We had such a wonderful time on our trip! This bungalow is so special. The house had everything we needed. The location is just perfect - steps from the beach and close to restaurants and the boardwalk.

Questions were answered promptly and were accurate. Owners were always looking out for our best interests. Listing was accurate with no surprises. Would definitely consider a return visit!

This was my second year with the properties for cousins weekend. We love everything !

Location to beach, super clean, outside shower, coffee in the morning on the porch - everything about the property is just perfect.

I was very happy with this cozy cottage. Carol and her family responded quickly to our needs. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back!

We had a perfect beach week. Cottage was quaint, private and perfect for a beach getaway

We loved the privacy we had with the house being in the back of the property. The outside porch/shade was perfect each and every day . We enjoyed the easy beac access, biking to island state park and kayaking. The outdoor shower was enjoyable and we lucked out as the renters on the front house were great

Awesome Property! Best Location!!!

We stayed in this lovely back house which was clean and cozy. Home was equipped with AC, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Deck with sun coverage was very nice to sit and have coffer in the morning. House is located 3 houses from the breach and a short walk from stores, ice cream, bakery, restaurants... We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Carol for the great experience.

Cute cottage by the beachfront

We have been vacationing in Lavallette almost every summer for over 10 years and once again we had a great time. The condo we normally rented was no longer available and although I was hesitant on trying a new place to stay, I am glad I did. Carol’s cottage was perfect for my family of 4. Only a 3 houses from the beach it was in a very convent location. It is also in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The house was very clean upon arrival. Beach passes were provided. I hope to rent from Carol again one day. I would definitely rent this cot.

Loved being so close to the beach

The cottage was great and well kept. Mattresses could be replaced but not an issue for myself. Kids are older so it was a little cramped for us but would have been ideal for smaller children. Only issue was the renters of the big front house were not aware that the driveway parking was for the back house. The front of large house parking fits 4 cars easily unless they are oversized vehicles. I had to wait atleast 20 minutes for them to move their car so we could unload. No fault of the owners. They were not aware that outdoor shower was shared either. It was not an issue but not everyone is friendly… Would definitely rent again

Our New Vacation "Happy Place" (11 nights)

It you're looking for a cute, clean & cozy vacation cottage, this is where you will want to be! Online exterior & interior pictures are spon on! Best features are off street private driveway parking, walking distance to boardwalk, beach, town shopping & dining, and all the indoor & outdoor amenities you will need for a relaxed carefree stay! Carol & Shannon could not have been nicer or more helpful! Thank you for making our first vacation rental such a pleasant & memorable experience. Definitely plan on returning back next year! Stay at Lavallette cottage

Amazing trip - location is absolutely perfect (just a few houses from the beach) and just a short walk to shops/restaurants in lavallette. Really appreciated having off street parking for our whole stay and took advantage of the outdoor space as much as possible! Carol & Shannon were very helpful with any questions we had. Would rent again!

Great little spot in Lavallette

Great location and space. Quiet location set back from the street. Everything you need and short walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Twin bed mattresses could use replacing, both a really worn out, a bit too uncomfortable and noisy. That would be my only feedback on this wonderful home.

Comfort plus location

Nice clean little house very close to the beach and walkable to town and the bay for sunsets. Off street parking a plus and comfortable outdoor deck that we used a lot! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again next year!

Perfect Staycation

The cottage was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very cute, cozy, clean & super close to a beautiful beach! The best part of the cottage was having a great patio, with table & chairs, to sit out at night to hear the waves crashing. The boardwalk along the beach was very nice & safe to walk at anytime. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Carol for having me at your place as I certainly felt at home!

Great little cottage, perfect location!

This fully stocked cottage will not disappoint! It is located steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It offers adequate space for two adults and the pull out couch is a bonus for additional guests. The owner is very pleasant and we will definitely be booking again for next year!

Cozy cottage

The location was ideal and having additional use of driveway was amazing since street parking is at a premium. 2 window air conditioners; bedroom unit worked perfectly, while living room unit had to cool 2 rooms. Outside deck was used extensively and was furnished with comfortable chairs. Additional toys were a nice surprise in the deck boxes. Outdoor shower and clothes line much appreciated. Owner also left beach badges ,a very thoughtful bonus . Although small ,this house contained everything needed for a wonderful, welcoming stay.

Loved it!

We loved our stay at this sweet cottage. SO close to the beach. Wonderful communication with the very kind property owners. Great deck. Ample parking. Well-stocked kitchen and other supplies. Very homey. We will be back!
