Paradis de copropriété-vacances en bord de mer, récemment rénové et abordable

Thanks so much for your kind words. We are very glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you stay with us again.

Hi Alex. Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo. You were right about both the road and the wifi. Sorry you had to put up with those two issues but fortunately they are only temporary. The road was under construction to install new water and sewage lines. That is now done. The wifi comes from Telmex via underground cables and those were disturbed during the road construction as well. Should you decide to return you will find everything greatly improved. Best regards, Frank and Sherry Weldele

Thanks for the lovely review. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and our condo. We will share your kind words with our maintenance staff. They do a great job keeping everything beautiful for us.

Thanks so much for the great review. We are very happy that you had a wonderful vacation!

We are glad you enjoyed our condo, the pool and all the wonderful neighbors. We’re sorry that the beach was not its usual beautiful self but timing is everything and those recent storms we had before you arrived sure did a number on it. Fortunately our staff already has it back in shape. We are a bit confused about the hot tub. We don’t have one. There is a jacuzzi switch that bubbles an area in the shallow end of the pool but no hot tub. Whoever said it was broken was mistaken. It never existed. We hope you’ll come back and visit us again.

Thank you for staying with us and for your generous review. We have tried hard to make the condo a luxurious experience. The spa shower fixtures in each bath were a new addition and we hope you enjoyed the ability to have a water-jet back massage along with your shower. The shower that malfunctioned has now been permanent fixed. And we have added some additional touches since your stay. We hope you’ll decide to return someday.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. We know that vacations are important and that when you are on vacation you want everything to be just right. We have spent a great deal of time and thought into making our condo a place you would like to come back to. Also, the town of Puerto Morelos is a delightful town with a quaint ambiance and a wonderful assortment of restaurants and shops.

Wayne has inadvertently given our condo a one star review but meant to give it 5 stars. He has been in touch with VRBO to correct the mistake but they said it could take several days.

We are pleased you had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our condo. You mentioned the staff and everyone compliments us on how pleasant and hard working the staff is. They routinely go out of their way to see to it that the guests' needs are met. We hope you will come back. Our condo and the town of Puerto Morelos will continue to be great vacation destinations

We recently completed a complete major remodeling of our condo including a complete new kitchen with new appliances, a new bedroom, new baths, new beds, new air conditioning, new fans, new flooring and new decorations so we were surprised to receive a 4 star rating with the comment that "a few things needed to be updated". We contacted the guest to inquire what this was in reference to . He replied that the radio was no longer working and that he preferred a full sized ironing board to the apartment sized ironing board we provide. Those were his only comments. We believe that our condo is a 5 star condo in every way and have already purchased a new radio/bluetooth audio entertainment system to replace the broken radio. Had we known that it was broken we would have replaced it sooner. We are also replacing the ironing board, though, in ten years no one has ever mentioned the ironing board being an issue.. We hope future prospective guests will read the large number of 5 star reviews we have garnered and also look at the number of guests who have chosen to return many times because they were thoroughly delighted with our condo and our complex and realize that this guest's 4 star rating was not an accurate portrayal of our beautiful condo.
