Cette unité est de 923 pieds carrés, l'une des plus grandes unités d'une chambre sur la plage. Tant le salon et la chambre face au magnifique golfe du Mexique.

Détendez-vous dans un traîneau de cerise lit king size en dormant sur un ciel, un oreiller luxueux matelas. Vous pourrez vous détendre au son des vagues déferlantes ou tourner sur votre 42 pouces LCD TV. Réveillez-vous avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. Puis, la tête à la plage privée de 636 pieds, ou profiter d'une baignade dans l'une des grandes 4.200 carrés piscines pied du lagon ou piscine intérieure chauffée. Il y a aussi un 4300 pieds carrés Spa romain et centre de remise en forme et un centre de cinéma sur place.

Le grand salon / salle à manger dispose sol pour portes en verre de plafond coulissant qui ouvrent sur un 30 'grand balcon. Le salon a un centre de divertissement magnifique avec une Smart TV haute définition de 50 ". Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen size avec un matelas de luxe.

Amazing Stay!!!

I stayed at this resort (1612) for 4 nights and everything about my stay was amazing. The owner was very professional and communicated throughout the entire process! The condo was clean and stocked with all essentials needed throughout the duration of my stay. Very spacious and beautiful view of the beach!!! I will definitely book 1612 again!

Amazing views large balcony enjoyed sitting on balcony watching the dolphins sting rays each day. Next time we know to rent a car Uber does work well but can be costly if using each day. We will be returning . Thank you for a great week..

Great place for a small family

This condo was perfect for my family of 4! The views & amenities were so nice. My only complaint is something Amit can’t help. Just be prepared to wait for an elevator. Most times you are waiting in line for an elevator, and at one point we had to wait 10 minutes. Everything else was great!

The condo was clean and stocked with everything u need. The condo was just as it was pictured online, the resort was amazing. The resort and all the amenities were just a stated online, it was a great resort and condo. The host was amazing with information. I needed extra blankets and she brought them right over, we also got to stay a extra night with a very good rate also. It was all amazing

Wonderful place to stay.

Overall the stay was excellent. The only downfall was the elevators. There are only 7 of them for the whole 30 floor condo so on busy days there was a wait, but that is to be expected. Room was excellent. Amit was very easy to get in touch with. Will be back.

We have stayed at Tidewater a dozen times or so over the last 10 years, and this is by far the best room and experience we have had so far. I kind of hate giving this review because the next time we want this unit, It will probably be booked : )

My husband and i went to celebrate our 28th anniversary. The condo was nice, with enough paper towels, detergents, etc that we didnt have to buy. Condo is oceanfront and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning snd evening. Definitely recommend

We'll be back!

We loved the layout of the condo and the entire property. Easy access w/ elevators, not slow like other complexes. The balcony is HUGE and the views were amazing. Great appliances and well stocked. With a young child, we used the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and game room. Zero complaints. Thank you!!

Good stay but congested

We had a decent stay at this condo in Tidewater. The elevators were a problem as always. They did have employees running a couple of the elevators at high traffic times. But as always, it remains the main problem. The beach was great. There were a couple of small concerns that were addressed quickly by Amit. If we were to stay at Tidewater again, we would consider this unit.

Wonderful property

This was a great place to stay, Amit was wonderful to communicate with and made the process so easy, we picked a bad week to go it was bad weather and rip tides so we couldn’t get in the ocean which is really the reason I go to the beach, we did have a good time tho, the property was clean and peaceful, the only negative about the condo was the wait on the elevator but that’s pretty much every condo u go to that’s not on a low floor, I recommend this property to anyone

Just what we wanted!

We had a great time at this lovely condo. There was a lot to do at the location and it was close to many other activities. The pools were very nice and it was great having the indoor pool, gym and movie theater just in case it rained. The condo had everything we needed. The beds (including the bunk beds) were comfy. Falling asleep and waking up looking out at the ocean was wonderful! By far the best part was the view. The huge sliding doors provided a beautiful view. The owner was fantastic! He responded to questions quickly. We definitely recommend!

Bliss at the Beach!

For me this unit was absolute perfection! Its location on the 16th floor is ideal in my opinion… high enough for privacy and an excellent view of the Gulf in all its magnificence, yet low enough to feel intimately connected to the sugar-white sand and emerald waves. The absence of carpet throughout is a real bonus for anyone with allergies. The tranquil colours on the walls and the tasteful decor contribute to an overall feeling of peace and serenity. The bed in the master suite has one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever experienced! All amenities in the unit are exactly as described and the most reassuring factor of all is the excellent communication with the condo owner. Amit is exceptionally attentive and will go the extra distance to accommodate his guest’s unique travel requirements. Thank you very much Amit for the pleasure of staying in your beautiful condo. I am already trying to manifest the reality of a return visit😎

Getaway for a month

We stayed at this property for the month of January. Amit’s communication was excellent before, and during our stay. If we needed anything while we were there or had questions, he was always quick with responses and resolution. We had a couple things that needed attention, nothing major, and he either worked together with us to resolve, or had his handyman fix it, who was very good and knew what he was doing. I like to cook and there were a few more things in the kitchen that I wished were there, but it more than has all the basics you need. The unit was very clean and beautiful and we had all the supplies we needed. The TVs have many different entertainment options. The bed was very comfortable which was very important to us, with being there a whole month. We loved being within walking distance to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants. The view is amazing and we saw large groups of stingrays swimming right along shore all day one day and pods of dolphins another day. Bring your binoculars! Overall, great place to stay! Thank you Amit for a great vacation!
