Tropic Winds 1401 est un condo magnifiquement décoré, situé en front de mer La propriété comprend un sol sur mesure, de la peinture personnalisée, des meubles en cuir, des lits confortables, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une buanderie, un immense balcon surdimensionné, etc. Profitez de vos vacances à la plage dans l’un des plus beaux condos de Tropic Winds.

La suite principale comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bain avec douche / baignoire combinées, une télévision à écran plat et un accès au balcon! Profitez de la magnifique vue sur le golfe depuis la chambre ou dormez au son des vagues.

La chambre d'amis comprend un lit king-size avec accès privé au bain des invités. Regardez vos films préférés sur la télévision à écran plat. Le bain comprend une douche / baignoire combinées. La chambre d'amis est spacieuse et spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espace (pas votre petite chambre typique que les autres condominiums ont).

La cuisine dispose de belles armoires enveloppantes, teintées de cerisier. Les appareils comprennent un réfrigérateur / congélateur avec machine à glaçons, un combiné cuisinière / four, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et l'élimination des aliments. Great Stay

Had a great time here at Greta’s beachfront rental. Steps to the beach and nice and clean when we arrived. Close to anywhere we needed to go. The balcony is huge and one of the best we have been on. The furniture was lovely on the balcony. Our whole group of 6 stayed long hrs on the balcony in comfort and still had plenty of space. The free beach chairs and umbrella was a major plus! Highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to come to PCB. Great experience our 9 day stay! The owner was very friendly and helped ASAP with our extra parking needs. Will return soon.

Beautiful clean condo with excellent views! Once we arrived, we had reached out to management about something in the condo and “Riley” provided excellent customer service. He was a pleasure to work with and ensured it was handled quickly. The kitchen had more than enough cookware for our needs that were in excellent condition and practically brand new. The beds were ABSOLUTELY comfortable!!! The best sleep! The views from our room and the condo as a whole were lovely. The condo feels so at home and the bathrooms had more than enough towels and face cloths. Overall we were very pleased and will come again. I will advise if you have a large oversized SUV, you may need to double check as the garage below ceilings with low. Other than that we no issues parking which I truly enjoyed the convenience. Stay at this condo! You will be happy!!!!

Iverall, a good experience. The cleanliness was surely lacking, as someone else had also commented in the past especially with a smelly refrigerator. Felt like the cleaners need to be taken to task for that. Owners took the time to decorate the apartment well. Spacious place too. We did have an inconvenience with couple of boxes being delivered at the doorstep, which did not get removed even after communicating with the property Manager, not sure why. They kept lying there all the time at the door itself. Also, they were spot on when the listing said about bringing your own supplies. They have absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper or a dishwashing tab. So, make sure to bring your own stuff for the kitchen especially if you have children.

Lovely Condo with Fabulous views

Overall we were extremely pleased with the condo! The furnishings and views were awesome! The location was not too crowded but very convenient to attractions and restaurants. Carol was great to communicate with, and provided us with wonderful info regarding the area. We were a bit disappointed in the cleaning services. The floors had not been swept...very sandy, we did not have toilet paper in the bathrooms, several light bulbs were burned out and a smoke detector had been unplugged in the master bedroom. (Not a biggie regarding the toilet paper as we brought our own!) We also were a bit surprised that there was not a toaster in the unit (???) But the beds were very comfortable, and we used the heck out of the balcony!! Also a heads up, while we enjoyed the complimentary chair set-up, the chairs are on a first come first serve basis and you are locked into your spot for the entire duration of your stay, so if you want first row chairs, you need to get there early to register! We enjoyed the Aquatic Adventures Dolphin excursion, a lot of fun for a great price! Boondocks restaurant and Runaway Island both very enjoyable restaurants. Be sure to visit The Carousel Grocery in Laguna Beach for fun shopping.Thank you for a lovely time!

Thank you for your review! We are always pleased to receive feedback and learn what our guests liked and what we might do to be even better. I was not aware how the beach concession managed their chairs, and will certainly add that to future information I send to guests. During the summer months it gets very hectic for the cleaning service, and while they still try to make everything perfect, sometimes something does get forgotten or overlooked. We know this can happen and are always… always… happy to return quickly and address any concern. We ask that guests please let us know when something does not meet your expectation. We can’t fix or address something we are not aware of. For example, the toaster – we had temporarily removed it to fix it, and apparently forgot to put it back. Would have been glad to drop it off! Putting out toilet paper (along with the soaps, dishwasher packet, etc) is the last task before they leave, and toilet paper must have gotten overlooked. That said, we do note in our arrival information that we supply just a starter roll or two, so am glad you did have a supply!. We do keep extra light bulbs available in the condo for our guests…. A quick phone call and we can tell you where they’re stashed. Am very dismayed to hear someone earlier had unplugged the smoke alarm. Am guessing it started chirping, but please… please let us know when something happens. We change those batteries twice/year, and would have definitely come to check it out. I can also assure our guests that we do vacuum, sweep and mop floors after every visit. We will pay closer attention to this effort, but this is the beach, and that is a never ending task!. Am so glad you enjoyed the condo, and its furnishings, and it sounds like you got out to experience the fun Panama City Beach has to offer. We love when guests return and hope you’ll come back to see us again.

The cleanliness was adequate but seemed like the cleaners only did surface cleaning. Parking in the garage was very challenging if you had a midsize vehicle or larger. We parked across the street in their lot most of the time due to the hassle of going up 2 levels to park in our "spot". The beach crew was non challant. The ammenities were adequate. Nothing special. Beach was gorgeous. Views fabulous. Many rules to obey. No smoking anywhere. Not outside, not on the patio, not on the property or the beach. A little restrictive I would say. Most places say not inside. Once was enough for us for that property. A lot of places nearby to eat. Grocery store and pharmacy a mile a way. We did what we came to do.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review. We are so glad you found the unit to be adequately clean and the beach and views to be fabulous and the property in a convenient location. Being a corner unit, this condo offers stunning views of miles of coastline. As for the smoking, this was advertised in our advertisement, in our contract, in our phone app, just about every where and in every document. Those who smoke and desire to smoke on property should not book this unit nor any unit in this building. The building is designated a non-smoking building and property. It is unfortunate that you selected to come during bike week (yes, some are very loud). We would suggest that on your next beach vacation to review the events taking place in the area you are staying and to book a smoker-friendly resort and beach. The place was perfect, was stocked with everything we needed and more. Great location, the beach was perfect, not crowded like some other parts of PCB. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location of this condo, overall everything was good. I do think however you need to have a chat with the cleaning staff. Condo looked great when we walked in, but in closer inspection, was not the cleanest. Floors had crumbs in crunch areas, dust and cobwebs in corners behind curtains. I know it is hard to keep windows clean, but the big patio door was smeary 3/4 the way up in an attempt to clean, the rest of the way up no attempt at cleaning at all. I know these seem minor, but when paying a cleaning fee, we shouldn't see these things when first coming in. On a positive note, beds, furniture and placement of the condo were all great, we would definitely book again!!
