Les caractéristiques de cette propriété comprennent de la peinture fraîche, un nouveau revêtement de sol, de nouveaux comptoirs de cuisine en granit, de nouvelles armoires de cuisine / dosseret et une salle de bains rénovée à l’étage. De plus, vous allez adorer les nouveaux meubles dans le salon et 2 des 3 chambres à coucher. Les chambres à coucher comprennent un lit king, un lit queen et 2 lits superposés. La maison dispose de télévisions dans la plupart des chambres avec laveuse / sécheuse, climatisation centrale et, bien sûr, d’Internet sans fil.

Nice week at the beach!

The unit was clean and we loved the keyless entry. Just two complaints which are very easy fixes. First, a unit that large requires a bigger kitchen trash can. Next, a bedroom for 6 people should have at least one closet. Both closets were locked for the owners. Overall, it was a very nice unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So it definitely could have been cleaner, the steps were dusty like they weren't vacuumed and the floor was sandy, not sure they swept or vacuumed it. Overall it was fine but I prefer something a little more updated.

Great beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location of this rental! Close to a ton of great amenities. The unit could have been a bit cleaner on arrival, but I mentioned the lack of normal broom in the house and the rental company said they would get right on it. Otherwise, can't really complain. We had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for our three families to all stay comfortably together! We would definitely rent again.

Great family rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very cute. We loved the location - so close to the beach!! We also loved all the balconies. It was a very cozy place. The only thing I would say is it wasn’t super clean. Looks like the cleaning crew just did normal quick cleaning & doesn’t take the time to actually wipe things down & clean the floors thoroughly. Also the 3 flights of steps to get to the main area & the bedrooms became an inconvenience at times. I was pregnant while staying here so I was out of breath having to always be using stairs. Other than that we loved this unit & would stay again!

Fantastic layout - 2 minute walk to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented now 5 years in OCMD and this is my top 2 favorite house. The location is fantastic! It's just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house layout is great with 1 bedroom and attached bath on the 1st floor, then a spacious kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating. The living room is large, but the seating is a little sparse, but not really that big of an issue because the deck is right there and that's where you're spending most of your time. The deck walks you all the way down to the beach and you also get sunset views, I don't wake up for sunrise, but I'm sure you can see that too. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one that is great for kids because of the bunk beds and then the primary bedroom with the balcony. We enjoyed being right in the heart of OCMD, near Ron Jon and the golf courses, all the great spots to eat, etc.

Charming rental

Great property and location. The property managers are great to deal with. The place was charming, clean and close to the beach! Bedrooms are small but provide a good amount of beds.
