Installez-vous pour de belles vacances dans cette maison classique située à l'extrémité sud de l'île de Pawley. Cette salle de bains de quatre chambres à coucher dispose d'une cuisine complète et d'un coin repas, d'un salon avec télévision par câble et Internet sans fil. Profitez de nombreuses vues sur le front de mer que cette maison a à offrir tout en étant assis sur le pont ou le porche fermé. La taille de la literie est de deux reines et de quatre lits simples, d'un plancher de bois franc d'origine, d'une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide et d'un ascenseur pour les clients.

Du dimanche au dimanche, location à la semaine UNIQUEMENT entre le Memorial Day et le Labor Day. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Interdiction de fumer.

The property was so convenient to beach access. It was neat that it was the oldest house on the south end. We enjoyed our week there!!!

What a great house!

It is rustic and charming. It was clean and well-maintained. It is perfectly located with the beach on one side and estuary on the other. Kitchen, under beds, bathrooms, etc. Bedrooms would be warm in the winter but worked fine for us.

Great Location But House Needs Work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location. But the house needs work. First there was a lot of water coming in from the roof during a rainstorm. Turns out a lot of tiles were missing from the roof. Secondly the master bathroom needs a lot of work - the wallpaper is peeling and the shower rod is rusty. The couch in the living room is rattan and not very comfortable. The house is quite so an ious and has a nice sunroom.

Great Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay here. Couldn't have asked for a closer place on the beach. It was great!My only complaint is when we got there it was extremely hot in the house. It was set at 76 and said "keep at 76". That is way to hot to keep a house when its in the 90's. It did cool off once we lowered the temp but there was no way we could keep it at 76 and be happy and comfortable. The rooms don't seem to have good airflow and were stuffy. They have fans in the bedrooms so we used those. The place could use an updated AC unit. Thankfully the place eventually cooled off in all and we stopped sweating. The house itself was great and the locations is the selling point to this house. I would stay again. Staff was really nice when checking in!

There were multiple leaks, 4 that we counted 3 in the living room and one in the kitchen. Gave me concern that there maybe a mold problem.

First and last time at Dingy

Spent too much time putting out pots to catch water leaking in, then making sure the kids didn’t trip over them when playing inside. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time - first time at the little house. we usually stay at another house. great location can beat the view of the beach, screened in back was nice, house had some problems though. Kitchen sink was leaking and roof - we were mopping up water. quaint little house. just needs a good cleaning. I left a necklace behind, i believe it fell on the bathroom floor; called the office they said they would check on it and no one ever got back to me. that was disappointing. otherwise overall a good family time.

The Little House was a great getaway!

The furnishings are tired but the house has "good bones" and feels good the moment you walk through the door. My family and I loved our stay, enjoyed the beach, the "Night of a Thousand Candles" and it was a perfect getaway for us. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time but we had problems with the ceiling leaking in the living room in 2 places the cabinet over the sink in the kitchen leaked and we had fleas in one of the bedrooms and some roaches not palmetto bugs in the bathroom and living room.

A GREAT VACATION SPOT- THE LITTLE HOUSE ON PAWLEY’S ISLAND, SC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at THE LITTLE HOUSE. It is like coming home every year and have stayed here since the LITTLES bought the house in early 80’s. The location is perfect with beach out the front door and creek in the back. You can experience sun rise over the ocean and sun set at the creek. A PERFECT house to enjoy the true atmosphere of Pawley’s island. Tidelife RENTALS is the best. Marion Anderson
