Bienvenue sur le lac! Cette maison de luxe est située dans une crique tranquille, à quelques minutes des boutiques, des marinas et des restaurants du Westlake Center. Nous proposons des locations du samedi au samedi en été, mais flexibles à d'autres moments de l'année. Entrez un samedi pour retourner les semaines ouvertes de votre demande.

La maison dispose de 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains et demie plus une tanière pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes. La première chambre a un lit King; la deuxième chambre a un lit king et 2 lits gigognes simples; la troisième chambre a un lit queen; la quatrième chambre a une reine plus 4 lits superposés simples intégrés; la tanière a un lit simple.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une grande cuisine avec bar, salle à manger, salon, salon, salle de bain, salon et chambre principale / salle de bain et terrasse. Le niveau inférieur comprend une grande salle familiale avec coin bar, une buanderie, trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain et un porche avec moustiquaire.

Dînez sur le pont en profitant d'un grand foyer à gaz, d'une table à manger et d'un gril à gaz, faites une partie de ping-pong sur le porche, détendez-vous sur le quai, plongez dans le lac ou détendez-vous devant les deux cheminées lors de soirées fraîches.

Beautiful property

So spacious and great for a family or large group. The beds are very comfortable. The decor is very nice and the dock is really great. Very accessible location both on and off the water.

Gorgeous property & home . First time at the lake and it was wonderful. Super fun. Boat dock was so nice to wake up to. Breezy point Lane boat launch was easier for us to use than the neighborhood Gangplank launch.

Great Property and Amenities

Our party of 8 (6 adults and 2 teens) thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lake. Kirsten is an excellent host and communicator. The house was stocked with essentials. Location was perfect. We loved the dock, which was well equipped with seating, kayaks, rope swing, and diving board. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, well appointed and situated home

This house was perfect for 7 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was incredibly equipped for meal preparation and we found everything we needed for a long weekend to enjoy our time together. The cove is quite and nice for floating and swimming even for very young children. The host is very sweet and helpful. Easy to book, enjoyable to stay!

Amazing luxury lakefront home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is gorgeous inside and out with lots of personal and artistic touches. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and marinas and the neighborhood is lovely. We will definitely try to stay there again. I would highly recommend booking this home.

Amazing SML stay!

We had such an amazing weekend. This house was soooo nice. Everything in the house was top quality all the way down to the sheets and the towels. This house had everything we could have wanted for a fun lake weekend. Kirsten was an amazing host and everything went smooth with checking it. We’re definitely staying here again for our lake weekends. I couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay.

A Family Gathering Gem

Our stay at Kirsten's home surpassed our expectations! We loved the home, its location and the attention to details especially for a family like ours who love to play games, boat, kayak, and eat home cooked meals. The appliances in the house are top rate, the ping pong table was used continuously and the fire pit was an added bonus for the cool evenings. Kirsten is a terrific host who communicates honestly and in a timely manner. The home is expensive and worth every penny! We will want to stay here again in the future. Our adult children thanked us many times over for finding such a wonderful house to stay.

A magical home and location!

This is our second year returning to this house because it’s just so perfect. The location overlooking the water, the beautiful dock, and the gorgeous home and all of its accoutrements are a great way to spend a week at SML. We’re already talking about booking for next year! We had a small inconvenience at the beginning of the trip which the owners were so apologetic about, and they more than made up for by graciously letting us stay longer — it was such a nice surprise. 5 Star property on the lake

A spectacular property all around, the pictures really don’t do it justice! It has an excellent layout that provides both privacy for getting school and remote work done (including a great home office set up), but it also has great gathering areas for the family after work. The interior has high-end designer furnishings throughout, including the kitchen appliances, TV's, streaming services, and Wifi which are all state of the art. The view from the kitchen, sitting room, and deck were all perfect for sunrises and the tabletop firepit was a great addition for the evenings. The exterior is just as wonderful with a beautiful selection of flowers, plants, and trees that are meticulously landscaped. And the large dock area provided great family relaxation time down by the water. Even the garage and covered entry way was great to have, since we arrived during a thunderstorm. There was clearly a lot of thought put into this property as it provides plenty of comforts and amenities for both kids and adults, and it really shows!

SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE

This home is absolutely beautiful and the property was awesome. We went to celebrate Thanksgiving and I was very impressed with the kitchen. Our grandchildren had fun fishing off the dock. The host was always available and made our stay so much more pleasurable by proving us with all of her thoughts and suggestions on what to do in Smith Mountain Lake. Would definitely go to this property again.

Perfect lake house

This house was just perfect for our friends and family to get together. The house was clean and had lots of room. The location was great and quiet. We enjoyed spending all day on the lake floating and jumping off the diving board. Cannot wait to come back again and enjoy this great property!!

Utterly fantastic home

We visited with 3 adults and 6 teens — this house had tons of space and the perfect room configurations. We loved lounging on the dock couches/swings and magic carpet during the day, as well as sitting at the firepit table on the high deck off the living room for breakfast and after dark. The cove is lovely and quiet, the home is near lots of amenities, and the owner was super helpful and responsive when we had a few questions. Already dreaming of next year!

Lovely Vacation Home

This is a beautiful home on the lake with all the amenities and conveniences for a week’s vacation. The house is situated in a quiet cove and we loved spending time on the dock and enjoyed using the kayak and floats. Kirsten was prompt to replying to all of our questions. Incredible Smith Mountain Lake getaway for the family!!

If you are looking for a home right on the water at Smith Mountain Lake that has a little something for everyone, this is the house for you! The view alone from the top deck is incredible, but the house has so much character and even our kids were on cloud 9 our entire stay. The owners were incredible to work with and we would recommend this house to anyone!

Spring Break 2022

We enjoyed relaxing at this beautiful home during a chilly spring break at SML. I had a rental wetsuit delivered while we were there to prepare for an upcoming open water triathlon. My dog dipped his toes in the lake and considered chasing a couple of ducks. Too cold for swimming this year! Thank you for having us!

Peaceful Escape

Beautiful property. We enjoyed are stay very much. The owner was on top of everything and easy to reach if we had a question ( which we did ).... This home has an amazing kitchen and the views are exceptional. Loved it and plan to stay again in the future as this property is 5 minutes from our parents spot on the lake. 5 star rating for sure!!! Thank you for taking us at the last minute. God Bless.

Beautiful home in Moneta

We had a wonderful stay at this house on the northern shore. The house is well equipped with everything you could need, and plenty of activities to make everyone happy. The views are great, the area peaceful, and it made for a really relaxing long weekend get away for our family. And they are pet friendly!

Peaceful Respite

What a perfect place for us to gather after a Celebration of Life for a family member. The home is beautiful, many places to gather and also to retreat. Well laid out, appointed, designed and equipped. Even had beautiful baby equipment for our new grandbaby. Kirsten was gracious and thoughtful to work with.We have not one thing to complain about. Family Time Before Deployment

We had a perfect stay at this property with our adult sons and their girlfriends. We thought every detail was amazing from the beautiful lake view, the comfortable seating on the boat dock and the lovely furnishings in every room. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the nice grill and firepit on the upper deck. We did a lot of cooking during our stay. The family room downstairs made a perfect spot to watch the college football game and later to play games. We had a ping pong competition and did a lot of kayaking. The most special part of the weekend was watching our oldest son propose to his girlfriend down on the dock as the sun was setting. That made a lovely back drop for engagement pictures. I can not say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely return here with our family in the future.

We have been fortunate to host great guests. I love to chat with our guests and help them take advantage of all that our property and Smith Mountain Lake have to offer. It is fun to be part of another family's fun moments and memories.

Location—Great by land and water. We are located just off the main channel (R25) in the center of SML. The stores are a 10-minute drive away, which provides easy access to restaurants, groceries, and attractions.

Cove & Dock - The neighborhood's deep water cove allows kids to swim safely with minimal boat traffic. The diving board and tree swing are great for kids of all ages.

Stylish—This is not leftover furniture land. It is designed to be a great family retreat with upscale furniture, artwork, and finishes. We have spaces for adults, kids, and game players.

Amenities—Linens, lake toys, and paper supplies (spices, hairdryers, soap, lake toys) are all included. Just bring your beach towels!

The decor is modern and stylish—not your typical lake cottage. We provide linens, whereas many other SML rentals require you to bring your own.
