Situé à côté d'une ferme équestre de pur-sang, ce chalet de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, avec un salon commun central a été entièrement rénové en 2018. Il est livré avec des touches modernes et des finitions haut de gamme. La propriété est située sur une petite ruelle et est calme et paisible. Visitez Midway, Ky, une charmante petite ville avec des restaurants et des magasins. Le chalet est à 13 km de Ky. Horse Park, à 19 km de Keeneland et de l'aéroport de Lexington et à 18 km du centre-ville de Lexington.

A beautiful home away from home

This house was a perfect place to stay - super cute and comfortable, and incredibly convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful view out to the horses!

Love the View

We have stayed in this cottage before and will return in the future when traveling through Lexington. Very comfortable and well equipped with all needed supplies. Peaceful view of pasture and horses.

Horse country delight

A wonderful, clean, comfortable rental. In the country, it did require a drive to any local activity but was not too far from any attractions. The setting and view from the porch made up for any required drive. A very nice property.

Kim and Rodney are great hosts for a SUPER clean VERY comfortable vacation spot. This has absolutely everything you would want, with the bonus of a spectacular view of a beautiful Kentucky horse farm. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! No need to keep looking, this is the one.

The facilities were perfect. However, not knowing about the proximity of the functioning train at all hours of the day and the lack of tv in each bedroom was a downside. Also, a general information/things to do notebook with nearby restaurants would be helpful.

Ladies RTTH Weekend

This was our Road To The Horse Weekend at the KY Horse park. This house was perfectly located among beautiful horse farms and a short easy drive to the horse park. It was also a short drive to restaurants in Midway and Georgetown. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house giving plenty of privacy. We had a great visit and hope to be back. Kim and Rodney were extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you, Kim.

Good Location

Simple little cottage with iconic Bluegrass view of rolling pastures with horses. Very clean and supplied with all needs. Two bedrooms, each with own shower bath attached, separated by living area. We enjoyed sitting on the chairs in front yard while watching the horses. We will return.

Great property near KY Horse Park

We absolutely loved this rental. It was an adorable house, very clean, comfortable and well stocked so we could really make ourselves at home. The view at sunrise is beautiful! The proximity to the KY Horse Park was great. It was an easy drive even during those early mornings and late nights. The town of Midway is another must visit. It is a quaint small town with lots of restaurants to choose from. We also visited Frankfort, Lexington, Georgetown and Versailles, which are all very close. Look forward to staying here again.

Great Place

Very nice house that is extra clean! All the things you need for a comfortable stay. Within 15 minutes of Lexington and the Horse Park. There is a railroad in the backyard but we never heard a train.

Lovely stay in Lexington, KY

Such a lovely stay in beautiful Lexington, KY which was enhanced by our choosing of this house that bordered a beautiful farm. The layout of the house was perfect for our stay - great open spaces and separate bedrooms and baths. Rod and Kim are such wonderful hosts. I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone traveling to Lexington, KY.

This was our second time to stay here, so obviously we like it. Our only negative is that it's pretty pricey, for one couple. The house is set up well for two couples, which would make it far more affordable.

Springwood cottage

Comfortable and immaculately clean. Lovely linens and fluffy bath towels. Loved the huge walk in closets in each bedroom with plenty of shelves and room for hanging clothes and stashing luggage. Neighbors were quiet and friendly, relaxing view of horses grazing peacefully in the pasture. Only downside was the 4 front steps, a little difficult for my husband who has mobility issues, but would not be a problem under normal circumstances. Kim responded quickly to questions, and her brother Rodney stopped by to check if we needed anything. Very pleasant stay.

Peaceful Country Getaway

My husband and our triplet grandchildren;, aged 14, stayed in this newly renovated house. The accommodations were top-notch. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, even a large basket of k-cups for our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable and had the most luxurious sheets I have ever slept on. We walked up to the fence across the lane to interact with the horses several times. The only problem we encountered was finding the property. It was on a lane, not on the main road, and there was no house number on the property. We didn't see a house # on the row of mailboxes on the main road either. Also, my GPS took us to a different location on the road listed as the address. Luckily, my grandson's GPS found the property for us. Now that we know how to find it, we plan to book another date to stay there. There are so many activities in that area.

Railbird Festival weekend

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at this great find of a house. Close enough to get in and out of Lexington proper and Keeneland while also far enough to enjoy the countryside. Would highly recommend.

Great little house with beautiful view

We loved our stay at this house. What a beautiful view from the front of the property which we enjoyed on the porch swing. This was very much a "home away from home" for our stay as our daughter was competing at Pony Finals at the Kentucky Horse Park. Very conveniently located and much to do in the area. You can be in Georgetown or downtown Lexington in 15 min. Kim answered any questions promptly. The house was clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. We did hear the train that runs behind the house a few times (we were there for 2 weeks) but it was always very short and never bothered us. We will for sure rent this property again whenever we are back in Lexington. I highly recommend staying here if in the Lexington area.
