Ce charmant grand studio double indépendant et indépendant au rez-de-chaussée de cette maison victorienne d'époque à Barons Court (W14). Une base idéale pour explorer Londres, située à proximité du Barons Court Tube (ligne District et Piccadilly, idéale pour Heathrow), à quelques mètres du Queens Club (LTA Tennis Championships). Vous pouvez profiter de tout le confort de la maison, nous sommes un établissement idéal pour les séjours de loisirs et d'affaires, où l'intimité et le confort sont une priorité numéro un et le Wi-Fi gratuit est de série. Parfait pour 1 à 2 personnes peuvent dormir 3.

Le grand studio est entièrement autonome et en tant que tel, vous aurez «libre règne» sur place. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four, plaque de cuisson et lave-linge. L'espace est assez vaste compte tenu de l'espace pour une table à manger et des chaises, ainsi que deux tables de chevet et une armoire. Il y a un chargeur / lecteur ipad / iphone, une télévision avec vue gratuite, un sèche-cheveux, des fiches d'adaptateur de voyage, et bien plus de «petites» choses.

Nous vivons à seulement trois minutes à pied des locaux, donc nous pouvons être à portée de main, dans le cas peu probable où quelque chose pourrait survenir. Nous aimons accueillir nos clients personnellement et serons toujours là pour votre enregistrement, et pour offrir toute aide et conseil.

J'aime communiquer avec mon invité (généralement par e-mail), pour m'assurer que tout est à votre goût et que vous êtes à l'aise dans le studio. Barons Court est situé dans l'ouest de Londres, dans le quartier de Hammersmith & Fulham. Il se trouve à proximité de la Tamise (avec un pub fluvial du XVIIe siècle), le Queen’s Club est à seulement 70 à 80 mètres, qui organise le championnat de tennis annuel LTA avant Wimbledon. Il y a un théâtre très unique sur la même route dans un pub convivial. Le quartier est principalement résidentiel.

Le parking n'est pas inclus et vous devrez payer et afficher. Le réseau de métro / métro est à seulement 4 minutes à pied, la station Barons Court, pour la ligne District et la ligne Piccadilly, idéale pour Heathrow. L'EasyBus vers et depuis Gatwick se termine à West Brompton à 10 minutes à pied.

Great location!

Great Stay

Mia's place was fantastic. It was in a great location easy to get around within five minutes from tube station. Anything that you would possibly need Mia had and she was more than willing to take care of any issues you may have had. Mia was truly very accommodating and I would be more than happy to stay there again.

This apartment is a great bargain! The location is fantastic. The Barons Court and West Kensington Tube Stations are minutes away yet it’s so quiet. Mia is a perfect host - great communication before and during my stay and she has everything you might need in her clean and comfortable apartment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Mia is the absolute best!

This rental was absolutely Ideal!!! Great area with many accommodations!! Mia was an awesome host. She bent over backwards to help us out! She was hospitable in all aspects. Her place by far is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Clean and so comfy. It felt like home. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL!!

Perfect London experience

We could not have selected a better spot for our trip to London. Mia was a perfect hostess. She was accessible and involved Just the right amount and I would give her 10 stars and two thumbs up. The studio was excellent for our needs and the location was ideally bear both tube stations, restaurants and grocery stops. We hope to be back soon! Ps it's just like the photos, perfectly appointed and very clean and well maintained!

Nice location

The location of the property is very convenient, particularly for people landing at Heathrow (there is a Picadilly line station very close to the apartment). It was clean and well-maintained. Pictures are accurate, what you see is what you get. There are several stores (and a pharmacy) nearby, including at least one that is working late. The owner is very friendly, kind and helpful.

Charming London Flat

The apartment was in a very charming London neighborhood! Although the pictures were an accurate description it was even better in person! The owner was quick to respond and answer all my questions. She met me at the door and walked me through the apartment and gave an overview of the area. The area was quiet but with enough people walking around to feel safe. The flat will be my first choice on my next London visit :)

Perfect in every way!

We stayed here for about a week and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had renting. Mia is not only welcoming and incredibly kind she has thought of everything. She was available for questions and issues and checked in. Although we had zero issues. This is a great location for jumping on the tube and close to grocery stores and a lovely pub. I would definitely recommend this studio and we plan on staying again next time we are in London! Thank you for everything Mia!!

A 5-Star-stay

We so enjoyed our 2nd visit to London by experiencing it in the SE neighborhood accessed by the Tube. Mia was a superb communicator and her assistance in our trip planning was extremely helpful. The pictures accurately reflect the studio apartment. It was clean as a whistle, very well stocked with oodles of literature to peruse sight-seeing options in the city. The neighborhood had a lovely variety of restaurants and shops in close proximity and was very quiet at night. We appreciated the personal welcome and the incredible treat of providing us access to the Queen's Club tennis tournament only a few steps away! A memory to enjoy for many years. Highly recommend.

Great little gem

We stayed four nights at this great little flat. The apartment was perfect for us. The space was very well organized - comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, washing machine, nice bathroom and good tv. The location was fabulous - close to two tube stations that give you access to multiple train lines and most of all the big sites in London. The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet you are in a big city. There is a great pub down the street (Curtains Up) that we ate at two nights. The flat is also walkable to the Chelsea neighborhood and other great areas. Mia is a great host. She met us at check in and checked in with us during our stay and after check out. I would highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting London and you don't mind staying in a studio.

Convenient, well equipped

From the first email to checkout, the host of this property Mia was a pleasure to deal with. She thought of everything and was immensely helpful and kind. The flat is very conveniently located, a five minute walk to the Tube station on the Piccadilly Line, but far enough away from the high street that it's quiet and calm. It's about a 20 minute Tube ride to downtown London, but the area is also served by buses that have interesting routes east-bound for sight-seeing. The property is small, but very well equipped, with full cooking and cleaning supplies. It was lovely to have fresh milk in the fridge on arrival, to find power adapters and hairdryers in the drawer, and a full selection of maps, tour brochures and guidebooks available for reference. Only one cavaet - in the heat of summer, it can be very warm, particularly after having been locked up all day. But this is a small thing. The listing description is accurate and the photos reflect the flat exactly as we found it. It was clean and well-maintained, with a good folder of local information, details about garbage collection, local services, restaurants, checkout planning, etc.

Good Location, Nice Flat, Security Issues

We stayed in this flat in February 2018 and it's located within easy walking distance of the local tube station. It's a first floor entrance and was perfect for our needs as it was large enough for two adult travelers. However, the shower curtain doesn't fully enclose the shower since part of the tub/shower sits below an overhang in the roof. That left it drafty and chilly. Overall, the flat was comfortable and clean. The other issue we had was that I was robbed while staying here. It was our last day in London, and my birthday no less, and when we returned from a day out of sightseeing, all of my jewelry had been stolen. I called the flat owner but, since it was close to midnight, there was no answer. I filed a police report, but have heard nothing. While the jewelry itself wasn't of high monetary value, the items were sentimental which makes them irreplaceable. The flat itself was great, so it’s easy to see why the owner has so many good reviews. Unfortunately, any place that is successful with tourists will become a target for this sort of petty theft. I just want to warn other travelers that this flat does not have a safe and could use some additional upgrades, like a steel security door and more secure windows. The flat was nice, but there were security issues.

Central, very clean, well-appointed

We loved staying in this sweet flat. It was nice to be so close to Barons Court tube station, which has the Piccadilly and District/Circle lines, making access to main attractions fast and simple. The neighborhood also had quite a few nice places to get a bite to eat. Our favorite was the little C'est Ici coffee shop, right by the station. They had hearty sandwiches, pastries, good coffee, and some nice outdoor seating in the back. So convenient to grab a breakfast sandwich on our out in the morning! There was also a street about 5 min walk away that had a lot of restaurants and food shops (Tesco, Co-Op, Waitrose, as well as small grocers). The flat was well-appointed, with all the kitchen items we needed, as well as a fan (it was quite hot and humid while we were in London) and a bathtub. It was also nice to be able to open the windows to get a cross-draft. We did miss having a freezer because it was hot while we were there, but in most cases, we wouldn't have missed that at all. The tropical weather was a rarity! Mia was extremely responsive and helpful, giving us advice about the best way to get to places. While we were there, there was some kind of city-wide wi-fi issue and she was responsive in explaining what was going on. The only con I can think of was the noise, which is not something anyone can control. The flat is right next to the front door, so we heard the door slam every time someone came in or went out. But it's hard to avoid noise in a big city like London. All in all, it was a great experience. We would stay there again.

Perfect little getaway!

Mia is the best: warm, kind and very reliable. The renting process was a breeze, even though I was really last minute. She was patiently waiting for me when I arrived at the studio. The apartment is very clean and really well furnished. The bed is comfortable and most of all, the area felt very safe which was really important since I’m a woman traveling alone. It is located 5 minutes top from an underground station deserving two lines (District and Piccadilly). I enjoyed London so much that I decided to stay one more night which was not a problem for Mia. She helped me through the payment process for an extra night. Thanks Mia! I would recommend this place even if you’re traveling by yourself as I was. To sum it up: extra clean, safe and a wonderful owner! Don’t forget to try the Curtain’s up pub just up the street. A real friendly vibe! Once again, thanks a million Mia, you made me feel safe and looked after in this gigantic city!

Un pied à terre parfait pour un séjour à Londres

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé dans ce studio tout confort situé dans une maison victorienne typique. Il est agréable de rentrer dans ce quartier calme après une longue journée de balade dans l'agitation londonienne. Il est situé près de Baron's court qui est desservi par les deux lignes de métro qui permettent de rejoindre le centre en une vingtaine de minutes. Tout est prévu dans le studio pour être à l'aise et pouvoir cuisiner si besoin. Et en plus, Mia et son conjoint sont des hôtes charmants et très serviables.

A very good address !

A perfect welcome to London

Perfect studio apartment located close to Barons Court station with easy access to Central London. It is a great place to stay where your neighbours are local Londoners and no tourists in sight. The apartment had everything I needed for my week in London. Mia is a great host and even added a Christmas tree to the apartment as a nice welcome. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy apartment in perfect location

The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The neighbourhood is friendly. Restaurants, shops and the tube (takes you directly into the center of London) are in close proximity to the aparment. The hostess is very friendly. So all in all we really enjoyed our stay there!
