This beautiful four bedroom condo has amazing front-beach views that include the Folly Pier as well as one of the private pools. Enjoy this fully stocked condo while enjoying your view from two of the bedrooms as wells as the living room or while sitting on your spacious balcony. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Folly as well as the pier. Enjoy your private parking facilities as well as private beach entrances. Elevators are available for easy access from the parking garage.

Eggs-elent property

Went to Folly Beach for Easter weekend. We were only able to stay one night but the owners were very accommodating allowing us to eat Easter lunch before leaving the property. They were very responsive and helpful. The place was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there.

Great location

Everything was great with unit and great location. Only issue we had was with the key fob needed to access beach and pool. Aggregating trying to share. Need one for every adult. But vacation was wonderful.

Great place to stay

First time staying in this condo, chwckin was a breeze. When we walked in it was immediately apparent the property was well taken care of, super clean. All amenities were up to date and well taken care of. Has one issue with parking pass ans owner immediately took care of it. Great stay!

Great location for so many things!

My adult kids and husband spent three days at this beautiful condo on Folly Beach to celebrate my 70th birthday. It was perfect for walking to restaurants, spending time on the patio overlooking the ocean, and going for walks on the beach, playing in the ocean and the pool. It was such a great trip and the condo provided all the best things for a worry free and fun trip.

Wonderful location, but...

We chose this place based on location and number of beds as this was a family vacation. Location is perfect, however, the timing of our visit coincided with the Folly Beach Renourishment project. Which means the beach was closed at this location and there were lights and equipment 7 x 24 which were very loud all the time. I could not believe we were not informed this would be going on as we would have definitely chosen another time. Made it hard to sleep with bright lights and sounds. Place was well equipped with essentials, no problems there. It is in need of some refresh though as things are looking old and worn out. So, overall, there were issues and actions that could and should have been taken for our visit, the location can't be beat.

Visiting for a family wedding

We stayed at this property for a long weekend for a family wedding. It was the perfect central location to everything we needed. You can walk to all meals, the beach, bars. It was also just a 20 minute drive into Charleston. The condo itself was very clean and it was wonderful that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was perfect for multiple families. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Beach Trip 2023

Overall this might go down as the best family beach trip we have had. Over the last 6 years we have hit different beaches in NC, SC and Georgia and our Folly Beach stay was the best so far. The Oceanfront Villas are in a perfect proximity to shopping and restaurants. Tim and Carla were great hosts and easy to reach. The unit was clean, full of towels/linens and literally it felt like the ocean was in our living room. The unit was very spacious for our 4 kids as well as my mom and dad. Another plus is Charlestown and the surrounding cities were just a short drive away. Highly recommend this place. We will certainly be back for another family trip in the near future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and the great memories we made.

Best COV Rental

Over the years my family and I have stayed in many condos within the COV complex. We have never stayed in the same condo. Not because anything was wrong but because they weren’t anything to write home about. However, we will absolutely be rebooking Carla and Tim’s condo for our future Folly Beach stays. First, communication between myself and Carla was 10/10. We were in communication before, during, and after the stay. She responded promptly and professionally. Secondly, the rental unit advertised accurately matched the pictures and description provided on VRBO. Actually, the condo had MORE than what was listed (ex: beach chairs, hand soaps, laundry detergent, welcome drinks/snacks etc). Carla and Tim really go above and beyond for their guests to make sure they will be comfortable. The beds were comfy and the condo was clean. Everything is clearly kept up well and replaced when necessary. I 100% recommend booking your FB vacation at the COV in Carla and Tim’s condo.

Made for a great vacation

We’ve stayed in various condos at the Villas for our family beach vacation for probably six years now. This condo was scrupulously clean, and had everything we needed. No need to bring your own beach chairs, as there are many in the storage unit. Was nice to be close enough to the pool to see how many people were there. The beds were comfy. We never turn on the TV on vacation, but we made an exception and watched a few movies on the biggest home screen I’ve ever seen. When I wasn’t in the ocean, I was enjoying it from the balcony. This was a good choice for us!

great beach-front location

Condo is ocean-front with a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Nicely furnished and kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware etc. Short walk to the pier. More than enough towels. Comfortable beds. When we arrived, some items were in short supply, but the owner was extremely responsive, always responding within minutes of my texts, and brought everything I requested. The owner has fixed the one-time problem and I think the condo will always be well supplied in the future. Cooperative and responsive owner and great ocean-front location. Highly recommended.

Great location- steps away from everything - beach - restaurants- market - church - shopping! Condo was well stocked! Having a bathroom per bedroom made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Quick response from owners! The large balcony was our main hangout - nothing like the beachfront view and sound of the ocean! Highly recommend!

Friends and Family getaway

Excellent property and location. We were 6 adults; two couples, my 88 year young Mom, and a single lady. The property was perfect for us. It was well stocked, and the location was great. We hope to be back next year.

Absolutely Perfect

We had 8 women on our stay and this property couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was amazing (walking distance to everything). Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Having four full baths when you have 8 women getting ready to go out was a huge bonus. Our favorite part of our stay was waking up in the morning, watching dolphins jump out of the water from the huge balcony. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for the great rental.
