Grande maison à Litchfield Park avec piscine privée et bain à remous

Belle 4100sq avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes au 1er étage.
Il y a une grande pièce à l'étage avec lit queen, demi-bain, grand canapé et télévision.
La maison est prête pour Internet / Wifi.
La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et est entièrement équipée avec des sièges de comptoir et une table à manger pour 6 personnes.
Il y a une autre grande table à manger à l'intérieur et aussi une à l'extérieur sur le patio.
Il y a une salle de jeux avec une table de billard et des fléchettes.
La cour arrière est très privée avec une piscine et un bain à remous. Nagez dans la piscine et détendez-vous dans le bain à remous (chauffera moyennant un supplément) pendant que vous faites un barbecue sur le gril à gaz de l'îlot intégré, qui peut accueillir de 4 à 6 personnes. À l'heure actuelle, il n'y a pas de clôture autour de la piscine mais nous prévoyons d'installer une clôture.
Il en coûte 75 $ par nuit pour le chauffage de la piscine.
Très chien amical avec grand mur de briques sécurisé.
Parking ARV avec portail sécurisé.
Toute la maison est disponible sauf pour le garage et le bureau.

Amazing stay

We had a great time staying at the property. We were there for a golf weekend and the host was so gracious and helpful. We would stay at this property again when visiting in Arizona.

Special family time

The home was beautiful and laid out perfectly. Communication was easy. The pool water was perfect. Plenty of room for outside time and inside meals together. The kitchen was stocked and easy to use. We loved every minute there. Will definitely go again!

PHOENIX golf trip

The property was part of a great trip for four couples. A golf trip for the men and a relaxed trip for the spouses. The home is very roomy and worked great for a group of our size. The hot tub and pool are a wonderful bonus. We love the outdoor area in the backyard. The owner was very attentive in his communications and easy to contact with any questions. We would stay there again without a doubt.

Family Vacation

We (group of 10) just spent a great week in Litchfield Park! The grandkids loved the upper loft, pool and backyard!!! Dana was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. The location could not have been better as there is plenty to do for all ages! Lots of very good restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The grill in the backyard also came in very handy. Can't wait to return!!!

Good location, great pool!

The pool was awesome, and the location was great. Central to many restaurants and things we wanted to do. The air conditioning was not working properly in half the house, the owner was actively trying to fix it when we were there. The patio furniture was old and could use some updating. Most cushions had large rips in them.

Lovely home

Generally, I don’t do surveys, but Christine was so accommodating with all our requests, from golf course to restaurant information she was always prompt and cordial, that I wanted to thank her. If you stay in Arizona in the Winter and want to use the pool you really need to have it heated and again Christine was willing to accommodate us. We enjoyed the stay and all the extras she provided.

Awesome property and hostess

Came for a baseball tournament and found a property that we felt like home to all of us. The house is clean, huge, and has excellent amenities. Christine was an excellent hostess and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Best experience we’ve had in the three years we’ve been here. Christmas away from home

Lovely property, Christine was available to answer all questions. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay. Clean and well kept. Had all cooking utensils needed and more in this home. Lovely area for chilling in the back yard.

Great Pool

The house is very spacious. Beds are comfy. Lots of bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen. Great dish option with lots of channels. Kids loved having a tv in their room!! Pool and hot tub were great and owners are great with keeping it heated to a perfect temperature. We had a great time and will return.

Great house for extended families

We had a great time staying at Christines. The home was very well stocked and spacious. Super close to the NFL stadium. Grocery shopping and restaurants within walking distance. And the kiddo had a great time in the pool.

Terrific rental for a spring break getaway!

Loved the property! It had everything we needed! The pool and backyard were a perfect place to retreat after a day of hiking or biking! Close to restaurants and stores! We’d stay again!

The property was big, and offered the space needed for a great trip to Arizona. Christine was great, they reached out prior to our visit to ensure the check-in process was smooth. They shared helpful instructions, and local suggestions to make our stay more comfortable. We would stay at their property again.

Perfect pool house for our family

So much room for us to stretch out and relax. Great dining table for games every night. We paid extra for pool heat and were swimming all the time though it was hard to get out, into the cold 60-70’s air. Great yard for playing around and sunning. Everyone loved it! Too bad we stink at playing pool.

Awesome house, great location.

We came in for a concert at Ak-Chin amphitheater. The location was perfect for easy access before and after the show. Then spent time relaxing by the pool! Christine was a great host. She was very responsive whenever we had questions. Thanks again.

Great location and amenities!!!

Was so nice to have baby items available since we forgot to ask! They had a pack n play, highchair and walker for my 1 yr old Granddaughter!! Also, lots of towels available for the pool. Not alot of towels for the bathrooms, but we washed and we're good to go!

Perfect family vacation

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Lots of space for our family including the teens who used the upstairs as there own private hang out. Christine and Dana were very responsive with questions and quick to resolve small issues. Our July stay was very hot, so spent lots of time in the pool, but too hot to fully enjoy the patio and outdoor space. (The pictures really don't do this place justice) We would love to visit again in slightly cooler weather.
