Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice for 2 people, plenty of room, a/c could have been a little better but from my understanding thats a common thing in hawaii.

Location was ideal for our needs. Price was reasonable compared to other places. Upon entering, the unit was clean with a great view of the marina. I read reviews regarding the state of the marina; if you don't focus on what's going on next to the street, you'd appreciate what's in frame. We're not high maintenance, so... Love that the air conditioning functioned well. Although the parking kiosk did not allow us to obtain a pass for the full length of our stay and we were unfortunately charged an extra 15 for parking because of the lack of instructions, parking at this location worked out well for us.location, location, locationWe did attempt to use the laundry facility upstairs. Be aware the machines only take cc's. Only one dryer was usable.I would love to stay in this unit again during future visits.

It served its purpose

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time at a captain cooks managed unit . Like last time my only real gripe was that housekeeping missed something . In one of the night stands was a pair of men's underwear . Some cosmetics and the couch couldUse an upgrade/update but the kitchen was excellent . The building is next to the docks so sometimes you hear homeless ppl making odd noises. Vacuum was broken BUT after reaching out to management they got me a broom . However it was difficult keeping up with the sand that was being brought in from the beach . The wasn't great but it wasn't bad .

The condo is very clean and the view is amazing. It's only a 5 mins walk to the beach and a 10 mins walk to Ala Moana which is very convenient. And you are able to do a 15 mins walk to main Waikīkī. The host was communicated and told me how to get into the condo. And parking was a little confusing but it's okay there are parking people to help out. The only issue is the kind bed it's pretty uncomfortable I had to switch to the queen sofa bed for a better night sleep. I would recommend getting a mattress topper for the king bed. Overall I would stay here again.

Perfect location and great views

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and set up perfectly for a couple/small family. The location was perfect. Within walking distance from shops, restaurants, the mall, and beach.

Our family of four stayed 6 nights, the condo had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. Location was a short walk to the lagoon/beach. The host, James was very responsive and it was nice to have laundry in the building.
