Property location was excellent and the pool, grill, and ping pong table were wonderful. Things that stopped it from being a 5 start rating were: cleanliness of the floors were not great (popcorn from previous occupants still under the couch and stuck in the cushions), the King bedrooms 3 had ensuites and one shared bathroom with the loft area (not an ensuite as lead to believe from description), primary could have used a towel bar or place to hang a towel close to the shower, pool table really too small for the cue sticks supplied, and ice maker in the fridge barely worked. We had a wonderful time with the family and location really was fantastic for the beach (easy short walk).

Excellent property and location on AMI. Perfect beach access. Beautifully appointed home, very comfortable and well laid out. Plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. Outside space is an added bonus with a pool and large seated area.

Great Beach House!

Had an amazing time at this house. Location is great, able to walk to beach as well as many things on Island. House is clean and had everything our family needed. Great pool!

Very nice and relaxing

This place is a relatively new home. Plenty of room for many people. Pool/hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Close to the beach and kind of in the middle of the island so easy to get around.

This house was perfect for our family of 11. Plenty of room that we didn’t stumble over each other. The open kitchen and family room was great for us all to be together.

Resort atmosphere

Nine members of one family stayed together during the pandemic and had no worries because we had everything we needed. Brought coolers with our food and enjoyed the pool and beach. Hope to be back!

Soccer Showcase Trip

Great house with plenty of room. Nice safe neighborhood and just a few blocks to the beach. We struggled with the front door lock, but eventually got it to work. Very response customer service.

Birthday Getaway!

We loved this property! It was the perfect spot for our family to celebrate two back-to-back birthdays! We filled the house with two adults and four teenagers; they loved the pool area, ping pong table and pool table. The adults loves the out door living space and grill for dinners at home. The house was in a wonderful location; we could walk to the beach and the little shopping area. All in all, we loved it and cannot wait to return!
