Excellent location in Big Sky. We needed to contact property managers 3 times - one for a chirping battery, another because we couldnât get the tv to work properly (Dish and Roku), and another because we locked ourselves out. They solved the first and third problem quickly, but they never did get back to us to help get the tv to work. We only wanted to watch Thursday Night Football, so it wasnât a big deal to us. If we had called them again they may have gotten back to us sooner.
Kitchen is well equipped, and the pool and hot tub are very nice. There was a power outage for about 3 hours while we were there, but that was due to a lightning storm and of course the hosts had no control over that! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while we waited for the power to come back on. It's incredibly close to the main town center area, so convenient for shopping, restaurants, the farmer's markets, etc.

Small and dark
Small and dark. Musty. Patio not clean, very old furniture on patio - very dirty. Cigarette butts in barbecue grill. Note âgrillâ is charcoal not gas. No natural light comes into condo. Hence the 20 old lamps all around.
Carpet old and filthy, plumbing fixtures and appliances should be in a museum they are so old. Shower curtain could barely stay up. Lawn furniture filthy, old, and half broken. Would never stay here again.
It was alright if you are fine dealing with a few things.
Our stay was overall good, it was a place to eat and sleep. I think pricing might have been a little steep for what it is still. Cleanliness - Things were overall a little dusty, shower drain did not drain, nor the sink in the upstairs bathroom. Kitchen utensils and dishes seemed to not be fully clean. We never got clear instructions on how to check in, all we got was a code. Same with check out as well so we just cleaned up and left. Also the checkout message was sent only two hours prior to check out and we had already left. So the checkout message should have been sent at least 12-24 hours prior, so you have time to do what needs to be done. WiFi did not work first few days and then after that it continued to be spotty, but it was extremely hard to get ahold of anyone so I wasn't going to bother to waste my vacation. I read past reviews and expected a few things to be fixed or taken into consideration. Nothing has been done all of the reviews you see still stand. It was a good stay if you could deal with a handful of things.
Appropriately priced. I was happy with the accommodations, especially given the price we paid for a location so close to Big Sky Resort. Would have given a higher rating if the drains had been draining (shower was practically a bath by the time I was through). Still, though, would stay here again.
For the price, the cabin was clean but seemed very dated. The light sources in the home were limited and didn't provide enough light when it got dark. It wasn't what I could call luxury, but it was clean and sufficed.
Affordable and comfortable; do not rely on public transit
This place is a cozy home that is affordable and easy to use while in the area. Great location, although you will need a car. Too far in winter to walk to the SkyLink that takes you to the mountain. You will need the car, at least in the winter, to really get anywhere. The house is dated yet cozy, and has all the elements for a casual stay in the area. We'd book it again!
Arrived at night while raining and because the unit number is on a side wall we couldnât find it at first. The porch light was off as well. Ideally the number should face the parking lot and the porch light should be on. . Also, the path to the unit sinks in one place so gathers water and mud (overgrown path). Had to walk through the wet grass.
The unit itself had everything we needed. It is right out of the 70âs or 80âs and shows itâs age. Iâd prefer to see updates especially to the stained carpet.
Location is close to town and easy to get to.
The stay was so perfect! It was a small condo in a very quiet neighborhood and close to all the fun stuff! Great views too! My only complain was that I couldnât get a hold of the property manager when needed!
The unit is nicely located in a quiet part of Big Sky town. Inside is ok, a bit rusty, say an old electric oven, old dusty carpet, not ideal plumbing, but I could live with that for a few days.
What ticked me off was a terrible communication with the hosts. I arrived when it was already dark - around 6pm, and really cold. The code to open the unit was not working so I called the number provided. The girl on the other end could not help me, and based on her accent I would not be surprised if she were sitting in India. When I asked to connect me to someone local, she promised to find out and call me back, but she never did. After 30 minutes waiting in the cold, I had to call again and got a guy on the line with the same accent, and he was able to give me a code that thankfully did work.
Another example, I called them later inquiring about a sauna at the property, and was told that it was âsuspended due to Covidâ, and they gave me a local number where I could inquire further. Turned out that they directed me to completely unrelated private club that serves only registered members.
So the way they treat their guests if there is any issue is absolutely unacceptable.
Again the house was awesome, the property management company is awful. Customer experience was awful, not helpful at all. Will never rent from a vacasa property again.
Fine little loft condo is meadow area. Location is great. Wi-Fi was good. But itâs super dated, probably no work done since 90âs if not since built. Was very clean which goes a long way but Motel quality. Any stay beyond a couple days would come with annoyances of shared laundry room, hot tub/pool far etc.
Loved the location. I came here for a wedding and it was the most affordable option in the area for the few days I was staying.
Bed was comfortable and the entire cabin was so spacious. For me, being a single person, it was almost too spacious!
The only bad part of this was that the electronic lock is a bit finicky and I ended up sleeping with my door unlocked by mistake the first night. Figured out the lock and everything was good from then on.
We loved the location but this condo leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly, the check in process was not clear. We were given the code and told to use the top lock box (there were 3 mounted next to the door) None of them worked. We stumbled onto the solution when we opened the screen door and found a key code on the door handle. A little clarity in your check in directions would have saved time and frustration. Once inside we were immediately greeted by really filthy carpets. Not a great first impression. It's a very tired and old condo but other than the dirty carpeting the rest of the unit seemed clean. Once upstairs in the loft bedroom we realized the the bed is not queen sized but a full which was tight for two adults. The other problem with that was that the upstairs loft was very warm at night. Providing a fan for comfort would have been so appreciated. The upstairs toilet seat is quite cracked and disgustingâŠI would suggest replacing it. I can't say I'd recommend this condo to anyone.
This was a fun stay on the edge of the golf course and was close to the wedding we attended at the chapel. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna was a nice perk.
