Détendez-vous dans notre maison d'hôtes nouvellement construite, l'Alberta Nest. Vous apprécierez les hauts plafonds, portes françaises et puits de lumière. C'est une base idéale pour les affaires ou le plaisir. Nous sommes à quelques pas de l’étonnant quartier des arts de l’Alberta, avec ses nombreux cafés, brasseries, restaurants, cafés, magasins de vélos, galeries et boutiques. Tous sont les bienvenus dans notre maison d'hôtes. LGBTQ amical.

Les portes françaises s'ouvrent sur votre propre cour semi-privée clôturée avec un coin salon extérieur. Profitez de cette maison d’hôtes avec une cuisine, une télévision, un salon, le chauffage et la climatisation, une connexion Wi-Fi, un fer et une planche à repasser, un sèche-cheveux, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge. Le salon a une lumière naturelle incroyable. Les personnes qui dorment sur le canapé-lit peuvent apporter un masque pour les yeux s'ils veulent dormir avant le coucher ou après le lever du soleil.

Pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, nous proposons des équipements pour les enfants, notamment des livres et des jouets, des stores assombrissants dans la chambre, une vaisselle pour enfants et un jeu de société (sur demande).

L'accès à la maison d'hôtes se fait par l'allée à gauche de la maison principale. Vous avez un accès complet à la maison d’hôtes 1 chambre Alberta Nest. Les portes françaises s'ouvrent sur votre propre cour semi-privée clôturée avec des sièges de patio. Vous pouvez nous entendre dans notre arrière-cour (parfois plusieurs enfants jouent) et vous entendre peut-être dans le vôtre. Mais ce n'est pas un problème pour nous.

Nous avons un verrou intelligent et vous aurez votre propre code pour accéder à la maison d'hôtes lors de votre visite.

Le stationnement est généralement disponible dans la rue dans un pâté de maisons de la maison d'hôtes. S'il vous plaît ne conduisez pas dans l'allée du tout, même pour le déposer. Vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue juste en face de l'allée pour charger et décharger vos bagages.

Family and Phish

The Alberta Nest was close to our daughter and son in law who we were in town visiting. It is one of the reasons we chose it and we are glad we did. Quiet, clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. We definitely know where we are staying next visit!

Wonderful hosts

Everything was as great- the check-in, the location, the communication. There were amenities and supplies even beyond what was advertised: coffees, teas, down pillows, puzzles and games, even umbrellas! I was visiting family in the area, and will definitely come back here.

Amazing Property!

This is THE cutest property! Its got everything you need, and I mean everything! The property owners have gone above and beyond to make sure you have anything you might need and its all amazingly organized. The decor is so fun, back patio is really sweet, great spot for morning coffee, walk to all the shops and restaurants in a couple blocks, but the property is very quiet. Highly recommend staying here!

Portland get-away

Perfect little spot for a nice Portland get-away! Hubby and I enjoyed the great food nearby, a couple awesome waterfall hikes and this perfect little cottage. The attention to detail make this a special place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

I can think of no negatives about our stay. The place is well appointed, well stocked, & comfortable. It is ideal for 1 or 2 people due to the size/space. Alberta Street is 1 block away for easy restaurant/bar/shopping. It is a definite revisit if we return to the area.

Clean, walking distance to great eats.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Alberta Nest. The home was clean, well stocked, and very private. The location is ideal for anyone looking for walking distance to great dining options, along with coffee. Communication was positive and they made sure our check in and check out went smooth. We had a great rest to our long week from the coast. It was our first time in OR and we would not hesitate to rebook Alberta Nest for our next visit to Portland. Do not hesitate to book.

Beautiful Place and Amazing Hospitality

The place is spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It is very tastefully decorated with local touches and located in the perfect spot, just a block from the vibrant Alberta strip. The owners are friendly and incredibly communicative. I was so thrilled when I arrived to find a basket of goodies including delicious local artisanal chocolates. I highly recommend this place!!!

One of the most amazing properties and stays to date

What an amazing property! What an amazing location!! We loved everything about the Alberta Nest! It was just perfect. The place was cozy and inviting. It was spotless and very well stocked. It was well furnished and decorated. It certainly raised the bar for all my future rentals. The area is also very walkable and has a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. It felt safe and friendly. Lorell and Kevin were also amazing hosts. I will for sure try to stay with them on my next trip to Portland.

Alberta neighborhood gem

This property is one of the nicest short term rentals we've ever enjoyed. The listing accurately portrays the great taste, ample space, lovely private outdoor area and spacious feeling in the little house. Lorell and Jason obviously have guest's comfort foremost in mind in pretty much every aspect of The Alberta Nest. So appreciated were thoughtful amenities like bedside reading lights, condiments and coffee and tea in the kitchen, a bountiful snack basket, plenty of plush towels, a complete and easy-to-use visitors manual, and so many other things too numerous to list. Oh, and it's blissfully quiet too. The rental is just two blocks from Alberta street with dozens of cafes, bars, and shops. There's a food coop nearby and a larger grocery store about a half mile away. I'm reluctant to submit too glowing a review because we will want to stay here again on our next trip to Portland, and if it's too popular we may not be able to snag a stay! But in all fairness, I have to report that this is truly a gem.

Cozy, Charming, Comfortable, Quirky, Quiet

The Alberta Nest is a very cozy space, just perfect for the two of us. The charming and somewhat quirky décor made us feel right at home. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and the bedroom is light-tight, so we both slept well. The bedroom door blocks sound effectively, so my wife was able to comfortably stay up watching TV after I went to bed, and I was able to work on my laptop in the morning while waiting for her to get up. The kitchen is more spacious than ours at home and is equipped with just about everything you might need. There is an oversized antique door hanging on the kitchen wall, and both of us assumed it was purely decorative. Eventually curiosity got the better of me and I checked to see if it would slide. It did, and it revealed a well-stocked pantry! Glad I looked. There’s also a nice little patio that would be a pleasant place to hang out when the weather was warmer and drier. Speaking of the TV, it’s set up to access multiple streaming services, but you need to use your own accounts, so if you haven’t memorized your passwords be sure to bring them with you. The Alberta Arts district is a fun stroll and we found a couple of good breakfast spots (Proud Mary’s and Only Bob). Our hosts were welcoming and flexible. We never met them in person, but they stayed in close touch throughout our stay via messages and I’m sure they would have been right there if we had needed anything. We very much enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next visit.

Alberta Nest.. comfy, clean and great location

We traveled to Portland to visit family. The Alberta Nest was conveniently located close to family, great restaurants and local attractions. We were highly impressed with the cleanliness of the guest house and appreciated all the amenities available such as extra sheets, pillows, towels, washer and dryer. The owners were excellent to communicate with and were extremely easy to work with, especially when we wanted to extend our stay a few days. We will definitely consider staying at the Alberta Nest for future visits to Portland.
