Bienvenue à Sandy Dunes! Ce condo au 3ème étage, joliment rénové, offre une vue époustouflante sur le golfe du Mexique, le lac Padre et un étang de pêche privé dont vous pourrez profiter pendant votre séjour. Ce condo chic et côtier peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes après une longue journ��e à la plage, idéalement situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de Whitecap Beach. Créez de nouveaux souvenirs avec vos amis et votre famille sur votre balcon privé, en regardant les dunes jusqu'à l'océan et en regardant le soleil se coucher. Détendez-vous à l'intérieur avec la porte ouverte, écoutez le choc des vagues et sentez la brise marine sur votre visage. Cette maison de plage loin de la maison comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, une connexion Wi-Fi privée et une place de parking réservée.

COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTAIRE
Le complexe du Beach Club propose une liste impressionnante d'équipements, notamment un centre de remise en forme de 800 pieds carrés, un sauna sec, des aires de pique-nique et des barbecues. La piscine cristalline est idéale pour profiter de l’année car elle est chauffée. L'étang privé du Beach Club est également un endroit idéal pour attraper quelques poissons avec les plus petits. Le complexe dispose de sa propre connexion Wi-Fi disponible dans le centre d'affaires, le belvédère et la piscine. Vous trouverez des restaurants et des magasins de proximité à proximité et le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn est à quelques minutes de route. Les destinations locales populaires telles que Bob Hall Pier et Packery Channel sont à seulement 400 mètres.
Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Animaux interdits.

Quiet and peaceful getaway

We were looking for somewhere quiet to go near the beach for a few days between the holidays. This place was perfect! It was clean, as advertised and an easy walk to the beach.

Great Get Away

The Coastal Chic Condo was everything they said and more. We enjoyed watching the waves in the morning while drinking our coffees from the balcony. Walking to the beach and enjoying the pool. We will be back as soon as we can. Thank you for meeting our needs. We always enjoy booking our stays through Padre Escapes. Highly recommend both the condo and Padre Escapes.

Fun place!

I enjoyed staying at this condo. Very clean, very neat, close to the beach and with a great balcony offering distant beach views. Property manager was very quick to assist with a minor issue with patio door. My boys enjoyed the fast internet too, Thank you! Mario.

Beach Club condo

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our weekend getaway to attend a wedding in Corpus Christi. The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves throughout the day. The assigned parking spot was close to the building entrance for easy loading/unloading. Check in/out was easy as well. Only wish we could have stayed longer. My only disappointment was the low water pressure in the shower.

Comfy little place

This condo was very comfortable and had a good location. The bed was actually comfortable and the kids didn’t mind the fold out couch. The balcony had a decent view. The proximity to the pool and fitness center was nice. My only suggestion for this place is to get an actual additional nightstand for the bedroom-my husband slept on the side with the nightstand which left me with nowhere to sit my things overnight-I ended up having to use a chair from the dining table during the night next to my side of the bed. Other than that we had no issues and enjoyed our time there.

My condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular as always. I have stayed at this location numerous times. My only concern this time was the pool. The previous year I stayed during the same time frame the swimming pool temperature was warm and perfect. This time it was way too cold 🥶 not sure why. One of the extended residents said the heater to the pool had not been turned on. Either way I wish it would have been on during my stay. Otherwise I had an amazing time as always. I will definitely be returning again.

Nice condo if you like stairs

Lots of stairs to climb for this nice condo so be prepared. Great view of beach (only two block walk) from the balcony. Listing says there’s a pool on property but you need a key and there wasn’t one left in the condo. Extra fees for this property that I’ve never paid for for a Home Away or other short stay property.

Meeting Desired Expectations

We enjoyed the location, cleanliness, instructions left throughout the entire process. It was precisely what pictures, location and description stated. The beach was very close and accessible and the condo very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended another day. Only glitch was the door access code after that extension left me locked out, but rental team had me back in the unit quickly. Things travelers should know: 3rd floor steps will be physically demanding for some; mattress of master bedroom is very noisy; patio door very hard to open/close Huge Plus: very close to beach; very clean with provided linens and supplies to clean; very nice AC!

Beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd time renting a condo at this location. This was the first time in the Sandy Dunes unit. This unit is on the 3rd floor with amazing views. My condo was very clean. The ease of renting with Padre Escapes was great. The unit has a washer and dryer which I absolutely love so when I get home all I have to do is unpack my laundry was already done. The condos location is ultimately the best; walking distance to the beach, restaurants and convenient store. This was the first time using the hot tub and it was fantastic since the weather was a little cooler. This is my only destination when coming to Corpus Christi/ Padre Island.

Just a short walk. The beach can also be seen from the balcony where we spent every evening. The condo is decorated nicely and was very clean. Being there for the fourth of July week was nice. It was quiet inside the condo. Never heard neighbors. Everything in the condo worked well. The AC kept us cool. Their was nothing I was unhappy about at all. The description of the property is just as it says. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is beautifully decorated, it has a lovely balcony where you can see the ocean at a distance. The beach is walkable distance and several National Parks (and wonderful beaches) are within short driving distance (as well as nice restaurants and a great coffee shop). There is not real grocery store in North padre -only CVS and Stripes stores, I would recommend to either bring groceries and cleaning supplies (dishwasher and laundry detergent, trashcan bags etc.) with you or buy them in Corpus C (they will provide you with some supplies for the first days). The Management company was prompt at replying a question I had.

It was such a great experience we can’t wait to plan another trip and stay at the same place. The view of the beach was perfect. The pond next to us was great we caught quite a few fish and of course released them. The pool also was in close distance from our room. We had such a great stay we are still talking about it a month later and very affordable too!! I called to the front desk twice for some questions and they were so nice and very helpful.

It was such a nice place to stay nothing bad about it but the fact that we booked it on the 3rd floor. Taking everything up and bringing everything down was the only bad thing and that was on us but the condo was in a great spot easy to get to pool access and we were even able to fish in the pond in the property. We will definitely be using this place again.

The host team was awesome and quick to respond to any questions. The only thing I could complain about is the bathroom exhaust fan or extractor seemed to turn on on its own during the middle of the night and very noisy in spite of closing the door. Other than that it was a great experience.

Would Definitely Stay Again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was cute, clean, and close to the beach. We loved the king sized mattress which you don't find often in rentals! The only negative was the mattress itself was so noisy we found it hard to sleep. If one of us turned over or got up to use the bathroom, the other woke up! We loved the view! We also liked that we couldn't hear our neighbors inside the unit! There are a LOT of stairs and they're not for the weak! Carrying luggage and groceries up wasn't the easiest but it was doable. We would definitely stay again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and in fair condition, had some issues with the AC on it's last legs and very loud, could not be fixed while we were there along with no down spout on the outside deck, very loud throughout the night with heavy rain. There were some other minor malfunctions in the unit but not bad the views were great and the furnishing were beautiful. Enjoyed the pool, better beach location a few miles down the road. Was not impressed with the management team.
