just an FYI for those planning to rent the whole place. The decking out back had some loose boards and nails and we have a toddler so that was a little alarming at first. The upper deck is lacking any shade or furniture. The lower deck was nice for relaxing in the morning. The back door was hard to open and keep closed. My dog loved hanging out back on the deck as well as smelling around in the backyard. The unit is in need of updates and the air vents were moldy. The floor is buckled which causes the bathroom door to hit the floor and not open all of the way. The light in that same bathroom flickers and cuts off. This unit does have a broom but it is filthy and frayed and in need of replacement. Since this is a pet friendly unit, a vacuum would be nice! The front bedroom does not have a closet or TV. I contacted the management before our stay to double check on the unit having a washer and dryer IN the unit. I was extremely disappointed and completely disgusted by the laundry area. The washer and dryer are in a locked area underneath the house that is full of spider webs and junk! I absolutely refused to step foot in that area. Needless to say, not being able to do laundry caused some obstacles with 3 children. TLC needed.

Priced wonderfully for this location. We were within walking distance to the beach, bars, stores and restaurants. We absolutely loved it. We were able to do laundry, save some money by eating a few meals at the condo.

Great location

Loved being able to walk to all the nearby shops, restaurants, and beach. One thing I would change is remove door ajoining the duplexes and insulate that wall. You can hear your neighbors as if they are in the same room as you.

The property was decent

The property was located in a decent place. Within a two block walk to the waterfront. There were shops and stores nearby. The house was fairly clean. They could use a shower curtain on the shower. When you took a shower all the water would end up flooding the bathroom floor. I had to clean out the laundry room underneath the house. I swept it and wipe down the washer and dryer because they were filthy. The propertyCould stand to have regular yard maintenance. It looks like it hasn’t been done in quite some time. And the decks could stand to be replaced. You shouldn’t walk out there in bare feet. Definitely need some maintenance. Other than that good location and decent furnishings etc. everything we needed

Great location too many fees

We booked for Feb 2021 about a week and a half from our stay. Well 3days before we had a huge Ice storm and were not sure if we could get from Louisiana to Gulf Shores so I emailed the company to see if we could cancel. Since it was within 2weeks of our arrival we could NOT cancel or even have the option to reschedule! Also we were originally going to bring my friends dog so she wouldn't have to board her. I had saw the 300 penalty fee if you did not tell them you were bringing a dog and they found hair but not the pet fee which is usually 10-20 a night. We were staying 4nights. They tried to charge 250 pet fee!! Needless to say we kept her home with family. Then there was dog hair on the sofa anyway! So much for the "extra" cleaning fee for having a pet. The downstairs bathroom toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall and a maintenance man had come in to repair the light down there. Also there was a section of wall upstairs where the drywall needed to be re-taped. The whole stay was less than 600 so we felt that all the extra fees were really excessive. Overall we had a good time and the condo was decent because of the location. I defiantly plan to go back to Gulf Shores but will try and stay away from this property.

This building needs to be torn down Uneven floors. 3 burned out lights. Flickering light in downstairs bathroom. Dust EVERYWHERE. Construction all around starting at 8 am. Duplex unit not clearly addressed in front.

Great location

This place has a really clean full bath and amazing location. It is a few minutes walk from the beach. We also really enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night. Both bedrooms were very comfy and we had all the basic supplies. The only complaint is there was only one trash bag which got used up pretty quickly. I would recommend this spot and will be using this company again for my next vacation.

Very close to beach

We loved: very close to beach, back patio, grill, close to stores and activities, property had beach toys/ chairs/boogie boards. We didn't love so much: the laundry is located outside the unit under the house and it was dirty/disorganized in the area where it was housed, the property management would not allow us to check in early.

Few issues, great location

This was a beautiful house & I was excited about being able to find it within a week of going down. Check in & check out process was super easy! The porch on the upper level has creaky boards & cracks...we didn’t even use it. There’s a huge hole in the closet in one of the bedrooms that’s black all the way down the wall & moldy. The shower was moldy. The washer & dryer ARE NOT in the unit. They are downstairs in a creepy closet thats filled with spider webs & a bunch of crap. Some of the utensils in the kitchen were rusty & old. The grass wasn’t cut like in the pictures...it was awfully tall. But, the house is in walking distance with the beach, a liquor store, & a souvenir shop. Communication with personnel was super easy! Having WiFi was great, comfy beds & couches, small tv in one of the rooms, a/c worked great, back porch was great for grilling & chilling. There’s lots of glasses for drinks. Will return if small problems are fixed!
