Laveuse / sécheuse, climatiseurs de fenêtre et télévisions à écran plat en font un choix parfait pour vos vacances d'été. Une légère brise de mer traverse le porche à l’avant et vous sirotez votre café ou votre cocktail de l’après-midi. The screened porch was nice for breakfast and cocktail hour. The back deck was a grest spoy to enjoy the sun when it was windy on the beach. The rooms were all clean. Bed in primary was comfy.

We had a great week staying at this property. It was very family friendly and worked great for our family of 3 and our chocolate lab. The home was comfortable and clean. The location is superb! Right next to the beach and a quick walk to restaurants, bars, shops, jet skis, trolley stops etc.We would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach location

Location was good - very close to the beach. We prefer a quieter spot so it was ok off-season but in season it would be a very busy location as it is right in the middle of everything. If that is your jam then this is a good spot. It was very clean and the appliances were new but a lot is aging and a bit old.

Best location ever

The location couldn't be better, as close to the beach as possible. The place itself was okay, with enough space for the three of us.

Great location

After staying beach front once, we’ll never not again. Great location for families who have to lug a bunch of stuff to the beach. Easy check in, clean, and affordable.

Great location!

This location was wonderful for us. You’re on the beach and don’t even need shoes! The place is a little dated but for a beach front property that is affordable we were happy. Our dog loved staying here, too. Thank you!

Great location but property was not very clean. There was mold in the air conditioners and in the one bathroom. This was resolved on day 3. Otherwise it was fine.

Great Location!! We will be be booking again!

The house definitely met our expectations. Steps from the beach. All was as described in the listing. Home was well kept plenty of space & was nice and quiet. We had a great week and definitely hope to book the same spot again in the future!

Great place. Overall, a great experience. The unit was well kept, spacious enough for 4 people and had two parking spaces assigned. Well managed and easy to make payment, check in and check out.

Great condo near beach

This was a family trip. The unit is very cute and convenient. Kitchen is well equipped and the screen porch out front was good for storing beach gear. The en-suite shower is very small but nice to have a 2nd bathroom. We plan to return next year!

GREAT WEEK AT THE BEACH

OVERALL A GREAT STAY AT THE BEACH. THE LOCATION COULDNT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER THE ONLY NEGATIVE WOULD BE SOME OF THE OWNERS DOGS CONSTANTLY BARKED WHEN THEY WERE NOT IN THEIR UNITS WOULD DEFINATELY RENT AGAIN PROPERTY MANAGER WAS HELPFUL ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS

PERECT LOCATION

Perfect location for the beach and bar hopping. 4 adult women stayed here for a week and while it was on the smaller side, we had no issues. Note that there were zero supplies left over like you normally find (foil, sponges, dish detergent) We didn't expect it but it was unusual. There were extra community beach chairs. Cleaners could be a little better(dust on ceiling fans/behind beds) but overall was clean. I would stay again..we had a great week!

So the fridge broke down twice. Our food spoiled. The repair guy was great. The cleaning service is half fast, i think you do it yourself. It was dirty. The outside shower was down for a day. The boards when you walk in are broke. Not ideal for a small child cant fit a pack and play or crib. Would not share with 7 people. 3 adults and 1 infant was cramped. The back patio set is all rusted. Overall not impressed. Oh and the remax people wont give you any money back if something goes wrong out of your control. The response is we work for the owner. Poor customer service and oh the whole buliding the condo the screens are ripped. I am a dog owner and all you heard was constant barking from numerous dogs.

nice location, steps to beach but needs work

Nice layout and decor, but a few disappointments, such as no way to unlock back door, front digital entry was confusing, wifi was spotty and LR tv instructions didn't work, some lamps didn't light, and wood floors were sticky and need a cleaning, and noise from upstairs tenants could be annoying at times.

Thank you for your review. There is a welcome book in the property that gives some guidance on different things in the unit you may need to know. The cable and internet at the beach can be spotty at times. Especially, if it very windy or there was a storm. We hope that you enjoyed your stay and that you will come back and visit us again.

Our properties is in the heart of Dewey Beach, which is known for it's local late night bars and restaurants. Although at times it can be loud at night your only steps from the Atlantic Ocean which make your forget about the noise and listen to the waves crashing.

Awesome beach location

We had a wonderful week in this unit. My wife and I, accompanied by my two adult daughters, found this location to be one of the best we've ever enjoyed on the Delaware shore. It was much roomier than most units that claim to be comfortable for 4 adults. The location to the beach and town activities and restaurants is incomparable. Would book it again.

Great location for a family.

Our entire group was pleased with our accommodations. There was plenty of elbow room for all 6 of us. The screen room was an added bonus that we all used, at one point or another. The walk to the beach from the door was approximately 75 steps, right to our spot. The fully stocked kitchen had everything you could need. The location was within 2 blocks of restaurants/pizzerias, bar/nightclub, brewery, souvenir shops etc. . Let's just say sign me up for next year...same week!

Cold, Wet, and Dirty

The floor was dirty. After cleaning up a water spill on the kitchen floor on our first day, the paper towel was filthy. The window AC units' filters haven't been cleaned in weeks. I know it because my home has them. They have filter cleaning lights to tell you when they need cleaned. The lights were not lit on the panel; which tells me the filter reset button has been pressed weeks after weeks. By the way, I cleaned two of them so you can check the third against the other two. It's gross. The window AC units are full of mildew and smell like it. Nor do they actually reduce the humidity like they're supposed to. All week, every surface was sticky and wet because of the humidity in the unit. Bed sheets felt wet through the night. On top of that, it was cold in the unit. All signs of an AC unit that's not properly sized for its space. Rain for most of the early half of our last day would have normally kept us inside or looking for indoor activities. But, when the only saving grace of this unit's value was gone (i.e. proximity to the sun and warmth of the beach), there was no more reason to be stuck in a wet cave, so we left a day early. A vacuum cleaner would have helped, too. All we had was a broom that would do a better job in a trash can. So, on top of cold, wet, and dirty, we couldn't keep up with the sand that inevitably arrives in a beach rental. Overall, I'd describe the place as cold, wet, and dirty. For the management and owner, it's a good thing it doesn't show on VRBO anymore. Otherwise, that would be the title of my review.

Great Location

This was very close to the beach and a perfect spot. The pull out sofa in the living room is a twin size not a double. We made the double sheets work. The second bathroom is very small- my daughters comment was how you can sit on the toilet and wash your hands at the same time. We were very glad to have it, but it was very small.
