Bella Vista III est une résidence exceptionnelle en bord de mer qui offre une occasion incomparable de vivre et de divertir, conçue avec élégance et dotée de finitions raffinées. Cette villa en bord de mer comprend 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains. Ce domaine est vraiment un rêve pour les amoureux de la mer. Dès que vous franchissez la porte d'entrée, vous vous sentirez chez vous, une paroi rocheuse magnifiquement conçue avec une cascade paisible et des palmiers nains ornent l'entrée principale; La vue sur la mer commence au moment où vous entrez dans cette maison impeccable dotée de grandes fenêtres pour profiter de la vue sur la majestueuse mer de Cortes. Le magnifique hall d'entrée s'ouvre sur une salle familiale généreuse avec foyer et une incroyable salle à manger et Master Suite privée avec un grand et luxueux dressing.

La cuisine sur mesure propose un grand nombre d'armoires et un bar gigantesque avec comptoirs en granit, doté d'appareils électroménagers professionnels en acier inoxydable, notamment d'un grand réfrigérateur Viking.

Les espaces extérieurs sont tout aussi impressionnants avec une grande terrasse extérieure, une piscine et un jacuzzi sur mesure, un aménagement paysager luxuriant, un parcours de golf miniature, de magnifiques colonnes de pierre créant un lieu idéal pour bronzer ou se détendre. Le deuxième étage dispose de 3 chambres, toutes avec salle de bain privée. Toutes les chambres offrent une vue imprenable sur l’océan et d’une terrasse couverte qui rend la vue encore plus parfaite et agréable. Une caractéristique exceptionnelle comprend un ascenseur qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans toute la maison. Un autre atout majeur est le garage pour 2 voitures attenant.

Situé dans le corridor touristique de Cabo, dans la région d’El Tule, à égale distance de Cabo San Lucas et de San José del Cabo, à seulement 10 minutes de chaque direction. We had an amazing stay in Cabo San Lucas! The home is beautiful, right on the beach, and truly has every amenity you could want. Everything was clean, comfortable, and even better than expected. The housekeeper Carmen was wonderful—so kind, helpful, and made our stay feel effortless and Miguel was also very available and helpful for anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Simply a fantastic experience! The home is situated directly on the beach near other villas and hotels. The location provides easy access to Cabo San Lucas and to San Jose Del Cabo. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach was awesome and an experience of its own. Our family of 6 adults and three children (4, 5 & 9) had PLENTY of space and all of us were happy to explore the various spaces in the home. The beach access was easy and amazing. Extended morning beach walks in both directions were plentiful. The pool is larger than it appeared in the photos. It has a large area for younger children. The outdoor space is great with a truly beautiful view of the ocean - and the whales, jumping rays, and the wide expansive horizon. Every aspect of our interaction with the host, Kristin, was thorough and quick. Miguel, the house attendant, was gracious, thoughtful, and very helpful. The host provides daily cleaning and someone to prepare breakfast for everyone. You supply the food and enjoy the outside covered dining area or the ample inside dining choices.We had several of our dinners catered at the villa by a person recommended by Kristin. The food was wonderful and they even supplied a birthday cake on our very first night! That first night's catered dinner in the home ended up being a great idea after a hectic day of travel to Cabo.This home was a wonderful choice for us to spend time with our adult children and the grands.

The location and property were fabulous! The house had a few issues which were taken care of immediately. Miguel and Carmen were delightful and attentive. Would love to come back, my family thought it was too expensive.

Had a wonderful time at the house. Carmen and MIguel made sure everything was perfect. Anything I needed was handled. The House was perfect, The pool and deck was wonderful, Sitting at a outdoor dining table and watching the waves was wonderful. I woud go back in a minute. If its in your budget, do it, you wont be disappointed

Really loved this house. Great location in the center of the corridor right on the beach. House was beautiful and comfortable. Pool was great and we enjoyed the putting green. Miguel was very responsive to any questions we had and Carmen was great.

Amazing location and fantastic staff

The house is right on the beach with gorgeous views from the pool and spa. Great outdoor setup. Miguel the guard as well as Carmen who did the daily house service were both so accommodating and super nice people. A great gem to be enjoyed.

The house it’s gorgeous and the people that works at the place are so helpful and nice . Carmen the cleaning lads it’s a sweetheart and she made the most delicious breakfast for us. Also Miguel the driver was extremely professional, punctual and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place . It’s close to both towns as it is located in the middle . To San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas . Quiet neighborhood and safe place to be. Really loved it Thank you

Fantastic Family Vacation

This home is amazing! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house easily accommodated the 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids). The views are phenomenal and you couldn't ask for a better location between the two towns. Kristen the owner was very easy to communicate with prior to our stay and helped set us up with a fantastic chef and made special accommodations for the younger children. Miguel and Carmen were awesome! Miguel was always available to assist with anything we needed during our stay. Carmen did a great job each day with housekeeping and is the sweetest person. We are already planning a return trip!

Fantastic, maybe perfect

A rare opportunity for our entire family to vacation together, eight in total. It couldn’t have been better. We were a little skeptical as we have only ever rented a couple other VRBO’s previously but it was everything they said it would be. Absolutely beautiful location, great management (great communication and flexible), Miguel helped us with literally anything we asked for at the house. The recommended caterer was better than we could have asked for. The housekeeper was amazing too. This was a 10/10 experience.

Family Trip

Fabulous isn’t enough to describe this home! The photos do not even do it justice, as accurate as they are! We had an amazing time, lots of gathering space and roomy bedrooms, all with attached baths. The views were wonderful (watched the whales and pelicans play every day), pool and hot tub were perfection and the beds all super comfortable. Carmen treated us like royalty, with daily cleaning and linens. We cooked every meal at the house, as it was so well equipped. Miguel was on the spot anytime we needed a repair or property support. Truly a luxury stay that we would greatly recommend!

House is amazing and views are incredible. We were never told where the house was or how to get into the house. After getting ahold of the manager we were told “Miguel” would be standing out front by the gate and it’s next to a large white hotel. Problem being is there are a lot of large white hotels and several people who would appear to be Miguel standing on the side of the road. Our Miguel was the 6th person we stoped at asked. Once we were able to find the place it was amazing.

Yes that is true. Ordinarily I send the driving directions in advance and in this case I made a human error and thought I sent them but did not unfortunately. So sorry about that Brian. The house is easy to find with our directions. In this case I asked Miguel to wait outside just to watch for the car. Normally he is at the guard gate to welcome guests and let them in. I am Happy the rest of your experience was positive. Thank you

Best place to celebrate

I went to casa Bellavista last week to celebrate my 50th (November 16th- 21st). We had a party of 8 ladies and the experience was beyond expectation. The house is just beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and a bit of the beach as you cannot swim, but the icing on the cake was that we watched two whales just swimming by. We saw them from the pool. Miguel was amazing, very attentive and helped me set up a yacht tour and contacted a chef for my birthday dinner. Doña Carmen prepared delicious breakfast for us. Also, she made shrimp and fish ceviche. I hope I can go back soon! Thank you for this unforgettable memory. Maria C

Perfect family getaway villa

Property was better than advertised. The view is absolutely beautiful. A lot of time spent in the pool daily. Location was great in between the two cities. So many options for activities and the travel was easily arranged. Quiet private area. Resorts off to both sides but they do not interfere with the privacy of this villa and we had fireworks show a couple of nights that happened at the resort. Rather than cooking or traveling into town for meals we chose to hire a private chef for breakfast and dinner. Excellent food and so much less stressful with young kids. Chef was recommended by property manager and Lapita at La Catarina Catering was amazing. My granddaughter pronounced her the best chef ever and was willing to try anything she cooked. Definitely one of the best decisions we made on this trip. Carmen the housekeeper was perfect, everything about this rental and vacation was perfect for us

Fantastic House

My husband and I stayed here with 3 of our adult kids and 2 spouses. The house and yard were perfect. The elevator was a life saver for getting groceries from the second (garage/entry level) to first floor where the kitchen and family areas are. The backyard was so relaxing with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the sun. We loved sitting in the lounge chairs in the shallow end. The access to the beach was perfect. We loved all the tables and chairs so we could all sit together. So many houses sleep 10-12, but only have tables for 6-8 people. The kitchen had everything we needed. Carmen had quesadillas, quacamole, and pico de gallo prepared when we arrived. It was so thoughtful and deliscious. We had a minor issue with lack of hot water, but Miguel solved it quickly. We enjoyed the location halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Cabo is great for partying and SJ del Cabo for families.

Everything about this property was absolutely amazing!! We've stayed at many rental homes over several years & this was by far our favorite place! This gorgeous home was the perfect place for us to enjoy a very memorable, very comfortable stay for our family of 9....large bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, cozy fireplace...but our favorite part was the indoor/outdoor living room that let us take full advantage of the warm, breezy nights next to the gorgeous infinity pool. The beachfront was absolutely pristine and not crowded at all...it was like having our own private beach. Having the property gated was a big plus. But the best part of our stay - by far - was our amazing hosts...Miguel & Carmen took care of every detail and checked in with us daily to let us know they could be of assistance with whatever we needed. Having breakfast prepared for us every morning was such a special treat. They made us feel very welcomed & pampered. It truly felt like we were on our own private resort. We will never forget their kindness & felt as though we were leaving family when it came time to say good-bye. We definitely plan to return soon!! And we will HIGHLY recommend this property to all of our friends & family....THANK YOU!!!

Super Location - Villa needs updating though

Bella Vista III is a rare find for Cabo - directly on the beach. Beautiful views, melodic sounds from the waves. Idillic. Miguel (Concierge) is genuinely amazing. Nothing was too much effort. Signora Carmen was amazing, made breakfast every morning for us. Miguel's wife very kindly made breakfast 1 morning when Signora Carmen was on PTO. Miguel & Carmen made our vacation very special. The villa itself needs a lot of modernization. Equipment is worn, we had problems with outdoor lights, outdoor speaker, BBQ didn't work, there was no wine fridge (it's locked by the owners). Miguel had to get the hot tub working each time for us. The day of arrival I was told there was damage to the pool and hot tub surrounds due to storm damage the previous week. The previous storm was in early September. Whilst not an operating issue, it was very ugly to look at each day. Overall, it was a great stay and shout out to Miguel and Senora Carmen for making it even more special.

Thank you Shane for all of your feedback. We appreciate the time you took to review the property and are grateful that overall you had a wonderful, memorable trip with your loved ones. Upon reviewing your concerns with our staff we are pleased that Miguel was able to find solution and resolution to all of your concerns with exception to the pool that was unfortunately damaged by the surge of a passing tropical storm that occurred a few days prior to your arrival, not the hurricane that passed in September. We only learned of the damage the day before your arrival when we opened the house back up after in being closed for hurricane season. We greatly apologize for the timing of notifying you, yet because it was not a functional issue and the main damage was not visible from the house, we felt this was something that might be “overlooked” considering the unfortunate timing. Please see our response to your comments regarding issues Miguel promptly remedied for you. I wanted to bullet them to make sure I addressed each for you from the staff's perspective: * Outdoor lights are on a timer - Miguel let us know he adjusted the timers according to your satisfaction. * The outdoor speaker is a bluetooth speaker, needing to connect with your device. * The staff mentioned you used the BBQ and did not report that was not functioning * Miguel reported moving the owners wine and made room for you to use the wine fridge to your satisfaction. * The first couple of times the hot tub needed to be adjusted as it takes several minutes to warm up and is on a timer. Thereafter your family learned how to operate the hot tub and all was resolved. It is worth noting this home is an authentic Mexican Villa. We have intentionally kept it that style, hoping to preserve the feeling of being in Mexico. Our amazing staff is part of that vision. That said we are always keeping up with the maintenance of modern appliances. In the last year all of the kitchen appliances have been updated. By no means is the style of the villa meant to be a “modern one”, rather a preservation of the beauty of the country. Miguel mentioned you said you would be back next year. Wonderful Home for our Family Trip!

We had a lovely stay at Bella Vista with our family of 9, the layout was perfect for our group (6 adults, 3 kids). The hosts were very accommodating and even added an extra bed in the kids room to ensure everyone had a bed to sleep in. The beds were all very comfortable, and the views were majestic - and since the home is flanked by 2 hotels, we were treated with short bursts of beautiful fireworks on several occasions throughout the week - a lovely surprise! We spent most of our days in the pool with ocean views, but unfortunately, the ocean was too rough for the kiddos to swim. We learned upon arriving that this is common in the area - so you may have to travel a few miles in an Uber to enjoy a safe ocean swim experience. We were overjoyed to have been able to bring our pets with us to enjoy this epic family adventure, that is one of our favorite reasons for booking vacation rentals over hotels. The housekeeper, Carmen, was one of the highlights of the trip - her work was impeccable, she was so kind, accommodating, and we really appreciated having her around. For those who prefer privacy, know she does come every day at around 9am, and the house manager lives on-site and pops in the backyard now and then to check the pool and converse with Carmen. The pool is cleaned 3x a week, Monday, Weds, and Friday. We already had nine people in the house, so having extra people around didn’t bother us much, but I'm sure management would be happy to create an alternative cleaning schedule if you're interested in more privacy and seclusion. Overall, it’s a great place for group stays, and Carmen and Miguel are attentive to all your needs. We had a few issues pop up that were resolved to our satisfaction, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful vacation home

The home is wonderful to stay in! We loved the layout for our family it was just perfect. We loved the pool/patios/beach. Carmen the housekeeper is a blessing, and is a fabulous cook and cleaner. Miguel was very attentive to any needs we had and Kristen the owner was great. We highly recommend this property!
