Magnifique Condo Oceanfront, rénové et tous les nouveaux meubles cette année

Location pour le mois de mars pour 1800 $ si vous êtes intéressé. Peut louer quelques semaines en avril aussi. Rénové en 18/11 et en bord de mer. Il dispose de 4 lits séparés pour un sommeil confortable. C'est une promenade courte à la promenade où tous les restaurants sont situés. Très belle table en bois sur le pont pour un verre de vin ou un dîner au coucher du soleil. Il y a une taille normale W / D dans l'unité. Je possède un autre condo à un pâté de maison et j'ai accès à une piscine (un pâté de maisons dans la rue). Animaux acceptés (pour 75 $ par animal) Tout est neuf à ma place (11/18), meubles et appareils ménagers compris. Le linge de maison coûte 60 $ de plus. Si vous les voulez. s'il vous plaît demander pour eux lorsque vous réservez.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a short but very nice little getaway at this lovely property. The best part was the balcony and gorgeous views! We also loved being able to walk the beach so easily with the private staircase over the dunes. The listing is as advertised and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to come to Carolina Beach!

Perfect spot. Easy walk to the boardwalk, local restaurants, the harbor. I didn’t need to drive anywhere but to the grocery store. The unit had everything we needed for comfort. Great ocean view. It was perfect. Home away from home for the week.

The stay wasn’t terrible. But for the price, I expected much more from this rental. I liked the check in and check out process. It’s contactless. You get your code and can check in at your convenience. Check out is the same as long as you stay within your window. When we got to this rental, the ceiling to our parking spot was falling apart so we didn’t feel like we could park underneath the covered area in fear our vehicle would get damaged. After parking, we went to go get settled. The common area where you access all the different condos smelled terrible. There are airfresheners all throughout but it still smells awful. We got to our room and check in was easy. We were able to access our unit with no issue. Got in and the unit smelled… the longer we were there, the worse it smelled. The water was very stale. After showering, you don’t feel clean due to smelling like the water. The washer in the unit is covered in black mold and I’m sure that’s the same washer they use to wash the customer sheets… so know that’s what you’re sleeping on. Throughout our stay, the view from the balcony was nice. The beach access point was also convenient and nice as well. We didn’t use the WiFi but that was also a plus for being able to use Netflix and stuff on the tv. It’s not incredibly private. It’s more of an apartment setting. You can hear everyone above and beside you. The stay wasn’t terrible. I just wish it would’ve been cleaner for the price you pay… I expected better.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the check-in process convenient and enjoyed the balcony view and beach access. I’m sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, it’s something very important to me and wish that more guests would let me know during their stay rather than after they have checked out. I do want to address a few of your concerns for clarity. The section of the parking garage ceiling you mentioned was intentionally opened by the building maintenance team to repair a neighboring unit’s leak. It is a controlled and safe repair area, and there is no risk to vehicles parked there. Regarding the washer, it has been professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. While there may be some cosmetic staining from past use, there is no active mold present, and all linens are cleaned to high standards. Unfortunately the stains can’t be removed I appreciate you bringing up the water odor. This is not something that has been previously reported, but I am proactively having it evaluated by a plumbing professional to ensure everything is functioning properly the building common areas are managed by the HOA rather than individual owners, but I have shared your feedback with management. I take cleanliness and guest experience very seriously and consistently receive excellent reviews from our guests. I live locally and can address any issues immediately at any point during your stay. I just need to be told about it

It was wonderful to stay just a short walk to the sand! The porch was a fabulous spot to relax on, the beach was wide and pristine, the condo had everything make our stay comfortable! The host was great about answering all questions and concerns quickly.

Home away from home

It was perfect for me. Everything was clean. View was perfect which is the most important aspect of my beach vacays. Every where we went to eat or drink was within walking distance. Perfect 3 days and nights.

Beautiful view!

We loved staying at 1A and getting to have our coffee while watching the sunrise from the balcony! Beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided! Most importantly, my dog had a great time catching her frisbee in the waves! And we loved going to the dog friendly restaurants like Havanas, Sea Witch, and Nollie’s Tacos. Thank you!

Beach front condo

Easy access to the beach, two balconies, plenty of space and nearby restaurants and shops. The refrigerator could have been more clean (sand in the door compartments and the front looked like it hadn’t been cleaned). Otherwise, a lovely place to stay the week with my two granddaughters! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Everything about this place is spot on. The pictures posted on VRBO is 100% accurate. Andrew, the owner, was fabulous. Although we never actually had to contact him because everything was perfect! Location: It's about .5 mile walk to the boardwalk area and the same to the "north end mini Mart". So easy walk if you forgot to bring something. You can walk to several restaurants as well. Right on the beach with your own walkway out to it. Easy Peasy from this first floor unit with indoor stairway. And 2 parking spaces if you need 2. A high commodity in CB! Condo: As mentioned the pictures are accurate. The furnishings are in great shape and comfortable. Kitchen ware is SS which is so nice as many rentals have beat up non stick. Huge stock pot if you need as well. Beds super comfy. The furniture on the deck is perfect to watch the sunrise, read a book, and comfortable to sit on all day. There is nice beach furniture in the ground level storage area to use and a shower to clean up before you come in. The real bonus was just how clean this place is for being a dog friendly rental. Andrew has bowls to use (we brought our own) and blankets to cover the furniture in case your dog is used to that (ours is not). Thanks for a great week at CB, we will be back!!

I have been renting another condo in Carolina Beach since 2008 and have owned this one since November of 2018. I love the ocean and look forward to retirement down at the beach sometime in the future

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

If you are looking for luxury, and comfortable, this is the place. I renovated this with comfort in mind. All memory mattresses that help you feel at home when visiting the beach. A great kitchen to enjoy cooking in and very convenient(10 minute walk) to the boardwalk where all the action is.
