Adagio G-103 Rez-de-chaussée - Nouveau au programme pour 2019!

Adagio est une communauté exclusive sur le golfe du Mexique à Blue Mountain Beach, près de la route panoramique 30A. Adagio bénéficie de 600 'de façade de plage immaculée, et est un complexe privé et fermé offrant un environnement sécurisé et confortable.

Cette belle unité de trois chambres et trois salles de bain offre une vue éblouissante sur la piscine à trois niveaux de 8 000 pieds carrés qui peut être appréciée depuis la suite principale ainsi que le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine.

La cuisine gastronomique a des comptoirs en granit avec des dosserets en marbre, une cuisinière à gaz et des appareils KitchenAid. La salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes avec de la place pour trois autres au bar. Le balcon a des chaises longues pour profiter de la vue imprenable.


Adagio dispose de deux piscines spectaculaires - La piscine côté golfe de 1700 pieds carrés est chauffée et a un bord à débordement surplombant les eaux bleues vertes de la côte d'émeraude. La piscine principale est un incroyable 8 000 pieds carrés qui est frais même les jours les plus chauds et comprend trois niveaux avec des fontaines et des cascades. Un grand bain à remous surplombe la piscine. Le pont pavé européen comprend une variété de sièges, y compris des chaises longues et des tables à manger. Le centre de fitness est situé près de la piscine. La pelouse du golfe est un endroit fantastique pour admirer le coucher de soleil sur le golfe ou pour profiter d'une réunion avec la famille et les amis.


L'emplacement idéal d'Adagio permet un accès rapide à Grayton, Seaside et WaterColor, où vous trouverez certains des meilleurs magasins et restaurants aux alentours. La région offre également un spectaculaire sentier de vélo / randonnée de 17 miles le long de la plage historique de l'autoroute 30A. Destin est à seulement 12 miles. Apportez vos vélos ou louez-les pendant que vous êtes ici. La balade à vélo le long de 30A traverse certains des lacs intérieurs les plus spectaculaires du monde. Adagio est l'une des installations les mieux gérées de tout le golfe. C'est un endroit très familial. Des heures tranquilles sont observées après 10h00 p. m. Accès fermé avec personnel de sécurité et d'entretien sur place sept jours par semaine.

Great beach location!

Location to the beach is perfect. Unit was roomy with lots of sleeping arrangements. Pool was great.

Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at Adagio and we love the location and beach access. The condo was ok overall. The ground floor was probably the highlight of it. The kitchen was adequately stocked for anyone that does not plan to cook in the unit. The pans were awful and there was one tiny sheet pan. In some of the bedrooms the sheets/quilts were stained or dirty. The living room furniture was dirty as well and very worn. We will choose another unit at Adagio in the future.

The condo was well appointed and had plenty of room. We had a wonderful stay!! We had an issue the first day with the lock and maintenance was out quickly on a Sunday to take care of our concern. The only negative was that the large pool was very cold. We had a lot of rain due to Hurricane Sally so that could have been why, but it was cold the whole week in September.

There were two coffee makers - a standard that takes no 4 cone filters and a keurig. Could have used a few more towels. There was one per person so we needed to do laundry frequently. Washer and dryer work great. Unit was clean. We brought all spices - there are none in the unit. No salt and pepper. No coffee filters. Just for reference. Family had a great vacation. Easy walk to the beach. Loved the pool! Bike rental included was great. We rode to seaside for the afternoon. Had a great vacation!

Great property but…

We loved the property and pools but just wanted to make others aware of things that may bother you like it did us. The beds squeak terribly when sat on. The knives are not sharp at all! There was not a pair of scissors that could cut anything. The unit needs an overall deep clean. With having an infant crawl on the floor, she was black from dirt on the first day. Definitely not enough towels for 6 people. You have to wash towels every day. The back sliding glass door was an issue opening and closing even after having maintenance try to fix the rollers and handle. Still a very nice unit, just needs some attention and tlc.

The drapery by the patio door were stained and ripped along with the sliding door not operating correctly just like last year. We noticed that there were not many coffee cups. Also I couldn’t remember from the year before but seemed like the main baths should have had additional bath towels. 2 per person would have been nice.On our final Friday the main pool had to be closed for the entire day due to a chemical problem. One of our family members could only use that pool due to the closeness therefore his last day was not the greatest. This seemed like a problem that could have been prevented.

Certain places need a coat paint and attention. This condo G-103 needs owner"s attention on the patio curtains needing to be replaced. You need to add and replace some kitchen items, such as toaster broken, utensil holder replaced. Bedrooms TV's need more directions on how to operate. Electric plugs do not work on the wall all along condo behind king beds. Lamp works but not plugging in phone chargers.

Our only complaint was the patio door was extremely hard to operate and was attended to by maintenance but the problem only eased Seems like a new roller was needed on that door. We have already recommended Adagio to friends and hope to return someday.

Please change the blue light bulbs in the master bathroom. They are awful for putting on makeup. We would love to have had some plastic pitchers for beverages. Also the stairs going to the beach have some nails sticking up.

The unit was on the ground floor and had a great patio area to go along with all of the space inside. It was a great unit for our group of six with the nice added touch of hall bunk beds. The pool was great and beach access was just steps away. The location was perfect for easy drives to local restaurants and other attractions. Finally, the rental staff was very friendly and accommodating. All in all a great weekend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was very nice! We love the Adagio because the place is nice and so close to the beach. This unit however needs some updating for sure. The king guest bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart every time you moved. It also squeaks at the slightest move so I was woken up a lot whenever my husband would move. The furniture is very cute but if you are one that likes to unpack your clothes for your stay I wouldn’t recommend this unit because there wasn’t really any storage. No dressers. Just nightstands with drawers that you can hardly get open. Also if you are traveling with kids please be sure to bring something to childlock the front door. The doors and extremely easy to open and the latch at the top was broken off. So my 2.5 year old actually got out without us realizing it which was a parents worst nightmare. The WiFi also does not really reach the front end of the unit where the two bedrooms are and my service Verizon was very spotty. So don’t plan to stream or be on the internet in those rooms. The kitchen was really nice and fully stocked with cooking utensils and even a keurig. Location of the unit is super convenient to the pools and beach also. Staff is always super friendly and check in was so easy!
