Cette propriété est une maison victorienne historique récemment rénovée, construite à la fin des années 1800. Chaque chambre est meublée avec des antiquités uniques sélectionnées à la main pour vous plonger dans le 19ème siècle. Rester ici, c'est comme vivre le passé, mais avec tous les avantages de la vie moderne!

Excellent emplacement pour Bachellorretes, mariages, réunions de famille. La maison dispose de suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes et de grandes tables à manger pour accueillir une famille.

Entièrement chargé avec un garde-manger et une cuisine pleine grandeur. Un patio est à votre disposition si vous choisissez de faire du barbecue en plein air. Il y a aussi de l'herbe pour vos enfants!

Back Again for a Staff Retreat

This is our second year staying at Vicky's property for our Staff Retreat. The hosts are just lovely, and the home is very special! It is on a beautiful property, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee on the front porch. As we were in town for a retreat we didn't get to enjoy the home as much as we'd like, but we would definitely stay here again!

Retreat Accommodation

We rented Peter & Vicky's place for additional accommodation for a staff retreat in the area. The property was incredibly well-located in a central part of Peconic and easily accessible to both the water and local amenities - food & shopping. The house itself is incredibly spacious (though lots of decorations that wouldn't be suitable for young kids) and the hosts are warm, inviting, and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend booking this property!

Perfect Stay for our

12 of us were in town for a friends wedding nearby and really enjoyed our stay at this place! The property is huge with plenty of parking and plenty space both inside and outside. Vicky was very communicative and gave us a tour, instructions for our stay, and recommendations in the area upon arrival. We were able to check-in early and our check-out time was flexible too which was super helpful given our large group and a late night at the wedding. If we ever need somewhere to stay on the North Fork again we'd love to come back!

Absolute Charm

We were very impressed with the accommodations that this property had. The owners were so attentive to any need we had. The grounds of this property are absolutely amazing! When staying here I would recommend driving a short distance to the Love Lane kitchen for any meal. If you are looking for a long weekend getaway, and enjoy wineries this is your home away from home. We will definitely look to book this home again when we are in the area.

It was for my daughter‘s wedding Weekend. Everything was very close to the home which made everything so convenient. It was a beautiful home beautiful bedrooms with king and queen size beds everyone has their own bathroom. The host Vicky and peter were so accommodating I would definitely recommend staying there. It was close to Greenport and Claudio’s and several wineries minutes away. I would definitely consider staying there another time.

Great location for wine tasting

I can't say enough about this location. There were six of us who rented this house to go wine tasting for the weekend. The owners are fantastic, their communication and check in process were one of the best we have experienced using VRBO. The house is huge, it has a great front porch, back deck, and kitchen. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Vicki the owner was so helpful, and very nice to talk with. She left us wine which was great. The house is very unique, it was originally built in the 1800's.

Spacious home, welcoming hosts, and great location!

We visited Peter and Vicky’s home with a group of friends celebrating birthdays at the wineries. Everything was fantastic. There was plenty of room and enough bathrooms for all guests (rare for rentals), and the home was clean and beautifully decorated. More importantly, Peter and Vicky are the most gracious hosts and made our stay memorable with touches like a birthday cake and local wine, offering us rides, and even bringing over butter for pancakes when we forgot it at the grocery. They truly went above and beyond! We hope to return some day soon. Thanks for a great weekend :)

Family Reunion at North Fork

If I could give 10 Stars out of 5, I would do it! Everything about our stay was extremely professional: the quick response to any question or need, the attention to detail everywhere throughout a spectacular home with beautiful landscaping, and the recommendations for activities. It is also worth noting that the backyard is huge and includes two hammocks and a gazebo. But the most important takeaway is the warmth and genuine hospitality from Peter and Vicky, our hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and truly cared for. If we vacation in eastern Long Island again, we will definitely return to this unique site, hosted by a fantastic team.

Wonderful Owners! Beautiful Property

I would like to personally thank Vicky and Peter for their attentiveness during our stay. The house was immaculate! They make you feel like family. Complimentary Food was there for breakfast if we didn't want to cook. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Just pack your groceries and luggage. I loved that there is only one television. You are there to enjoy the area, beaches, wineries and explore. The lack of TVs lends those staying to do just that! They have soap and lotion as well. Really this is a home rental with upscale hotel service. Enjoyed coffee on the porch and all the beautiful antique decor. I'll be back! Nicole

Great House for groups, Great Hospitality from Owners

Overall, we had a great experience staying at Peter and Vicky's home. They left us numerous items that you don't typically see at other VRBOs (Coffee, towels, linens, toilet paper, etc) and you can tell they really care about their guests and want them to have a great stay. Highly recommend this house as it is a great location and proximity to the wineries of Long Island.

Vicky and Peter were very welcoming, responsive and helpful hosts. House is immaculate. Bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. House more suitable for adults than kids, which worked well for us (5 women). Train tracks nearby were not problematic as trains did not run frequently.

A great place!

The place was exactly as advertised! Lots of space, well stocked and immaculately clean. Location is central to everything including a fantastic tasting room right across the street and also brewery within walking distance. Peter and Vicky were extremely attentive hosts. I would highly recommend for any large party looking for a long weekend in the North Fork.

Amazing house and hosts!

We came here for a Harry Potter themed bachelorette - and the house, hosts, location, and everything was absolutely perfect. Vicky goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time in her beautiful home. The house itself it incredibly clean with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to build a bonfire in the huge backyard at night. The location is also perfect, down the road from Greenport Harbor brewery in Peconic, and incredibly close to a ton of vineyards. I cannot recommend this home and host enough! We had a fairly large group, but everyone felt so comfortable and had enough space to spread out and relax. Perfect weekend.

Highly Recommend!

Best VRBO experience ever, and best VRBO hosts! Peter and Vicky are the nicest owners to work with. The property was absolutely perfect for our group. We attended our son's wedding and this was a great location to everything. The house is very spacious and comfortable and the property has a beautiful garden. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There has been boundless amount of work put into this house. We must have went to auctions for genuine historical items two dozen times. Every nook and cranny of this area has been hand crafted and created with distinct flavor. This is absolutely not a house built to be like any other, but one where everyone can experience something unique.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is just a 5 minute walk to the brewery, a 20 minute walk to two different wineries, and just a 15 minute bike ride to the beach! It is nice to be incredibly secluded but still have the option to go to all the major fun events when you're in the mood.
