Wonderful, quiet and clean by the beach. We enjoyed it very much and the beds are super comfy and space is nice is open. It was really nice to have everything be modern.
Townhouse was perfect for our needs. Location is very near the beach, quiet, secluded and close to beautiful West Oswald Park - worth a visit to Short Sand Beach! Not many restaurants are open during the week in Manzanita, and some that are open are 21+. But Cannon Beach seemed to be much more bustling and is nearby.
We had a blast and loved the house. Furnishings were so nice, too. We would rent again in the future for sure! Our chihuahuas were livin their best life, too! :)
Stayed just two nights, but highly recommend. Was clean, comfortable, spacious -- all was as described. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to town and beach. Nice collection of games. Would stay again!
The Watsonâs was a lovely, newly furbished, townhouse that was just a block from everything. Though close to town it was quiet. You look out to the forest. We could store bikes and surfboards in the garage. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Our sons surfed, we all golfed, walked the beach, hiked, road bikes and hit the town for shopping and restaurants. The Friday farmers market was a lovely evening and a super place to stock up on local fare.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Watson Haus. I was surprised at all the cooking supplies and spices available. Our 4 yr old grand daughter loved the back deck. It was nice to have the ceiling fans in several of the rooms.
Overall a great, well-equipped house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It was one block from the beautiful beach and the cute downtown of Manzanita. There was plenty of room for my 3 sisters and I. It could have used one more easy chair in the living room. Master bath toilet kept running and needs repair. The twin beds in one bedroom have loose headboards that bang and make noise which disturbs the sleeper. Other than that it was a very nice house!
My family and I came out for a long weekend, to show my parents the Oregon Coast, and we couldnât have picked a better place to stay! Very clean, very comfy, all the amenities you need. I would for sure return.
Super clean, really nice furnishings, great location. Pine trees all along one side, a block to the beach. The host was friendly and responsive. A wonderful getaway!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse over the 4th of July weekend! We appreciated all of the children and dog-friendly features. It was very clean. The outdoor spaces were nice and they have many outdoorsy amenities in the garage, we especially liked the wagons! We can't wait for our next visit.
One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at. Great quiet location close to beach and downtown Manzanita. House is very nicely furnished and well-equipped with anything you could possibly need. We very much enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to stay during our next trip to Manzanita.
Clean and well maintained. Short walk to beach and to town. Comfortable furniture. Kitchen well stocked with necessary items for preparing food, and it always so nice to have oil & spices to use. Highly recommend.
We spent a great weekend in this terrific property. Spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything you could need, comfortable beds...just perfect for us and our two teen sons. Pretty location on wooded quiet street but an easy one block walk to beach, about two blocks to townâno need to get in the car. We were sad to leave!
Just a couple of days, but great time off. Thankful for being able to bring the dogs! The place is very well done! Wish we could have better access to back of TV to plug in Fire stick or chrome cast. Found plenty to see anyway.
Location was the best as it was close to the beach but away from crowded streets. Lovely and clean. Only suggestion is more seating, If there was bad weather (we lucked out) and you had 6 adults there was not enough comfy chairs to be together in living room. Also no serving platters.
This townhouse had the perfect layout for our family. My wife and I took the upstairs master while the two teenage girls took refuge in the two downstairs bedrooms. We couldn't hear them at all, which was super nice. We really enjoyed the seclusion of the deck right off the master. The house has everything you need, it's clean, modern & quiet. I would advise that the kitchen and master are up a pretty steep flight of stairs, so be forewarned. I had no trouble, but if I had brought my 76 year old mom it would not have made her happy.
We also brought our two year old dog, who had a blast on the beach. The house is very dog friendly. The location of the house is within a couple blocks of the beach and maybe four blocks from the shops/stores. Totally walk-able and convenient.
It was our first time staying in Manzanita. I would say if you're going to stay on the Northern Oregon Coast, do yourself a favor and skip staying in Cannon Beach or Seaside. Unless of course, you like paying higher lodging prices and being around large crowds of people (with a large contingent shockingly not wearing face coverings). Manzanita is quiet, green and extremely relaxing.
I would highly recommend this townhome!
