Ce condo élégamment décoré sur le thème de la plage a un mobilier haut de gamme avec un 2 chambres 2. 5 salles de bains dans le complexe de Sanibel à Gulf Shores, AL. Nouvellement rénové dans un beau style contemporain avec le confort ultime à l'esprit. La vue depuis le mur de fenêtres de 30 pieds est incroyable, où vous pouvez voir des kilomètres dans chaque direction. Ce condo a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin en vacances! Grand balcon privé donnant sur le magnifique sable blanc de Gulf Shores.

Fournitures de plage - chariot de plage robuste (deluxe wonder wheeler), glacière, chaises de plage et parasol fournis. Très grandes 2 salles de bains complètes ont deux lavabos et des comptoirs en granit. Toutes les serviettes et la literie sont le summum en matière de confort et de douceur. Une laveuse / sécheuse empilée à l'intérieur de l'unité pour votre commodité. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec double four et électroménagers améliorés en acier inoxydable.

Ce magnifique condo est situé à exactement 2,5 kilomètres à l’ouest de la route T, où l’autoroute 59 croise le boulevard Beach, à travers une petite route à deux voies et l’accès à la plage de l’autre côté de la rue. L'arrière du condo est situé du côté de la lagune, les vues sur l'eau sont donc partout! Il y a une petite jetée publique derrière le condo pour une pêche facile et rapide. Jet ski ou bateau, kayak ou poisson, tous accessibles à pied! Quoi que vous aimiez faire, c'est l'endroit !!

Great Place to stay

Great property and wonderfully decorated. Extremely comfortable with spectacular views from the balcony. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Would highly reccomend!

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay! Richard was very helpful and attentive. This unit has probably the best views in the area for a non beachfront property. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here in March 2023 for spring break. The place was exactly as described. Comfortable, great view, well stocked Location was great - across the street from the gulf and a short drive to many different restaurants and activities.

Beautiful Condo In Great Location

Condo was absolutely stunning, with the greatest view of the beach. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs, and helpful about the local area. I highly recommend this condo as it was the nicest for which we have stayed inGulf Shores. Also, a big plus is the location as its just far away enough from the crazy busy area of Gulf Shores, but close enough that its easily assessable. The beach near the condo is a lot less busy than other beaches in the area and is very beautyful.

Gorgeous Condo

This is a beautiful property. Proximity to the water and to restaurants was perfect. Two tiny complaints. Smelled like cooked fish when we first got there but Febreeze took care of that. Second only 4 wash cloths. Had to buy more.

Make sure to over communicate with owner

I cannot speak to the condition or amenities of this actual condo because the owner somehow double booked for the week we arrived. I could go on and on about the stress and tears and upheaval this caused for our group (my husband and I, my two young children and my elderly in-laws), but I will refrain from the details. Just thought it would be worth it to let people know this could happen (which this has never happened to us before and we’ve used VRBO many times) and if you book this condo, I would double and triple check with the owner to make sure it doesn’t happen to you.

Truth Pill - Not my fault! The VRBO platform did not sync with the management software. There are lines of coding that show that it failed to block out your dates and reserve.

Do not rent from this owner

I do not recommend this owner. Communication is slow, very unsympathetic and rude. Online listing not accurate. Pool is not operational and owner is aware but doesn’t communicate this to you. Sauna, hot tub and ice machine also not working. Actually told me he was not sorry this was happening. Place is nice but I would find a different room.

Wow, no mention of whether the unit was clean, had easy access to the beach or that you can buy ice next door or a several stores within a 2 minute walk. The repairs were stemming from Hurricane Sally, Covid, and a tropical depression. This is a reality of living on the coast. The beach is the main attraction and when the HOA decided to do repairs I have my own issues. It is unfortunate that the pool was destroyed from the roof falling into it and that repairs took a long time(SUPPLY CHAIN). It is fully repaired and look at the current rental reviews. In this case, it was unfortunate but I bet the beach was beautiful. Try to remember the good moments and less focus on the negative. Next time a Hurricane occurs, consider that many people are affected and lose small things that may take time to replace. No excuses, just truth.

We enjoyed our stay!

We would definitely be back. We had a few things that wasn’t up to standards but we’re fixed when addressed. We did wish the other elevator was working because it made it hard with three little ones, waiting on just one elevator. The condo was very nice and had a great view.

The views were FANTASTIC!

This was our kids first beach trip! They had a blast. The room was great and the views from the balcony were amazing. We plan to visit again in the future.

Not as advertised ongoing construction

The condo location was great and interior was beautiful but I was not aware of the ongoing renovation inside and outside the condominium. My main reason for picking this rental was for the pool, I was very disappointed when I looked over the balcony to see it was drained and being redone. We called the host and he explained that the renovations were because of the hurricane in September, At this point we tried to make the best out of our trip. What ruined the experience was being interrupted twice early in the morning when painters needed to get in to paint the balcony. The second time it happened a worker barged into the condo unannounced, having a young daughter and infant I was shocked and we told the man to get out. I called the host and told him about the situation and he said he would get back with us, but we have not heard back. This was our first trip since the pandemic started, overall it was not a great experience. If I had been made aware that the pool and condo were still being worked on we would not have rented this property. It’s a shame though from the listing photos I was sure it was the perfect getaway.

Great Experience

The place was beautiful and very clean. The property and appliances seemed really new and everything in the apartment functioned like it was supposed to. There was also beach items on the balcony that could be borrowed at the beach (e.g.: boogie board, cooler). If you do stay here, be sure to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags, as there were none to be found in the apartment once the ones that were in the container or on the spool was used up. We ended up having to use laundry bags for the trash.

Not what I expected

First of all, this is an absolutely beautiful condo. However, I did not expect to walk into the condo to find the considerable balcony furniture, 3 outdoor rugs and storage cabinet inside in the dining and living rooms. This made it very cramped and not the roominess of the photos. I did receive a message from the owner prior to our arrival that they were doing some work on the exterior but that was all. The next day I saw scaffolding outside with men working . The following day, men were actually working on the balcony. There are no window coverings so we had no privacy whatsoever. It also kept us from enjoying use of the balcony and the view. It was very disappointing given what I expected from the photos. When you rent the condo, it should look like what you were promised. I think we should have been told exactly what to expect and given the option to cancel.

Great Thanksgiving getaway!

Really enjoyed out time in Sanibel 1603. The condo was well equipped with upgraded appliances and a great master bath. The view, of course, was magnificent! The property is in a quiet location - far enough away from other high rises - but still convenient to access shops, etc.
