Great location and great house layout. The upstairs is perfect for all group gathering with the open concept kitchen/dining/living space. House was a little bare bones, kitchen could be better stocked with newer pots and pans, bedding needs updating as well as bath/shower towels.

Spent my 50th birthday weekend here, amazing views, great layout for 3 couples. In Oct no sun in the yard or decks so bring warmer clothes...but just walk out the dock to find sun. Very quiet neighborhood, we didnt see or hear anyone else around. perfect for group meals & boatd games, hot

Better than expected!

Perfect location, and the yard itself was worth it. There is a beautiful dock and a great size yard for games. The lake was refreshing! It was a typical rental house with scrapes and stains here or there but that’s what you sign up for. The house was very clean. We brought beach towels and some lawn chairs based on prior reviews, glad we did. The silverware and dishes were well stocked. Parking was great! Would stay here again!

Great house for group outing

The house was great, but our hot tub wouldn’t get above 87°. We reached out 3 different times and the people were nice over The phone however the problem didn’t get resolved. Very disappointing because it was a huge selling point for our group when looking at pictures online. Other than that, the house was great.

Great vacation

Great but hot tub didn’t work the entire trip even after I had complained several times! They did refund me some money for this. I would suggest small things need improvements fridge not that cold coffee filters none to speak of carpets need shampooing lots of cob webs everywhere grass is very wet and muddy lots of blinds don’t work or are missing slats. Very good parking fantastic location great dock. Would stay there again just needs some tweaking. All small issues but make it more enjoyable

Fantastic home and location

We have rented this home two years in a row. Fantastic location on the lake, to town, and to a myriad of wineries. Similar to 2021, the primary bedroom is missing several pieces from the sliding glass door blinds. Resulting in a VERY early morning wake up of sunshine. Sadly this year, the hot tub was broken, which was communicated prior to our arrival. Also broken where several chairs that strangely where still available for guests. Bring towels, few are provided for large groups. Finally, the HVAC system heats the home at night making opening windows a fantastic option.

Unhelpful Support

We were looking forward to usi jm g the hot tub and it was part of the reason we chose to stay here for our trip. Hot tub did not work and contact from Vacasa was u helpful and eventually just ignored us. Kept saying he would send someone to fix it but never did. If he just said it couldnt get fixed I wouldnt be so upset, but it was frustrated to be strung along all week just to get ignored.

No dock (photos deceiving)

Hi there, good home. Overall we like the inside of the house. The dock photos and bathroom photos are real decieving. We went with our boat and launched before we got to the house, lesson learned, there was no dock and it was dismantled. Launching takes 30-45 minutes each time and then similar to loading up. With little kids it’s hard and it’s why we rented this house which Vacasa confirmed that there was on water moorage, they weren’t even aware the dock had been disassembled. On top of this, sheets and pillows missing from beds, second bathroom tore up from a dog it looked like, missing trim, master bathroom had an old old tub that would be very unsuitable for older guests as it’s extra high. Very cheap furniture (nice couches) but overall just looks like a very well used rental. Very disappointing with the dock, unless Vacasa reconciles this, we will strongly try to avoid their homes next time. Very few times you can get away, trying to make the most of it!

I’m sure it’s usually nice

The house was really nice, except for a few things. The boat dock was under construction so it wasn’t accessible. The AC wasn’t working the first day we arrived. I notified the local manager with no response the first day. After waking up to it being 84 degrees in the house the next morning. I reached out to him again. They sent someone out to look at the AC. We had an afternoon planned and the technician showed up while we were gone but said something wasn’t wired at the unit itself but if should be fixed now. We arrived at the house later that night to a cold house, 65 degrees when it was set at 72. Shutting the unit off from the thermostat didn’t seem to do anything. The next morning we woke up and it was 50 degrees in the house. I’ve asked for some sort of refund yet every day they let me know they are “working with local officials” to figure out what to do. A little frustrating to say the least. The house is nice and if the central heating and air worked it would of been good.

Location is beautiful, house needs some attention.

Dishes were put away dirty from last tenant and we had to wash everything before use. (This is not how I wanted to start my vacation.) The dishwasher had no top rack. There was not enough towels or silverware for our family of 6. House is nice, but covered in cobwebs, especially outside. The house has 2 patio chairs. This is not enough. Tons of bugs congregate off the master patio. Also the hot tub did not work. Even after the maintenance guy came it was cold. We enjoyed the home and location on the water. I hope some improvements can be made. We will be back to visit the amazing lake your situated on. Thank you.

Great location

House is a great setup for small family although some updates like new carpet and more kitchen supplies are needed (carpet very stained and only 6 forks total). The dishwasher was broken which was inconvenient. Location could not be better though with yard, dock and hot tub. Neighbors were quiet and the view is amazing.

Cold and Dingy

I would not recommend this house outside of the summer. We stayed in December for some fun Winter recreation. We arrived to a broken furnace, dingy house (stains on carpet and wrappers under furniture) and lacking amenities we expected to have. The wood stove has a sign in it that says do not use and it took 24 hours, many phone calls and a lot of waiting on hold to get the furnace fixed. There were no extra blankets, not enough towels or hot water and the fold out couch was not sleepable so one of our kids had to sleep on the floor because none of the air mattresses held air. No ball for the fooseball table or controllers for the XBOX. Overall, the location is great, and if you’re outside most of the day, it’s an okay place. But, definitely won’t choose it again.

Great older home for large family on lake. Only 5 minutes to town.

Great lay out for our family. Hot tub, larger lot size with grassy area and deck on the lake were key features for us. The only thing that wasn’t good was the water pressure. A few times we couldn’t shower or do dishes. With a 10am check-out that was a bit stressful. Owners may want to check on that problem. Suggestion for renters would be to bring outdoor floats. Also to bring outdoor chairs, there are only 4 small chairs to sit outside on. There were 6 of us. The grandparents came to visit for dinner, the picnic table isn’t moveable and unleveled, we ended up setting towels on the deck to sit on, to enjoy the outdoors. Also suggest bringing beach towels. The home only provided bath towels. Suggestion for Owners- home could use a good end season power wash. There are only 4 chairs outside. I’d suggest 4-6 additional chairs/lounge chairs (new or old) or an outdoor dining set would be nice for guests. Other than the random lack of water pressure we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The stay was good overall. Grill was not clean at all, had to call in because jacuzzi was not clean. remote controls had stains and hairs. yuck Many corners of the house and floors were dirty/lint/dead/live spiders. The dock and the lake made it worth it.

The home has a beautiful view that is lovely to look at however the home is old. The light bulbs were flickering, laundry machine was dirty, there was less shampoo supply, smoke alarm was broken however they did come and fix it the next day, the cleanliness was very poor. We wiped down things ourselves once we got there. Everything had dust, the floor included, carpet was dirty, spider webs in the corners and on the lamps, there were dirty towels in the hamper still once we arrived and bed sheets had small hair on the them on the master bed room. I dont think it was professionally cleaned. X box controllers were all out of batteries, fownstairs shower head was broken, even the air duct upon entry had spider webs on it and layers of dust. The BBQ grill was filthy. The hot tub was not clean and water did not warm up. we loved the view but we would not try this particular home again at Chelan.
