Lovely cottage with heated swimming pool

15-20 min. To Québec city center. My home is located close to airport, public transport, the activities suited to families as well as the highway. You will appreciate my home for comfort and space, it is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and extended families.

All equipped 60 inch TV (living room) and 47 inch TV in the living room are all equipped with a bell system has access fiber bell and Netflix, wireless Internet, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, washer, dryer, air conditioning, heated swimming pool (May to September) and clients to major arteries, the airport, the ski center and village vacances valcartier.

You can reach me at all times on my phone or text.

The summer you have access to the BBQ, the large balcony and the fireplace in the swimming pool equipped with a heat pump.

There are several children'should park close to the house and a large wood for long walks. Winter time you can snowshoe and cross-country skiing and skating in nearby parks. There are various alpine ski center has 20 minutes to over 26 minutes to the Stoneham ski center and 31 minutes to Mont-Sainte-Anne and 19 minutes from the Village Vacancer Valcartier.

We are close ti the airport 7 minutes, bus, taxi, train and I have a large parking at the house, taxi and Uber.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 3 bedrooms upstairs and the furnished basement also had a bed. It was lovely to come home from a day of sightseeing and relax on the deck and in the pool and the kitchen was well stocked. Our host, Christian, was very responsive as well.

Quebec getaway

We needed a place near the airport so that we could pick up our son's family and enjoy the weekend. The house was well situated, clean, well equipped and the pool was very refreshing

Nice Location

Christian was a great host and very quick to answer any questions we had. It was a nice spot to stay, just outside of Quebec City, and nice and close to groceries. Kids enjoyed the pool!

We had a lovely visit! The pool, swing chair, deck and backyard were amazing to have with our young kids. We spent many hours by the pool, eating dinner on the back deck and time under the patio lights at night. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The kids loved the corner tub as well to warm up at the end of the day. Note it is Keurig coffee machine so you need to buy pods. One suggestion would be to have a few additional board game options for guests. It is a lovely, quiet and pretty little residential area. You’ll need a car to get to the main tourist destinations. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place with pool

House was as described. We stayed at the end of July and were comfortable with ACs provided. We did bring fans just in case. Listing said pamphlets were provided but did not see any. But we had our agenda planned before we arrived. Would definitely stay again. Heated pool was great at the end of the day. Enjoyed watching the planes overhead.

Great stay but....

Great location.... amenities were mostly great but............if you are looking to stay in an air conditioned home be prepared to combat humidity and hot climate (even though "air conditioning" is listed on the amenities home has a small A/C unit that only partially cools down upstairs ...not the whole house)

We have added a second air conditioning unit on the ground floor. people who have rented since seem happy with the coolness in the house.

Just as announced

There were no surprises, everything was as it stated. Our family enjoyed the pool very much (morning, afternoon and night!). Christian is very quick in responding and very helpful. The only thing I would advise is the area is in the flight path for landing at the airport. This never woke us up (last flight around 11:30 and first one around 7am) and it certainly kept the 4yr old entertained. All in all a very good vacation. Merci Christian!

Great place

The house is in a great neighborhood, 20 mins from old Quebec City. If you are traveling with kids, then this is the place you you should be staying. The kids can have fun in the basement or in the pool. Christian is very responsive and was helpful in answering all my questions not only related to his house but also regarding Quebec City.

Immaculate residence

Check in was easy. The landlord Christian was great with communicating all needed information. Great for families. The above ground pool was clean and secure . Grounds were clean and well maintained. The kitchen , laundry and bathroom had all essentials. It was a home away from home. Wifi was fibre and fast. I had 3 young adults and a teen. No complaints!! Home theater and surround systems on main floor and basement were great. The neighborhood was really clean, safe and quiet. It is within 15-20 minutes of all the sites to visit in the city. It would be a great place especially in cooler weather. Our only issue was the air conditioning as this was unable to cool the house adequately. (We visited on the hottest week in the year). The house is also along the flight path to the airport. No noise issues with closed windows but if windows are open the noise from the planes may be a bother to some was not for us. Finally, l would rent again with absolutely no reservations. Lovely place.

Quiet and restful

We stayed here at the end our our stay in Quebec for only two days. We should have stayed here longer. This house is perfectly located in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood. Having a driveway to park the car was perfect. My younger teen son loved having the pool available after our long days out and about, and beach towels were provided. This house is perfect if you want to be close to activities, but still have a retreat for some down time. The bonus that I wasn't expecting was the basement, which my son promptly claimed as his room. And the L-couch is very comfortable with a giant ottoman. The beds were comfortable and lots of pillows were provided. The house was very clean, and though we didn't use the kitchen too much, it looked like it had everything needed for cooking meals. A keurig coffee machine with coffee was provided, so that was definitely another bonus. The full bath is quite large with a shower and a separate tub that my other son enjoyed. My only complaint, but not enough to take this out of 5 stars, is that all the storage areas, like the dressers and closets, were in use so we didn't have any place to unpack our own stuff to. It worked out, but it would have been nice to open empty drawers and bathroom cabinets and not see other people's stuff. But I would still stay here again because the other amenities are worth it. Also, having a keyless entry was really nice.

We had a very enjoyable stay at L'Ancienne-Lorette. We enjoyed the heated pool very much. It was a short ride to Quebec City. We would definitely book this cottage again!

Beautiful home away from home

Great place to stay, beautiful neighborhood. Not far from stores, malls and other shopping. Great place to stay with children as it has a spacious yard with a lovely heated pool. Would definitely stay here again!
