Bienvenue au 148 King & Prince, cette propriété récemment rénovée est située dans le charmant complexe historique King and Prince Resort dans les villas du sud, et offre l'accès à un ensemble complet d'équipements qui comprend l'accès à - la piscine principale en bord de mer, les courts de tennis, centre de fitness, centre d'affaires et spa. Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est idéalement situé au premier étage du bâtiment King and Prince Resort South Villas, face à l'océan Atlantique et à St. Plage des Simons. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le salon, la cuisine et la chambre principale. Offrant des meubles neufs, des draps de haute qualité et de nouveaux téléviseurs dans chaque chambre. Cuisine rénovée avec goût avec des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils, des salles de bains entièrement rénovées avec des carreaux personnalisés, de nouvelles vanités et des accessoires. La salle de bain principale offre une douche à l'italienne, une double vasque et un placard surdimensionné. Les deux chambres sont mises à jour avec de nouveaux sols en carreaux de travertin qui offrent une finition propre et fraîche. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, la chambre d'hôtes a 2 lits jumeaux et le salon a un lit escamotable queen parfait pour 2 adultes. La meilleure chose à propos de cet emplacement au premier étage est de ne pas avoir à monter et descendre les escaliers ou les ascenseurs pour aller à la plage et aux piscines - il suffit de mettre la porte-patio et d'aller directement à la plage!

Tous les rassemblements et événements de groupe dans cet établissement sont limités au nombre d'occupants (6 personnes).

Property is well located and comfortable. Very clean. Bed linen quality could be better. Television in master bedroom of limited use as when we had it on, it would cut out and the alert, “too many devices were connected to YouTube TV” would appear.

Perfect sun and beach getaway

This place was just perfect. Great set-up in the villa, perfect location with access to all of the King and Prince amenities. We rented bikes and never used our car for the entire stay. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, beautiful views, wonderful villa. Only downside was hurricane weather and we had to cut the trip short due to power outage on the whole island. Would definitely stay again.

Great Beach Vacation

The property was great, and perfect access to the beach. We just wanted a quiet weekend on the beach, and that is exactly what we got. The condo is great, the beds were comfy, and the location is perfect. There is great access to the beach. Restaurants are within walking (or biking) distance, and really, it is all you need. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
