Large house on a beautiful lot. Located close to lots of restaurants and stores. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Tom was very helpful with instructions to the location and a joy to talk to while there. Would definitely stay there again.
Cute, basement floor of house. Everything we needed. Floors could use some additional cleaning. However, Tom was an awesome host, super generous and brought us coffee and strawberries. Will stay with him again next time we're in that area of MT. Thanks again, Tom!
Our party of six recently revisited this lovely spacious home during a graduation weekend as we love to stay here. The home is tucked into a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to walking trails, grocery stores, and all the comforts you need. There is a lovely en-suite bedroom: A private retreat separated from the rest of the house by a quaint library space. The kitchen is fully equipped: everything is provided â utensils, appliances â and they even welcomed us with fresh flowers on the table. The home is also Tech-friendly as the living room TV supports screen casting, so catching the Stanley Cup on a big screen from our phone was a breeze. The outdoor property is also lovey and we enjoyed reading in the yard under one of the fruit trees. There is also parking right by the entrance, and a private patio with chairs right outside your door. Tom is so hospitable and super communicative. We'll be back for another stay soon!
Great property. Best kitchen set up for a VRBO!! Tom is very nice and helpful. Location is convenient for access to all parts of town. Just watch the steps down to the front door.
This large three bedroom apartment under the owners' house was very clean, homey, and thoughtfully stocked with many things renters might need. The separate entrance into the bright kitchen from the large patio lets in a lot of light. It's a short distance out of town, but everything in Missoula feels close, so though we'd planned to stay in town, we were fine being in this spacious place.
Perfect location, very clean, and plenty of space. Tom was very accommodating. Three separate bedrooms, and a very large living room and kitchen. One night we got back late and even saw some Deer on their property. We will be back!
It was a very nice house. Very clean, lots of room and space. The owner was wonderful, very attentive and accessible. We'd definitely stay there again.
Stayed here for a week with my husband, daughter and 3 granddaughters (5,7,9) while visiting family. The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The girls enjoyed the large yard. Ample parking. Easy drive to downtown Missoula as well as access to I90 and routes out of town. Tom and Ann are warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. Responded quickly to any questions we had a gave us some good and helpful tips on getting around. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to wonderful Montana.
The property could not have been better for our gathering. It was like being at home. It had a great combination of indoor and outdoor sitting to visit and share meals. The patio was wonderfully shaded and cool in the late afternoon and evening. The surrounding area was quiet. There were open spaces to walk and a close by access to the river.
We don't have very many family reunions, but we'd be back in a heartbeat when we do.
Tom was a great host.
Group of friends/family traveling into Missoula to watch the Griz play. Good location, parking, and ample room/bedrooms! Perfect for our trip! Hosts were super helpful!
I manage events at the Big Sky horse park and use this property to house my officials. Tom is friendly and helpful and always quick to respond to questions and requests.
This was a great place. Our family was able to spend the weekend together in a fun way without breaking the bank. Thank you for having such a nice place for our weekend đ
Very comfortable, everything you need, and a lot of space
Three big bedrooms, comfortable beds, two couches, a full kitchen, patio and two full baths. Also, fresh garlic from the garden and nice conversation from the host! A real find.
This was our second stay at Tomâs place. The property is just lovely - quiet, clean, comfortable and it has everything you need. Plenty of room for our family of five. Tom and Ann are very accommodating - always trying to make your stay the best it can be. Would highly recommend this property. It is definitely a home away from home. Hope to return when visiting Missoula again.
Relaxing. My wife and I wanted out of the Vegas heat. We couldnât have picked a cooler place. Our daughter lives in Missoula and the spacious property made it ideal to host backyard BBQâs. The Separate entrance from the main house made the property feel like it was our own. Could not have been happier with our hosts. They are attentive and communicate as if they were in the kitchen with us. Thanks for a great stay. We will see them again I am sure.
My dad, son, and I stayed at Tom and Ann's place for 5 nights while we fished the Blackfoot, Bitterroot, and Clark Fork rivers. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Tom was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed and gave us suggestions on nearby restaurants. With deer and farmland around us, we felt like we were in the country. Nothing like sitting out on the patio relaxing after a fun day of fishing. We highly recommend to anyone staying in Missoula.
Three of us did a road trip to Missoula for the marathon. This place was amazing. We each had our own bedroom and used the kitchen a couple of times. Super quiet at night, as well. Tom and Ann are lovely people and take pride in their home. Weâll be staying here when we come back.
When looking to stay in Missoula, consider this property as best available! Our hosts, Tom and Anne were gracious and welcoming through the entire process - answering questions prior to the visit, fresh flowers to welcome us and providing suggestions during our stay. The home is well maintained, extremely clean, very comfortable! We will definitely return when we visit family next time!
I am a retired high school math teacher. I grew up on a ranch in Wyoming.. I have done lots of construction and enjoy working with my hands. My wife is an occupational therapist and still works part time. We both enjoy meeting new people and enjoy hosting.
We are in a semi rural area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A horse next door and frequent deer in our yard. There are about 100 acres of state land across the street with miles of walking paths available. We are conveniently located one half a mile from the city limits. All of Missoula is within 10 to 20 minutes of our location.
We are about one mile from Community hospital and about 4 miles from St Patrick hospital. We are about one mile away from the huge parks and recreational fields at Fort Missoula. We are across the street from the Montana State Tree Nursery. The DNRC (Department of Natural Resources and Conservation/nursery) easily has 4 or 5 miles of roads and trails for easy walking to relax and stretch your legs. Wildlife include dear, occasional fox, seasonal geese, a rare racoon. This area is available for the public. You have a semi rural feeling with lots of space. A large yard available for lawn games. A bocci ball set is provided. Lots of parking available in front and also more private parking in the back of the house if needed. Horses next door. There is a huge garden in the back of the property.
