Dear ââI am writing to formally express my concerns regarding our recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the condition of the home did not meet basic cleanliness, safety, or functionality standards, and it significantly impacted our experience.I booked this property for an entire month at a substantial cost, specifically so my employees and family could stay comfortably and relax without having to deal with home maintenance or disruptions. Instead, we were met with multiple serious issues upon arrival.The house was noticeably dirty, with several areas requiring cleaning before we could settle in. Multiple items throughout the home were broken or in disrepair. Most concerning, there was an active leak in the theater room ceiling, which made the room completely unusable giving us one living spaceâ a space that was a key reason for booking this property.Additionally, one of the upstairs toilets ran continuously, preventing us from using that bathroom and bedroom which means we were short a bedroom and bath. Given that I reserved the home for a large group, the lack of functional bathrooms and unusable common areas made the property very difficult to accommodate our needs.I am also extremely concerned about the ongoing ceiling leak and sewage issue, as this raises the possibility of mold or other health hazards in the home.
