Beautiful Getaway Spot

Gorgeous little apartment, plenty of room with a comfortable bed and cold ac. Owner was super responsive, very friendly and the unit was very clean with everything we could need there. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!!

It was easy to find, the property manager has great contact info and also leaves great attractions on the fridge to go to. Definitely was a nice place to stay and will definitely consider it again!

Sweet Apartment

This lovely apartment was perfect for me while I was visiting family in Niagara Falls. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The property manager was very responsive. I felt very comfortable in the space and it had everything I needed.

Nice apartment with character in a nice neighborhood

The apartment was in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the falls, hiking, restaurants and stores. It was quaint with just enough room for my husband and I. James was great! He was very responsive to us, gave great advice for our stay and even asked us how our stay was going after a day or two.

Close to the falls

I recently stayed here during a weekend trip to the falls. Very conveniently located in conjunction to the falls. Very clean. Some commonly used amenities were not provided, such as paper towels, and it got pretty noisy when the downstairs guests arrived, but it was well worth it and I would stay there again!

Easiest stay we did!

James was a great great host! Anything we needed he supplied. Place was near the falls. Only suggestion is to replace bed. Its too firm lol bet everything else was great.

Bring blankets and pillows

Place was fine,forced to buy insurance and cleaning fees made this affordable location the price of a hotel at well over 200 dollars.Pillows on the bed unusable and barley a pillow at all,and zero extra blankets.stay was fine overall

Quick Getaway

The house was clean and was kept cool even though we were there during a heat wave. Not really walking distance to anywhere but it's just a short drive to about anywhere in Niagara Falls. The only complaint me and my wife had was that the mattress was pretty firm and we did not sleep the greatest.

Met our needs

The owner was very nice. But I offer a few things that are "good to knows". The unit is behind a home and there are two rentals. One upstairs and one downstairs in the back of a small house. The stairs to this unit are literally straight up much like attic stairs. May be a problem for some who expect normal stairs. Carrying up large suitcases was a task and a bit scary to be honest. Also, for coffee drinkers, there is only a very small 4-cup Mr Coffee maker. We had to just find a Dunkin. The unit is old but decorated well and clean. Very close to Niagara Falls therefore is in the older part of town. We found an amazing restaurant down the road. Angie's Soul Food. Best catfish and desserts!

Some improvements/feedback

Some things to consider for future renters. 1. The sheets had long black hairs all over them. Having an extra set of clean sheets would be suggested. 2. The pillows n mattress could b upgraded. Not comfortable at all. 3. Having wifi code in order to use the tv. We were unable to relax in the living room and watch tv because of this. Which was a real bummer to the end of a busy day.

Niagara Apartment trip

First should be made clear this is and upper apartment. The property was in a great location to everything. Driving distance in all direction to all the places we went was 5-10 minutes which was great as we had not planned all the sites we were going too. Everything was clean. Bed was very hard and challenging but we made due. Would recommend bringing your own pillows the ones provide were of no value. The one issue was the AC, it is not central but window based. The main living room has nothing and was 85 and humid during the day and would cool at night to about 75. This was with all the window units running 24 hours for 5 days straight. Internet service was terrible and the TV often would not work and freeze due to lack of speed. With the overall quality in price and the items noted above we would still come back for another stay.

Excellent property

Great apartment near the Falls, Casino, and outlets in a quiet, safe, well-lit neighborhood. Looks just like the pictures on VRBO! I was traveling alone and felt very comfortable coming and going at all times of the day and night. The keypad lock was a nice feature, no worries about losing or fumbling with keys. Very easy check-in and timely communication with James. The patio, grill, and off-street parking were a nice plus. The kitchen could use a few more items. The bed was very firm and the pillows were very flat, I had to use three pillows to equal what I am accustomed to sleeping on! The TV had no cable, so unless you had a streaming service account there was no TV. I would have liked to have a local channel. The only reason I gave four stars for the accuracy of the listing is that it wasn't listed as a second-story apartment. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, but it could be for some people. I spoke with the owner and he stated he would update the listing. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this place for visiting the Niagara Falls area!

Niagara Falls is great to visit any time of year. We have great hiking, restaurants, attractions and tons of scenic views. We have a casino if that is your thing, as well as a lot of shopping destinations. Niagara Falls is a great economic base for visits to Toronto, Buffalo, and even Rochester.
