Cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est à environ 2. 5 pâtés de maisons de l'océan dans une rue calme. Il convient aux FAMILLES UNIQUEMENT. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Petite cour arrière clôturée. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place. King dans la chambre principale, deux grandes chambres avec lits queen. Den avec canapé-lit. Il y a une zone en bord de mer qui dispose de places de parking pour les véhicules. Il n'y a que deux places de parking par unité. Nous ne louons pas pour organiser des fêtes. Pas de motos. Vous devez avoir 25 ans pour louer cette propriété.

This property was better than described and was in a perfect location to the beach but also with a little privacy from the main Blvd.

Great house - short walk to beach

The location was perfect for us. There were only two of us, but the house has enough space for a large family. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for a great stay!

Cozy house, great location

The house was clean and comfortable, set up well for family groups - we just had 3 people and a dog, but there was lots of good sleeping space for more, as well as two living room areas for separate groups to gather. The fenced small backyard was great for the dog. The neighborhood was nice for walks, quiet and low traffic, and only about a five minute walk to the beach.

Beach Getaway

Great visit to the beach. Met up with friends we had not seen in a while. Host was very helpful. House had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the small fenced backyard. Hope to visit again.

Wonderful Stay/Beautiful House

We loved our stay at Crescent Beach. Our host, Susan, was so very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had! The close proximity to the beach and golf cart were added blessings! There was a lot of room at the house, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We had five adults, a one-year old, and our Chocolate Lab with us. We would definately stay here again!

Very spacious!

I was very impressed with this property! It was very spacious, clean and had pretty much anything you can think of. The location was perfect, it is a short walk to the beach but we had the golf cart there to take our chairs and things to the beach. It is in a very nice neighborhood and some of the neighbors even came over and greeted us, they were very nice. Susan, the host, is so awesome! She was very helpful and responded quickly. We couldn’t have picked a better place and will definitely book with her again!

Cozy beach home away from home

Incredible find!! The house is exactly as advertised. The hosts are amazing and far exceeded my expectations. My family and small dog felt right at home. Big spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Stocked kitchen (more than you usually get) and comfy living rooms! The backyard is a treasure. Very close to the beach!!

Suited our need!

Me and my girls were only there for a couple of days and it rained the whole time however, the home was roomy enough for kids to play . Kitchen was well stocked and Susan checked on us several times to make sure we weren't getting rained out (the rain was that bad!). Thank you for making what could have been a miserable time away a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back and might even let the boys come next time :)

Myrtle

The house is lovely. It is 3 blocks from the beach. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 10 AM and 4 PM, but can be on leash on the beach all other times. It is a quiet neighborhood, but close to stores and restaurants. The beach has bathrooms and outside showers and isn't too crowded. A lifeguard is there most of the day. Very enjoyable experience.

Nice comfortable place to stay

The house is not huge but has plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen could be a little tight for a large group. We really didn't use the kitchen as we ate out or picked up every night but there seemed to be plenty of supplies, cookware, etc. Beds were comfortable. It's only a short walk to the beach which was easy for us adults but could be trying for a family with small children but there is parking right along the main road with real bathrooms right at the beach. Susan was wonderful to work with during the whole process and very responsive to all our questions.

Annual Vacation

Our stay at the Kannaday house last week was AWESOME!! It is just like the pictures. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The king size bed we used was so comfortable. It is decorated with the most beautiful pictures. We considered it a home away from home. The neighbors were so nice and the neighborhood was very peaceful. A very short distance to the beach. We will be staying here again for sure. And you would have to look long and hard to find a more kind person than Susan Kannaday. It was a privilege to deal with her.

Wonderful from beginning to end.

My family and I absolutely loved this property! We did get there early but as soon as we arrived I recieved an email saying it was ready for us to check in. The overall feel of the house was very warm and welcoming which gave it a very homey feel to it. I did make plans on renting a golf cart since the house was a little further to the beach than we would like, but what did we find parked in the front of the house with a note on the fridge saying we could use it...a golf cart! This house had everything we needed and then some. Thank you for being such gracious hosts and thank you for helping build memories that my children will remember.

Wonderful place for a family vacation

My family stayed at Kannaday's house for a week in June. We had a great time. The house is just like how the pictures show. The kitchen is fully stocked with what we needed to cook while we were there. The bedrooms are very spacious. Beds are comfortable. There is a fenced backyard with decorative lights. The house location is great as it is in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach. We used the 6 passenger golf cart couple of times. It was alot fun. The owners were very quick to respond. We are already discussing about coming back next year. Thank you for letting us staying here!

Good location

We were there to attend the national dog show for Great Danes and this place was a perfect location, had a fenced in back yard, and allowed the dogs. The layout of the house was perfect for us. My daughter and her handler were downstairs where they had easy access to the back yard, plenty of room, and there own full bath. My wife and I slept upstairs in the master which has a balcony off the master BR. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pillows not so much. The only thing we were really disappointed in was the overall dirtiness/clutter and maintenance needed such as icemaker dispenser does not work. It does make ice There are burnt out light blubs in the kitchen, screen door to balcony does not stay in the track. For the most part it serve our needs and the host was very professional and responsive.

I'm sorry you were disappointed. When I went down to check for damage. The ice maker was working perfectly. If you had informed me of these concerns, we would have gladly addressed them immediately. I usually check for cleanliness before each visit, but was unable to do so due to a death in my family, and you are correct. When I got down there. It was dirtier than my house has ever been. I truly hope your next choice is better for you.

Crescent Beach Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at Susan's property for a week last month for our annual vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house was neat, well-kept and comfortable. Also spacious for a family of four. It was only a short walk to the beach (seemed like less than 10 minutes) and was in a very quiet neighborhood. Dedicated parking spots right in front of the house was nice. We had fun bringing our dog with us and introducing him to be beach (he loved it!). Susan was a great host and always responded to our questions quickly. There was a power outage in that section of North Myrtle Beach one day (obviously not the owner's fault) and when we messaged Susan with a question, she responded quickly and was on the phone with the power company to tell us when the power would come back on (which it did a couple hours later). All in all, we're very glad we stayed here. Great place for a vacation.

Amazing stay!!

Susan was the absolute best host. Made check in and check out easy as pie. Communication was A+. The place was amazing, neighbors were very friendly, and having a golf cart available to access the beach from the house (even though it’s an easy 5 min walk to the beach) made the trip even better than expected. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable stay with family & pup

Very kind & friendly owners . Allowed use of items - umbrella, chairs etc which was very kind . I wasn’t worried about my pup . We had a lovely week & we were able to visit with family.
