Cette maison de ville lumineuse et moderne est la maison idéale pour se divertir. Les groupes désireux de voyager ensemble apprécieront le plan d'étage ouvert du niveau principal, ainsi que l'espace personnel fourni dans chaque suite. Toute la suite parentale principale au dernier étage s'ouvre sur une magnifique terrasse privée sur le toit avec des sièges pour 8 personnes. immense salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne, double vasque & amp; placards sans rendez-vous. La télévision est visible depuis le toit-terrasse, parfait pour les journées de jeux! 5 minutes de Nissan Stadium & amp; Topgolf et moins de 10 au Nashville Sounds / Nashville SC au First Tennessee Park à Germantown. Stayed with friends. Loved having separate bathrooms in each bedroom. The only negative for older customers might be the steep stairs. The host was attentive and available.

This was the perfect place for my employees to stay while working on a project in Nashville. It was clean, comfortable and host was easy to talk to!

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. Five women with all those bathrooms, you can’t ask for more. quick Uber ride to the Opry, downtown, airport, etc. The host was quick to respond. The vintage shop/bar down the street is a fun little place to hang out after a day downtown.

Great place to stay!

Fantastic place to stay! Great neighborhood! Our host was great to work with! Beautiful home in an awesome neighborhood. We got into Nashville before check in time and he referred us to a great neighborhood cafe/bar called the Red Headed Stranger. Was a great place to go and was within walking distance of the house. The house does have a lot of stairs but it wasn’t a problem for any of us. All 6 of us range in age from 68 to 74. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for downtown Nashville and East Nashville

Property was perfect for 3 couples. Very convenient to downtown - short Uber ride and also lots of great places in East Nashville. So many, in fact, that couldn’t visit all! Will have to come back again! Property owner was very nice to deal with, they were prompt in responding and gave very clear and informative information prior to check in. Also provided great info about Nashville! Thank you!

The host was quick to respond & very helpful! No real (serious) complaints as far as our stay, the townhouse was very nice & clean inside! There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we had a lot of space; having separate bathrooms was a huge plus!! The master bedroom was awesome; loved the huge bedroom w/the large bathroom & beautiful shower! The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The stairs up to the master bedroom were quite a workout There were no serious complaints from the others, regarding the other bedrooms, either. There is a train that did wake me up every time it went through, as it sounded its whistle 3-4x, although it did not wake my husband. We only stayed 3 nights, and would definitely rent here again!! I only have some suggestions/ recommendations: the front of the townhome could use a serious power washing asap (not just the brick but the windows, door frame)! You should include in your posting(s) that there is a Keurig, especially since it’s not in the photos (that I recall). I was going to message & ask but didn’t, regretted it when we found there was one in the unit!! (We prefer Keurig/k-pods and could have brought our own).Need a couple of dish cloths & a couple of dish towels in kitchen. More wash cloths in the bathroom(s). In MB we had 1 wash cloth & 2 makeup cloths, so it ended up working out fine but 2 regular wash cloths would be better. Not sure about other bathrooms. Everything really was great, thank you so much!

We enjoyed staying at this property so much! Having a bathroom with every bedroom was a definite plus. We were pleased with the location, as it took only a few minutes to get to most of our destinations. Would recommend to others!

Overall, we were very happy with the house. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the pillow selection on all the beds. No matter what your pillow preference, there is sure to be one that’s perfect for you. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient. We just had a couple of concerns. The coffee pot is not tall enough to engage the spring mechanism that allows the coffee to flow through. So the water just collects in the basket with the grounds. Thankfully, we realized right before it completely overflowed that it wasn’t dispensing the coffee. We had to push the spring up with a spoon the whole time it was brewing. And we did that every morning because coffee is a big deal for this group. The house was clean, but the shower curtains were dingy and had some mold spots. Other than that, this would definitely be a 5 star stay!

Contemporary and Impressive

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. A few minor improvements and repairs would be appropriate and would improve the experience which was, nonetheless, quite good I would stay here again

The hip side of Nashville

Super close to downtown and everything we wanted to see and do while we were in town. The building is really well insulated up and down and side to side. We never heard anyone else.

Good location and nice space

We stayed two nights at this house for our kids 21st birthday weekend. The house was just as listed with plenty of room for all of us. It was about a 5 minute Uber ride ($8) to Broadway. Overall great experience.

Girls Family Getaway

My daughters in law, three grandchildren and I planned a trip to Nashville to see Ed Sheeran in concert. The bonus was staying in this beautiful, comfortable and clean home. The location was great. Nashville did not disappoint. We had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying here and would again if we go back to Nashville!

Friends getaway

The townhouse was a perfect open setup with lots of space for 3 couples in their early 40’s for a weekend getaway. Loved that each suite had a private bathroom. Check in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood. Short Uber rides around $20-$25 to get downtown to Broadway.

Great quiet location

We’re four seniors who travel together and we really appreciate this lovely space. There are 3 floors, with the master on the third, just to be aware of. We didn’t have an issue with the stairs but realize that some seniors might. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with several local eateries close, and many more just a few blocks away. Also, the drive to Broadway was quick and easy. We went downtown every day! Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We especially loved the ease of cleanup! Wish all VRBO’s were like this!

Everything was awesome, the stairs to the 3rd floor were a great workout! :) Just a few notes, the lights/fan in the shower in the Master Bath weren't working. All and all, we all had a great time and for most of us, this was our first visit to Nashville. loved it!!

Townhouse stay in Nashville

Very well- equipped 3 bedroom townhouse on 3 levels. Kitchen had everything necessary for our weeks stay. Parking was great. Showers needed grab bar stairs were a little tricky for seniors ( 40 steps to top floor)! Only one cable TV for watching.

Great family lodging. Each bedroom has its own bath and parking in back is ideal. As advertised it has three floors- bedrooms are on upper levels. Everything was in place as described. Check in was easy. Response to my one question in advance was answered within 24 hours. Thanks!

Nice getaway

We came to Nashville for a little Christmas Vacay and to watch the cowboys vs titans. The location of the property to broadway and the stadium were great. We found a couple of little restaurants that were really good around the condo also. It was 6 of us and we all had plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet other than the trains, but it wasn’t a constant. Will definitely recommend.

Weekend in Nashville

Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there were two in our group who slept on the pullout couch and it was quite uncomfortable and the bedding was not sufficient. Although the sheets were soft, there was only a very thin blanket. We felt safe in the neighborhood we were in. The property manager was very quick to respond during the whole process and always available to answer questions. Besides the pullout couch, everything was great!
